This summer I worked near this Chili's location. We went out to lunch two days a week for a month. Chili's would have been perfect. Except that every trip sucked. Do people really have two hour lunch breaks? Because it always took us at least 90 minutes to get through a meal there. Many of the lunch specials come with endless chips. They were always running out of chips. You are a national chain restaurant. Surely you can estimate, after serving thousands of customers nationwide, how many chips a given location should order. The service was half-hearted. Waters weren't refilled very frequently. We had to wait a long time to order and the waitress rarely came to check up on us (get more chips, replace a fallen utensil, etc.). After two or three trips, we just stopped going. I've been here multiple times because it's convenient, and in my area. It's hit or miss when I go there. Either it's an amazing experience or a really crappy one. Every time I go though the hosts/hostesses have no enthusiasm or let alone a smile on their face. Working in customer service I can't stand be greeted without a smile. Small, but it's important to me. I love the food and the 2 for $20 meal deal. I always get the steak, and I've never been disappointed. If it wasn't for the food I'd probably never go there because the service, like I said is hit or miss. read more

You'd think that, being a chain restaurant, it'd be easy for Chili's to get their menu right. Well, you'd be wrong. First, I had a craving for Chicken Fried Steak, so we ventured to this location because it's pretty close to home. We should have just braved the rush hour traffic and traveled the extra distance and gone to BJ's like we originally planned. I had the trio fajitas with steak, chicken, and shrimp. Whoever cut that steak had NO CLUE what they were doing, and the result was a shoe leather tough steak. The chicken and the shrimp were good, but the steak ruined it. After informing our waitress (who was pretty attentive and accommodating), that nasty steak was replaced with the carnitas. The carnitas were good, but i feel like it didn't make up for the faux pas of the steak. I wound up bringing most of my meal home since I was just so perturbed at that point. My mom had the margarita chicken and Dr. Pepper baby backs. She said they were okay, but she agreed that we should have gone to BJ's. We went for dinner tonight at Chili's and the kid seating everybody cant even listen to what you're saying. I told him at table 5 and that I needed a high chair he never brought the high chair then it took the waitress over 10 minutes to come talk to us. After she brought the things I asked her for a highchair when she did bring and then she took her order and it just was a lot longer than expected. Also the the menu was very small to what it needs to be so I don't think you will be going back. read more

I recently ordered some food to go and got home and my chicken crisper were dark brown, meaning burnt. I drove back to Chili's not to complain, but to show them what they gave me. The management didn't think anything was wrong with the chicken crisper and asked me what do I want them to do? I explained that they should not look like this and should not be dry inside. The lack of concern by management really left a bad taste in my mouth. I have been going to this Chili's since they built it and one thing I have noticed is the change in management and services go down. All this happened on 1/10/2015 @ 7pm. I have decided that this was the last straw and I will not patronize this Chili's anymore. Chili's has lost a loyal customer for over 8 years and the lack of concern by management is the reason why!!! read more

I thought I would give Chili's to go curbside delivery to my car a try. I ordered online and it said to be outside for delivery to my car at 3:39 pm. I arrived a few minutes early. I saw several employees look out the window at my vehicle and then go about their business. I waited and waited and finally at 3:55 went in to the restaurant to find out what was going on. When I went in employees whisked right past me. When I asked about my order i was told to go see the bartender. The bartender was quite busy and was not immediately helped by her. When I told her I had a order to go she asked my name and I was finally given my order. Needless to say food was cold and was not very good. Not going to try this again. Poor, poor service Chili's. read more

You have to scan a QR code to look at the menu on your phone and they don't even have WI-FI available for customers. If you have T-Mobile you're screwed because there is no service in this area! read more

Food was really exceptional. Was Seated promptly. Server was friendly and attentive. (Steven K) Food arrived in a reasonable amount of time. They charged my phone for my while I ate, which was above and beyond. (Charger wasn't working in vehicle and I was traveling through and was supposed to be calling my fiancee soon so this was super helpful. ) read more

They delivered the wrong order, were slow, and the place was dirty. The sad clowns came to town.

