Upon walking in there was no hostess to greet us, we walked about 5 minutes to be seated and no one ever came. We then decided to sit at the bar surrounded by dirty tables at 2pm on a Wednesday and wait another 5 minutes to be greeted and then another few before giving her our drink orders. Our bartender Janitra could not have been more uninterested in our needs. She dropped our food off and never returned. After waiting 15 minutes We had to ask another server to grab her so we could pay before leaving. Horrible experience. The other server told us she was "in the bathroom" As someone who works in a restaurant you should never say that it's disgusting, I don't want to think about the lady who delivers my food using the bathroom while I'm eating. If I could give this place a ZERO I would. Came here on my husbands bday and it was both of our first time trying it out. THE WAITRESS I HAD WAS RUDE AND DISGUSTING. The other people working there were no help and just seemed to laugh. Their lucky I didn't throw plates lol. Anyways let me explain what happened, it was by far the worse experience I had at a restaurant/fast food. I ordered the fajita platter to share with my husband and asked what would be on the platter to the waitress. She randomly asked, "where are you from?" I proudly said, "Canada, came here for a visit" and she's like, "do they not have fajitas in Canada?" UM WHAT?? I didn't want to start nothing and cause a seen because it was after all, my husbands birthday. I let it go and ignored it and we then get our platter like 35 minutes later and was literally served only 2 pieces of tortilla breads. Uh, im being served a fajita platter and sharing with my husband, 2 isn't going to cut it. So I asked for more bread.... and she's like, "we don't serve bread here" I'm like you literally just gave me 2 pieces and this isn't enough for a platter. She's like in a whiny high pitch tone, "ohhhhhhhh you mean tortilla" HOW RUDE, last time I checked, tortillas are under the same category as BREAD. Anyways, so I'm the end I asked for a bday special and she asked what kind and my husband wanted me to choose and she's like, "isn't this for him, why are you picking" HONESTLY I WAS READY TO LOOSSSEE IT. At this point my anger was over the roof but I was keeping my cool. At the very end, we were ready to get our check and so we received it and payed in cash and would receive $15 back in change. She comes back with our receipt and NO CHANGE. I asked where it was, she's like, "oh, you want your change back? Do they not tip in Canada" OMG I LOST IT , I YELLED AND FUSSED AND ASKED FOR A MANAGER BUT APPARENTLY NO MANAGER SO I GOT MY CHANGE BACK AND LEFT I just had to write this review, I've been stressed over it and my husband didn't deserve that on his birthday, neither did I. Everyone there was so nice! The waiter was very attentive also and made sure we had everything we needed. The side salads we got came right away, they were big and delicious. Our entrees​ took a while to get though, but we're delicious and worth it. We got the Oreo molten cake desert which was good except the ice cream was freezer burnt. This place has gone to the dogs. Ordered $50 bucks worth of take out 6/24/17 my family and some guest that were visiting. They can't seem to follow simple instructions. I was charged for Items didnt receive and they put items that were requested to be removed. The food which I picked up approximately 15 minutes after order was placed was not fresh at all. The chips were like greasy rubber. My dog wouldn't eat the fries because they were so hard and nasty burgers were dry and cold. Had a solid experience at this Chili's. The waitress was very attentive and quick to respond to anything we needed. I ordered the lunch portion of the Chicken, Bacon, Avocado Sandwich and a house salad. The sandwich was good and quite filling. The only thing I didn't adore was the bread. It's a pretzel bun and it does take a little getting used to. All in all, though, I received exactly what was asked for in a timely manner. read more

So, I worked at this chili's for 3 months and quit a week ago! Employees with terrible attitudes, and little to no server experience for most of the staff. No one puts in effort to try to do anything right, and the ones who do get treated like a pile of dog poop. I've seen a manager on at least 6 different instances balling up her fist as to about to punch, and spitting in customers faces as she yelled that they were wrong! I've also seen exponentially worse treatment towards any good employee. It was almost like they treated the employees that were just playing on there phone all night, like royalty. The new general manager is the only good thing this restaurant has. I was their top server for 3 months ago in a row, with a stat of 93% server attentive and the next highest server attentive was a 61%... this place truly should be closed down or at least have a total change of staff. I ordered take out from the Millerville location in Baton Rouge, LA tonight (5/20/15). It was absolutely disgusting. I have always loved Chili's, despite the majority people I know detesting it. Having not eaten there in a while, I was craving their California Club sandwich, which has always been very delicious in the past. Boy was I disappointed. First of all, the avocados on the sandwich were not fresh, there was more cheese than turkey, there was NO red