One of the best chips and salsas anywhere. We never have bad service there since this place has opened. The bew renovations are nice but it takes away from the restaurant feel. Its like they are trying to make it as if you were eating at home but at a house with little room and too many people. The service is very quick and the keep the drinks coming which is always a key part to great service. Its usually busy but its clean and the food is good. For a chain they have a great version of Tex-Mex and it will always be a go to place for us with the kids. read more

Welp, it's been a minute since I had been to Chili's and all it took was a "Middle Class Fancy" party to get me out. We came with a group - all decked out in our Middle Class Fancy best - and hit the chain restaurants. Chili's was first on the list and thanks to Yelp's waitlist we didn't have to wait long, which was great! We hit the bar where we were served quickly. I had been craving a cadillac margarita and that's what I got. Food and beverages here were pretty standard. But what truly stood out was the amazing service. From the sweet hostesses to the patient waitress, we were treated extremely well even with all our debauchery. Great food, Great service Manager Scott was very respectful made sure we all were taken care of during our family dinner.

I was very reluctant to go to Chili's tonight and when we got there, they messed up on our order and our food took over an hour to come out. The manager came out and made everything perfect and gave us free appetizers, discount on dinner for 6 and a dessert on the house. Came in on a Saturday night with my fiancé to have a drink and some appetizers. We sat in the bar area and there were plenty of open tables, winning on the fast seating, the drinks are always good , i'm a big fan of their margaritas, however take note that some are really big in size . Took my granddaughter there for her 10th birthday lunch. Was unsure when we arrived the hostess didn't know how to smile and wanted us to sit in the bar. I told her we preferred the other side. She quickly told us we would have to wait. The restaurant was maybe a third full,but we patiently waited a few minutes while she walked around. Once seated our experience changed. All were so nice and paid a lot of attention to the birthday girl . The manager came by and gave her a birthday card and a free lunch and dessert. Others came by and wished her a happy birthday. So much better than the Gosford location. You can see it in the food presentation. The side salads are so much bigger here. At Gosford, they stuff their side salads in a bowl. Why? I'm giving Chili's 4 stars, based off a love hate relationship haha. This is our usual go to spot for a Sunday lunch in the Bar which seating is open this before going to the grocery store. We have our favs it's the chips, salsa and queso dip. We typically order food to share a side salad, triple dipper with the egg rolls, burger bites & honey chipotle wings or crispers. It's very basic food but depending on how busy they are on that given day your food can be served nice and hot or stone cold. This has happened several times which gets a bit discouraging but I can say the servers take care of any issue you may have. I've also had there soups pretty tasty, serval other salads you really can't go wrong stopping in for a bite or a drink. read more

I came here with a group of friends after work for the 2 for $25 meals and it was AWESOME. I do not typically go to chili's, but I might have to start coming more often. We got the onion blossom petals, mango chicken, and Cajun chicken pasta with our meal and added two El Presidente Margaritas. The onion blossom was perfectly cooked and crispy when it arrived to the table. I was unsure of what the sauce on the side was, but I tried it anyways and found it as less than pleasant. The blossom tasted much better with ranch. My order was the mango chicken. This was absolutely delicious, but on the menu I do recall reading "mango Chile chicken" but this dish is not spicy at all. The Cajun chicken pasta was very good. The Cajun seasoning is only on the chicken on top of the pasta and was also not very spicy. We ordered the mango and blackberry flavors for the margaritas. The blackberry margarita was sweeter than the mango margarita. Both had very great flavor and were super refreshing. All in all I do believe I would come back for another great meal and some yummy, affordable drinks. read more

