She was walking back and forth from table to table all around us and we didn't get an apology for the wait or even acknowledged. She didn't refill our drinks for a long time and when she did my drink was wrong. I asked for the bill and she tossed it on the table and walked away. THE WORST COSTUMER SERVICE! I ordered on the App, went to curbside pick up, waited 30 minutes there. I saw a young lady outside the restaurant and instead of placing the orders she was checking her cellphone. After that I decide to walk inside the restaurant and a saw a bunch of orders in the lobby waiting to be delivered and guess what MY ORDER WAS THERE. Something has gone wrong over time there. We sat for 15 minutes even though we were told 5 minutes' wait. We sat another 15 minutes at a table before going to see the scruffy 'host'. I've been coming here for years and Sabrina is probably the reason. we all know that Chili's food is standard but not great. Sabrina brings it to a level that makes me want to return. My husband and I went to chilis for dinner and we both ordered sizzling fajitas. We are so disappointed with the food. It was cold and the worst part the rice was hard stale and dry. We told the waitress about the rice she gave us a bowl of rice to replace the old rice and what they did they mixed the fresh rice with the stale rice. It was awful and disgusting. Then tells me okay, it's a 10-15 minute wait for a party of 3. It's 4:45 PM, over half this restaurant is empty...? Alright... Took quite awhile to get our drinks. Our food took forever for a place that wasn't packed yet. Also our server walked by us multiple times the 25+ minutes our drinks and chip basket were empty and wanted refills. Not cool. Get my margarita flatbread, the thing is pretty cold. The cheese in the middle was not melted all the way and was still in the shredded chunks. Not the end of the world, but it was still a bit disappointing. Bonus story: When we were ordering my mom mentioned she wanted one of the orders to go. Waiter tells us to "order it once we get our for-here orders, it'll get lost in the kitchen, etc" which just seemed like he was blowing smoke up our asses. Sadly I had a bad enough experience that my 5 star is now down to one star and they can thank Vanessa serving in the bar area. I have already tried to contact Chili's customer service twice with no luck and no response and I didn't wanna be annoying and post it on here but they gave me no choice. She got irritated and corrected me when I didn't know the difference between 2 types of chicken tenders they had based on how crispy they were (because I'm supposed to be an expert on a menu? Pretty sure that isn't my job). This girl THREW our food on the table like, threw it so our chips went on the table (which she forgot to charge us for) we had to ask for utensils after about 15 min of us waiting there using a wooden stake from my corn to pick up my piece of chicken and bite at it like it was on an ice cream cone. She wouldn't actually stop at the table and ask if you were doing OK she would ask us in passing so we couldn't even actually give her an answer. If we asked for water she would come back and slam it down on the table as if she was irritated we asked for anything. She burnt our cookie skillet and told us she did and said she put more hot fudge on top to make up for her mistake, trust me it didn't cover up the burnt taste. The only reason that I did not call for manager to come over or anything was because this girl triggered my anxiety to the point I didn't wanna eat there anymore and just wanted to leave. I literally just ordered chips n salsa to go and when I got home there were BUGS IN MY BAG. I called and spoke to the manager he was very sorry on the phone but when I came back it was another story. He gave me double my order (all of them chips were stale and the salsa was like water!) and when I waited there for my money back he acted like I was wasting his time. Sticky fingers? I went to Chillis with some friends a forgot my zippo lighter on the table. When I went back I was told that the wait staff saw my lighter and put it in the safe. And that the manager didn't have the key and to come back the next day they took my name and number. I came back the next day and the manager( had no idea what I was talking about, guess on one communicates) said she didn't see one but that the safe only opens once a week. She took my name and number also. I received no phone call so I went in. What a crap hole! The restaurant is a disaster! The floors are dirty, every empty table was dirty, and the bathroom was disgusting. Not only is the bathroom is disgusting, there is a sign on the door for the customer to report it. I thought it was the restraints responsibility to schedule inspections and cleaning every hour (failed). Employees or servers were huddled in the corner visiting and eating with their friends instead of cleaning the place up like one would think is part of their job. Typically the housekeeping in the eating area dictates the cleaning practice of the kitchen and dishes. I will not be back, the manager of this facility has no controls nor does he hold the employees accountable for doing the work they are paid to do, sad!
