My second trip to this location and again 1 1/2 hours later the meal was finished and very disappointing. Only 1 of 3 people at the bar, waited quite some time for a menu, waited again quite some time for my drink, waited quite some time for my meal which then arrived cold! Horrible experience and food My husband and I finally got a quick night out with no kids after 4 years, we chose Chili's-what a HUGE mistake. I wish i wasn't too pissed off to take pictures for proof. My husband's food came out, the cajun pasta (or whatever it's called), no cajun seasonings, no tomatoes and the pasta was overcooked-just plain old alfredo pasta. He opted for the shrimp and it looked like the tiny ones that came out of a can. Dish wasn't even hot. We sent this back and had the waiter take it off the bill. My meal was the chicken crispers-I honestly thought this was a joke. I must have gotten the bottom of the bag because NONE of my chicken looked anything like the photo and were literally tiny broken slivers of chicken- I think I had one crisper that looked full/decent sized. They were all dry and chewy. My corn on the cob was cold and didn't even come with butter-not that it would have melted anyway. I didnt finish my meal. We finished our beverages and just left. I will never go back to this place, nor recommend it. This place is a joke. $42 of my hard earned money and alone time with my husband that I'll never get back. Went there with the family 2 of us had salad and one of us had the burger... I have had the salad before and have eaten all of it in the past.... but today I didn't due to the amount of cilantro in the salad... first couple of bites and it was all I tasted... I ate a little bit more but stopped because I then tasted jalapeno which also isn't supposed to be in the salad the waitress did say that there is a new person in the kitchen... but cilantro is a garnish not an ingredient in the salad..besides.. the menu doesn't say it has cilantro which it should for those with allergies ..my sons salad was swimming in dressing so the greens were super soggy...we told the waitress and she informed the manager... they offered to replace our salad but you know once you get disappointed you kind of lose your appetite... the manager said he would removed both from the receipt which was nice... about a minute after the manager walked away, my son pulls out an extremely long blonde hair out of his salad....that was the cherry on top of the sundae... I mean he barely ate it because it was swimming in dressing which was a good thing... the last thing you want is to chew on an extremely long hair while your trying to enjoy your meal....needless to say the burger was good enough to eat... at least...but 2 of us went home hangry.. oh well... read more

I visited this Chili's this past weekend ( 4/28). It was one of the worst experiences ever...We sat at the bar area while waiting on a to-go order, after waiting to be acknowledged by the server who went to other people before serving us, it was obvious she had a problem with us as people of color, her attitude was condescending and extremely rude as she asked me "Is there a problem? I said excuse me? She says "I said is there a problem"" I turned around and you rolled your eyes" I say if you turned around how would you know if I rolled my eyes? So, I am a grown, professional with a PhD, rolling my eyes, what are we in high school? At any rate, I was totally disgusted and turned off. I will be filing a more formal complaint. Well, decided to try chilis tonight on our way home. Let just say we had our first and most likely last meal there. First we sat at the bar thinking we would get in and out, mind you the bartender had one gentleman, and another couple... Food looked great pictured on the menu, as we ordered two beers, waited 10 mins after for her to come back and ask about ordering, got our app maybe 15 mins after that, Queso was thin, watery, not really any flavor to it at all, I will say we enjoyed the salsa, until we saw they emptied the rest of the chips and maybe after 10 large chips the rest was broken up pieces. We then watched other tables and couples sit and wait for her, our beers empty, she came back over and filled them, said our dinners would be just another few mins, about a half hour our meals were brought to us by what I think would of been the manager, well, they were cold, everything on his plate and mine besides the broccoli, was cold, my mashed potatoes were so cold they started to harden, the roaster corn on the cob on my boyfriends dish was so over cooked it was like rubber. The only thing hot on his plate was the chicken crispers, fries, sausage, corn, and garlic bread all cold. My steak room temp, onion rings, mashed potatoes cold. You can see our utter disgust while eating and just wanted to pay and be done, almost $60 later and two very unhappy customers. Like I said, first and last time there. I'm sure they realized we weren't happy when our plates looked very close to the way they were given to us. Maybe it wasn't chilis fault, maybe just a poor bartender. But completely awful. read more

I was very disappointed with the overall trip to this chilis. We walk in and the waitress was fast to get us our orders but took 20 minutes to get appetizers. After we finished we got our food and I had a fry. When the fried touched my mouth it tasted bad and was freezing. So I get new fries and they still taste bad. My sister didn't even get to eat because the cook could not put meat on chicken fingers. They looked the size of a human pinkie finger. This place is the worst. We had to choose a place in this town so we figured Chilis would be safe. However, If you are a person who expects at least decent and clean, do not go to this Chilis. First of all, it was incredibly dirty. And when I said something to the waiter, he made fun of me to the hostess and neither of them did anything. All the waitstaff just stands around; it doesn't even enter their minds to clean up. It is a disgrace for a large chain like this. There was food all over the floor, the table where they seated us was dirty, the chairs had food all over them and the chairs were sticky. Plus, the food was equivalent to fast food or worse. We went here several times in the last couple of years. While my son has enjoyed his meals he usually gets something simple and it's worked out fine. I had a lovely lunch there once. Unfortunately the last two times we tried to go there for dinner I tried to order something off the menu and it didn't work out. I attempted to order the chicken and waffles "for the table" item. It cost six dollars and change. I ordered that and a full dinner for myself. And my son ordered for dinner. What I got were two full dinners! I told the waitress I didn't order myself 2 full dinners, one is the appetizer and I pointed to it on the menu. She said she remembered that but when she put it in it came out as a full dinner. I should have been informed before she brought me two full dinners. I can't believe it didn't occur to her, but it didn't. I tried to order that same appetizer "to go" the next night and I was told over the phone that the price is for the full dinner. I said it's on the appetizer menu. They said well, it's a full dinner. If it's on the menu I should be able to order it, and at the price they are advertising it for. This is very very misleading. They need new menus with the chicken and waffles appetizer taken off permanently. Or, actually offer the product that is on the menu. One of the two. Perhaps it has even been done by now, I sure hope so. I'm sure other people tried to order that appetizer and did not want the full dinner. read more