Just looking for a dinner out anywhere close by, chose Chili's. It certainly is a family oriented place. I think ours was the only table that did not have a least one child ready to eat. The place is clean, the menu is large with lots of nice pictures of food. Decided on the 2 for $20 dinner. I got the chicken fajitas and my son got the 6oz steak. We did get an appetizer with meal and we chose a flatbread with chicken. Small, 4 pieces, but tasty. Fajitas were acceptable although the chicken had no spices at all which made the dish bland. No salsa on the table so had to ask for that and it made the dish better. Enough food so the portion size was good. The steak was a fair steak, came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The staff was friendly, attentive, made you welcome and seemed to be enjoying their jobs. All in all an acceptable atmosphere (if you like kids) and food. read more

This is a decent Chili's. Have had both good and bad service there, so it averages out to the 3 stars. Nothing special, but it's a chain restaurant so with a high turnover of employees they usually tend to be pretty hit or miss depending on who you get that day. read more

Disgusting. Both of our dishes were cold, and I don't mean it had been hot and sat around getting cold, I mean it was straight out of the refrigerator cold. Let the waiter know and he came back with the same exact dishes just thrown in the microwave for too long so it was chewy and hard. Food was bland, NOT worth a penny. We hadn't even left the restaurant yet and I was already sick to my stomach. read more

I don't recommend this this Chili's at all ! I didn't end up finishing my pasta so I asked my waiter to give me a to go box she takes 10 mins just to do that and comes to me with a DIRTY to go box how is this possible we are in a pandemic.And on top of that our food comes and my family member asks for ketchup this takes her 2 mins because our dinning table is next door to the kitchen tell me why it takes her 20+ .I am really disappointed and will never come again read more

The crispers and waffles were decent. The Cajun chicken pasta was bland, more like chicken alfredo. The server brought our pick 3 appetizer out AFTER our lunch! No apologies given. Also, she filled up our sprite with water. Terrible service! read more

I enjoy going to chili's and the environment in the restaurant and today when I walked in I felt very welcomed by the warm staff. My food was brought out fast and fresh tasted good as always. read more

Okay, first off - the kitchen here is 4 stars. The chicken is better than most Chili's, although sometimes it's a miss. The restaurant however needs to get it together. This is the only restaurant in the area at the moment - so they are always slammed. Two of my to-go orders have been lost. Each time, after waiting 30 minutes to leave my place to pick up the food since they said it'd be ready in 40 - I get there - wait in line for 10 minutes to get my food - only to find out the entire orders has to be re-entered and then I sit for another 40 minutes waiting on the food. What really burns me is that there's never an apology, or a discount. There is no attempt to redeem themselves. And, the last time, you could tell the manager was there trying to help keep the orders straight. When we ate inside we were waited on by someone claiming to regularly be a bartender. She was just as direct as a bartender, so it makes sense. But, well, I left with mixed feelings about the experience. She pulled out some card about girls ordering first. Look, we were a large group, let us order in order by person if that's what we wish. I have special order needs due to allergies and my partner helps me out as he worked for Chili's for years. Not only was I made terribly uncomfortable, the order was screwed up by her enforcement of her system. But then, she brings me a box without me needing to ask for it and makes it all happy and themed for the season. I felt appreciated as a customer, but only after being "scolded" for our way of ordering in order by person. There wasn't a wait, to our surprise, when we went in to eat. Which was awesome. The drinks kept coming. But, the staff needs to treat the customers better - and they need to figure out how to handle the high volume of to-go orders. Ordered car side to go then realized this was the wrong location so called and canceled right away. They still charged me and never received the food then I call the next day they put me on hold for 20min I hang up call back and finally get a manager he says he will look into it and call me right back and never did. And still no refund 3 days later... worst customer service ever. read more

This place is great! I love the fajitas and the apps the most. The first time they helped turn on a Seahawks game for us in the bar which was nice considering this is Broncos territory. Second time we had Clint as a waiter and he was the best!! Made us feel very welcome that night for dinner. Restaurants like this seem to be changing their menus too much these days which I don't like but that's really corporate who decides that. read more