onions, no mayo, and there was NO BACON! Bacon totally makes a club sandwich. Not to mention that I couldn't even eat it as a sandwich because the bread was a soggy, falling apart mess. This was hands down the grossest sandwich I have ever eaten, or I should say, attempted to eat. Totally wasted my money on dinner tonight. And the usually delicious, well seasoned fries were cold, unseasoned, and stale. Guess my boyfriend was right in saying we shouldn't have eaten Chili's. For a low-priced bar and grill, you couldn't ask for much better than this location. The staff is very friendly and personable. The food is pretty good, even for a chain restaurant. The guys working the grill know how to cook a good sirloin and ribeye. They know the difference between rare and medium-rare...that in itself is pretty rare. read more

Sadly, like many restaurants, the service at this Chili's has really gone downhill lately. I went there recently on a Tuesday evening and received no service. A few waiters and waitresses walked by but nobody acknowledged my party. We tried to flag down the hostess, and she guaranteed someone would come. This place has the absolute worst To-Go staff imaginable. I worked To-Go for three years and the type of service I have received here would have gotten me fired. They never answer the phone. When they do, they TELL YOU TO CALL BACK LATER because they have people there in line. They once couldn't do orders because they were OUT OF BOXES. Was there Monday the 12 at lunch time about 1:30. With 2 others. It took the waitress about 10 min. to come to table, we were ready to order when she came, but she said she could take our order then. another 10 min. before she brought the drinks. we waited for 45 min. before I ask the other girl to see why we didn't have our food. Plus the waitress ( Sally) was sitting down talking to someone. she came saying that the soup we order had to be made, she was waiting for it to be made. We order some thing else then. She was not very good at all. we had to ask for a straw for our drinks 2 times before w got them. My friend and I love to eat at Chili's because they serve us very well and communicate with us through paper and pen and knowing that we are deaf even tho I can talk but sometimes loud distubring me so I had to use paper and pen to communicate with the waitress so we had no problems with them. The foods we order different every time we come to there are very delicious. The drinks are very tasty and delicious the last time we drank was frozen strawberry margaritas. Now next time I will try pomgernate drinks because I never try it. I am sure it would be very delicious too. We appreciate their generous and very courteous with us. Went here on a date night with girlfriend. Experience was not good. We walked in, were not greeted, stood in receptionist's area for over 5 minutes, nobody was there nor came to help or seat us. By then 2 other couples walked in and where waiting behind us. The bartender clearly saw us and let us wait there. Finally we went and asked the bartender if someone could help seat us. She when and got the manager to come seat us. Should have walked out and went somewhere else after that. Waitress was not very friendly. Menu's smelled like sour rags and where wet on the inside. Food came out fast but was horrible. We ordered the Chicken crispers, which came out looking nothing like the ones on the menu, were hard as a rock and looked like small chicken wings sizes of processed chicken. I ordered the chicken fajitas and they where okay, tortillas were cold, guacamole and sour cream tray you could tell had been sitting in the refrigerator all day, guacamole was brown and sour cream was watery. We then noticed both of our meals where on the 2 for $22 special and you get an appetizer. When we asked the waitress that we wanted the special she told us "well I'll will have to do a bunch of voids but I guess so", very rude. When guacamole and salsa appetizer came out, the guacamole looked fresh and tasted good, the salsa bowl was spilled all over the chips and looked like it was just thrown on there. The waitress never came back to the table. We paid at the kiosk, and even the kiosk screen was dirty. Left my unpleased review on the kiosk, and left as quick as we could. My wife and I have been Chili's customers for years. Tonight we took friends to the Millerville restaurant for dinner. It took nearly ten minutes for someone to even take our name for seating. The wait for seating wasn't long but it took a while for our waiter to come. We had to ask several times for water and napkins. It took a while for our drinks to come but they were well made. The food was good and the order was correct but, again, it took a while to come. And the restaurant was not crowded. When we ordered dessert, we were told they were out of ice cream. When we suggested whipped cream instead, the waiter said they had none. Our friends ordered cheesecake, the waiter told them they had no strawberries or blueberries. The only time service was rapid was when we asked for the check. It was embarrassing to have service this poor when taking friends out to dinner. We will have second thoughts about visiting this restaurant again any time soon.... By the way, both of us have worked in the restaurant industry and are usually understanding if things aren't just perfect but this was simply a bad experience. read more