I came in at 10:00 with my husband after a long day of work. The restaurant was open for another hour and we decided to sit at the bar since there were only a few tables in the restaurant. The bar was empty besides one girl, but it was absolutely filthy. There was one semi-clean spot left so that's where we sat. I got the wrong burger and the fries were completely inedible. If you broke one in half it would just turn into old fry dust. The bartender asked us how it was and I told him it was "ok." He responded by walking away and ignoring us for the rest of the night while he flirted with the girl at the bar. We left 10 minutes before they closed and already half the chairs were up in the restaurant! The manager was standing right there too. I would understand if we walked in right before they closed, but we were there for an entire hour prior to closing time. I guess this is the kind of service you can expect from a bunch of high school kids! read more

We had dinner at Chili's on Sunday evening, August 13th and that was a big mistake. We had to wait almost 1 hour for our food because they elected to serve the larger tables first. Those tables then finished and were leaving while we still sat there waiting for our food. Then to top that off they screwed up two of our orders. When we asked to see the manager she came over with an attitude, never to apologize for the delay and said she would take care of correcting the orders. Twenty minutes our orders were delivered and she never came over to see if everything was now correct. Then I ordered a glass of water only to find a straw wrapper in the glass. . And to top everything off, because of the time of the evening, the help started to sweep and vacuum around us while we were eating. The manager never showed concern to correct the issues at hand. Horrible!!!! Now I've always come to this Chilis like all the time with my friends, me and my friend went yesterday at 7:20pm to grab a bite before we went to go catch a movie at 8:10 at the Stroud mall. We decided to keep it light and get salads so our order didn't take forever to get to us since we were in a time crunch, my friend got the Quesadilla Explosion and I got the Margarita Flatbread Salad, well her salad was drenched in ranch dressing after specifically asking for NO ranch...my salad and flatbread were good but my CHICKEN WAS PINK in the middle, now I didn't complain because we were in a rush so I put the chicken to the side and ate the rest of the salad and bread :-| As we were more than halfway done the chef comes up to us and tells my friend they mixed her order with someone else's and gives her a free dessert, as we are waiting for her dessert we were talking about my PINK CHICKEN and while we were talking I guess the chef was overhearing us and decides to come up to us nicely and ask what was wrong, when we showed him the chicken and how it was PINK he looks and says I don't see pink all I see is juiciness...seriously man??? We just looked and said no it's pink but whatever we're not trying to complain, he was nice about everything but seriously own up to it and don't try and make it seem like we don't know what we are talking about, I cook all the time and I know RAW chicken when I see it. After he finished talking to us he goes back to the kitchen mind you our table is close to the kitchen and we hear him yelling at the cooks saying how they gave me uncooked chicken...so he knew darn well the chicken was raw but didn't want to admit it, they ended up giving me and my friend both free desserts. Now like I said I usually come here all the time and the food is good so I'm not sure what happened that night especially to see that it was WAY emptier than normal, maybe it was emptier than normal because the food is starting to go down hill but who knows, all I know is I don't believe I will be going back there anymore. My husband and I went on a Saturday around 5:00 there was no one in the waiting area but we were told there was a 15 minute wait. We sat at the bar to wait and were the only people at the bar. After ordering our drinks the bartender did other things behind the bar and after 5-10 minutes got around to making our drinks?? While sitting at the bar we noticed a few empty tables. My husbands asked the hostess why no one is sitting at those tables, and she replied those tables are for people who are waiting, he said I am one of the people who is waiting. She then showed him the list with the names of the people waiting and we were the second name on the list, so he asked why if there were empty tables we couldn't be seated, she then said her manager advised her NOT to seat people because the kitchen was backed up, which was probably true because their were three waiter hanging out at the hostess station. We asked to see the manager, when she came out and we asked her why no one was sitting at the empty tables she said you could sit there if you want ! When we finally sat down and ate, the food was good. Don't know if we came at a bad time or if this restaurant is poorly run but that experience was not worth the money we spent. read more

My husband and I have been there for lunch a few times and the service and food was ok..but today was the worse service..There was no one in the front to sit us until I went to the bar to locate someone..sat down and was asked if we knew what we wanted before looking at a menu..we never got napkins or eating untensils until I got it myself because the waitress was no where to be found..we got our soup and she said taste it first to see if it was hot enough..she knew before she came out that it wasnt because the cheese was not melted..so we sent it back..I got my sliders almost fifteen minutes later and the buns were stale and while all this was going on there were more people standing waiting to be seated and one couple sat themselves down..Not happy with the server Kathy..not happy with the food..maybe new management is needed because there are alot of other places we can go to and chili's wont be one of them. read more