Ok, update to my last review. My kids wanted Chili's, so I gave in. I must say, service has improved significantly since my last couple visits. The menu was revamped and probably the training the servers received, because, service was on par today--quite impressed. I was able to add myself on the waitlist through Yelp. I like that feature. Our waitress, Lauren, was pretty attentive. The food was good too. First time I tried the Chili at Chili's--it was good but not the best. It was more soupy like rather than thick and meaty. I tried the Caribbean Salad and I actually like it. They cut fresh pineapple which was a nice touch to the salad. First time I tried the guacamole with the chips and salsa and I liked it. It had big chunks of Avocado, which I actually like it that way. I do like how you can pay on the electronic thingamajig. Very convenient! Today we had Kat and our experience was easy and enjoyable. I had the 3 for $10 with Bacon Cheeseburger, iced tea and salad and the burger was seriously the best I've had anywhere in years. Hot, thick, juicy meat; warm soft bun with a gloss of butter; tomato, lettuce, mayo and a lot of bacon. We Love eating here at the Rosedale Hwy Chili's! We eat here at least one night a week. The food is good. We LOVE the 3 for $10 special that they run periodically. If that is not available, then we usually order the steakhouse combo or the faitas. The chicken breast in the steakhouse combo is cooked correctly every time. It is so moist & never dry. And the endless chips are great. They even stay fresh in the take home bag. And the staff is great. The red headed hostess, that is now blond, knows us by name & always recalls the area that we like to sit. And the waiter (John) is quick on his feet & keeps an eye out for the almost empty glasses. The best Chili's bar we've been to! It was on our way to Vegas and we just needed a quick lunch; came in to this Chili and the hostess immediately greeted us with a smile. We decided to sit at the bar area because we heard laughers from there. It always seems to be busy here. I like Chili's fine. One of the more consistent chain restaurants out there. The 2 for $20 dinner special is a good deal. It includes one appetizer to share with your partner and two entrees. Some Notes from our latest visit: The Cinnamon Molten cake ($6.89) is pretty good. (3 stars) The Chocolate Cookie Skillet ($5.99) is terrific. (4.5 stars) Mix & Match Fajita Trio ($15.39) is good. (3 stars) 1/2 rack ribs with side ($10.79) is good. (3 stars) Service was friendly and attentive at the bar area. (4 stars) The atmosphere was cool at the bar area with all the sports programs. (3.5 stars) I really enjoy going to Chili's once in awhile (especially when we have a gift card!!) Have not had a bad experience yet. If you get one of their specials, then you can really save money. If you join their e-mail club, then they will send you coupons or deals almost every week. Make sure to save room for dessert when you come here. Food was ok, as to be expected. The service was the real problem. Our waitress was a rude, African American girl with BIG red hair. She seemed to have a problem with serving us and didn't like being asked for refills for our drinks. She never brought my husband his beer he ordered. When asked for a refill of water, she wouldn't even look at us and just kept walking as she said, "yea" then blatantly stopped to socialize with her friends that were dining there also. She ignored us for 15 minutes while she socialized before deciding to get the refill we asked for. When asked for my husbands beer, she played dumb like she had never heard of a beer before. When I asked another waiter for a refill of water, a tall skinny guy, he was in a hurry to get away from me and said, "yea when I'm done with this table" also never. Even looked at me, and NEVER came to help us. Keep in mind there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Service was HORRIBLE and I'm still mad at my husband for tipping them a penny. Came here for a quick meal on my way back home to California. I ordered what I've always had, which is their cadillac style chicken fajitas and it was fresh and tasty the way food should be. My husband had a fajita chicken salad, which was surprisingly super fresh and very tasty and our waitress was fast, courteous and friendly. Everything seemed to go well until the tail end of our meal when another waitress that was not helping us came up behind our table with an attitude as she started ranting that we couldn't use the outlet plug. She was super rude and my husband and I tried to explain that the hostess is the one who allowed us to use the outlet for our laptop and that we were just leaving anyway. She was obviously angry and kept complaining that it should have not been done etc. She made a huge ass deal and it ruined the wonderful meal we had. I don't mind people explaining and correcting a situation but I will not tolerate someone trying to "scold" me as if I were a child. This is simply unacceptable and people need more training if they are to deal with the public. In a nutshell I've already made up my mind that I won't be coming back to this Chili's. read more

Another disappointing online order, not sure why it is so difficult to double check an order, I mean start by looking at the receipt and then look in the bag and see if it is there, I understand everyone is overwhelmed with to-go orders but please just take a minute to check the order. Ordered chips & salsa NO chips, ordered chips & guacamole, NO chips. Ordered 4 salads with extra ranch and got 2 ranch dressings. Ordered 4 side salads at $4.79 a piece, use to be packaged in a large clear to-go container, now this is what it looks like, compare this to the picture when placing your order. Good fish tacos. Good Southwestern Eggrolls. Good burgers. Great in-house made pickles! They were the deciding factor in where to eat. The food, overall, is consistently decent. The service could use some work. The servers are friendly enough, but with 3 servers per table, we spent as much time saying we were 'fine' as we did eating. Only one of the servers had a key card for the computer, and there is no cash register, so paying in cash proved to take a long time. The service model just didn't make sense to me, and seemed to be more annoying than convenient, through no fault of the servers themselves. read more

Once I asked for the above she walked away , I'm thinking to bring me the above but she actually went to wipe off a table and ask two other tables if they needed anything. Mind you they don't carry the rags in there pocket .When I asked about the plates she sarcastically commented , I'll be right there . 5.