I LOVE Chilis but this location is terrible! I never write a bad review on just one experience, I don't feel its fair to the business; that being said...I had a bad experience TWICE at this location...both times I got my food to go they didn't supply utensils or napkins but most importantly the food was mediocre, and it wasn't warm. The one sandwich was a disaster & I had to completely re assemble it, which was annoying. read more

I want to start by saying we have been to several Chili's restaurants over the years and have overall enjoyed it. Our expectations are pretty low as long as our food is hot and good, and we receive it in a somewhat timely manner. This Chili's was a nightmare. Our server was very friendly and apologetic, but obviously very green. It took forever to get our drinks and meal ordered. We ordered appetizers that never came. The server brought out our meal and after finding out our apps never arrived turned around with our food. Our apps are brought out shortly after, and a few minutes later the same food again arrives. We got our bill and asked to have it split. This turned into one card being charged the full total and another being charged a separate fee. In the end the server was nice and apologetic- offered a free dessert. This was one of the worst meal experiences we've had in awhile. read more

This Chili's deserves 0 stars but since its required to put a star I have no choice, my husband & I met his family here for dinner, we were sitting for 25-30 minutes and no waiter or waitress ever came to take a drink order or to even say hello SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, avoid this Chili's if possible! read more

This used to be one of my favorite places to go. They have the two for 20 where you can pick a appetizer and two meals for 20 bucks. Great value specially since they listed the fajitas on there which some of the best! However, I feel like they have gone down hill in quality. The fajitas are still decent but they just don't taste as fresh as they once did. One of my other favorites was the chicken crispers. They come with fries and corn on the cob. The corn is the best part of that plate now that the chicken crispers are soggy every time I receive them. They seem to have changed their margaritas up also which is a bummer. The restaurant left a good taste in my mouth as they quickly sat us down and provided us with delicious appetizers. I love their strawberry lemonade and their entree of mini bacon burgers. They have an over-the-top-friendly staff who are patient and actually listen to any question, concern, and suggestions. I have always enjoyed this location and hope to return. read more

Ordered To-Go because I was subbing a shift at the Starbucks nearby. Food was ready before I got there and staff was friendly and pretty quick (hence the two stars). Food was warm but mediocre at best. My stomach started hurting about 30 minutes later and my guess is they're kitchen is not maintained as I've never had this issue with the same dish I get at other Chilis without this problem. I always get chicken bacon quesadillas. I also got the cheese fries. Cheese fries tasted good but cheese was melted to the foil. Hard to get apart from the foil and had pieces of tin foil stuck to my fries. Not a pleasant experience compared to the other ones at my local chilis. Wish I could've just gone there instead. read more

We live nearby and eat here whenever we can (at least a couple of times per month). The food has been exceptional virtually every time. The closest we've ever been to a complaint would be a short wait, the cooks might be a little slow, or the very few times the food was only warm and not super hot. If we ever do have a rare minor issue of any kind with our order or something, they will bend over backwards to take care of it - every single time. When family comes into town, it is one of the few places we easily recommend (and then we ask if we can join them!). read more

Met some friends here while they were staying at a nearby hotel. Very slow service and don't think the kitchen staff knows how to grill a steak. Drinks were served fairly quickly - reason for two stars, otherwise it's one star. They get most of the business from the people staying at the hotels by DIA, I'm guessing since it was pretty crowded and loud. read more

Seating was quick for a Sunday evening. The waitress was nice and stopped by quite a bit to check up on me. The food was crap. I has triple dipper. Southwest egg rolls, honey boneless wings, the small burgers. The egg rolls were good but the chicken was overcooked and the burgers were undercooked. Solid pink in the middle is not how a burger should be. The chicken was like eating rubber with a nasty bbq sauce on it. The only think that made it better was the ranch so when I ran out, I stopped eating. I would go to chilis again but not this one. read more

Grabbed a quick bite to eat for lunch today before heading to Aspen and was not crowded at all. I had the Cajun Chicken Pasta which was good. He had the new burger (can't remember name) but he liked it. Service was quick and on point. read more
