This place was Terrible! I ordered mine for pickup. While driving there I got a text saying it was ready. When I entered it was NOT ready and I had to wait a few minutes, no biggie BUT don't send messages saying it's ready when it isn't! I grab and go.. get home to find that my watermelon lemonade I ordered was JUST a lemonade. Now the website clearly showed there was an option for the watermelon lemonade had they been out? They had my phone number and could've asked me what I would like instead or while I picked it up. Asked me what I would've liked instead. Moving along to the french fries it was almost half the amount of what I ordered last week in Rockwall Texas. They were cold. Why were they cold? If my order wasn't ready and I had to wait on it? Moving along to the cheeseburger. Greasy and they piled everything up in the middle to when I grab my burger to take a bite. It pulls apart from all the sogginess cutting into the bread. You should be ashamed of yourselves for serving food like this, cold and wrong orders and as I get there, you're talking to an employee instead of asking what my needs are ...you wanted to finish your conversation first

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the bartender who sent me to a table and told me she'd be my server. I sat ordered drinks and waited on my friend. The service was friendly and our server was wonderful! She definitely made the experience worth it. I was excited to try the Nashville Hot mozzarella sticks but thought they didn't live up to the hype. Don't get me wrong they were good just not what I expected. 7/10 the ranch was was the star of the show 10/10 Staff members at this establishment are very friendly and I never felt like bother asking for the things we needed for our meal. Restrooms were very clean and from the smell had just been freshly cleaned! I haven't been to Chili's in years and this location might be a new hang out spot for me. I really enjoyed my time here. Stop and check it out!

The food is great. The place looks clean. However the service is GARBAGE. I've been coming here since the triple dipper went viral on TikTok and all of my friends wanted to try it. About a month ago I came, service was slow and I paid in cash. The server comes back and said they don't have any change so they just kept the change from the cash. Like WHAT??? Then the last time I went- I went a week ago. She said they lost our food order and when I ordered a second drink it never came out so I told her to take it off the tab since we were done eating and ready to go. 10 minutes later she sets the drink on the table and does not take it off of the tab. Yall I'll be making my own mozzarella sticks at home. That's insane behavior.

The greeter was courteous. John, our server, was fantastic. He was kind and knowledgeable about the menu. I had the grilled Santa Fe salad and it was absolutely delicious. The food came out rather quickly as well.

Starter/ side and meal that was served 30 minutes after everyone else's meals.

Service was some of the worse ever experienced, we spent the entire time trying to fix our order. 3 kids meals and 2 3 for me deals. They charged us for all drinks and sides even though they were included with the meals. Then bought out the wrong sides. My meal came out so late after everyone else's that I had to take it to go and eat it in the car. My husband waited so long for his starter and side that we had to take those to go too.

Entered and put our name down..told us it would be 10 minutes, then I get a text that it will be 20 minutes. Half of the restaurant is open..looks like they were short staffed. That's fine, understandable..we finally get seated and we wait..and wait..and wait..14 minutes in and we still have not been acknowledged by our server...we waited another 5 minutes and just got up and left..we didn't even bother telling anyone..who knows what can happen after to our food..also the restaurant is dirty..the tables are sticky..place has flies..and if the bathroom is dirty..I can imagine the kitchen..

Dry Rub Ribs and the sides were excellent

Brandon AKA Maverick is our favorite server/bartender. He always smiles when he sees us. We really enjoy his personality. Great job Maverick. Great job

Let me start by saying that I want to leave a 1, for my review, but I'd never leave a review that low without speaking to a manager, and in this visit I didn't ask for a manager. So my nephew, niece and I are at the chili's on millerville. We accidentally came at shift change. But we sat in the lounge for 45 minutes, before a server came to us. The host told us we could sit in here, but to give the bartender about 15 minutes to get to us. I was like that's fine, I kinda understand. I believe we literally waited until the next server came in. So there were 2 bartenders back there, prepping. Welp we finally have a server, drinks and an appetizer. Another party just sat behind us....and was almost immediately greeted by one of the two bartenders. When I tell y'all I'm so upset! Like I wanna speak to a manager, but I don't want that karma (i am a restaurant manager too) on me. Plus it's chili's....you don't really expect much The saving grace in this review is my server. She's great. Very attentive taking great care of us, I'll add her name after the visit, when I get my receipt.

They got three stars because the service was excellent! I'm 0 for 2 at Corp restaurants. I was craving a Philly bc my favorite place on Sherwood closed down. So sad. I added bacon. Came with raw bacon and a tiny amount of burned meat that seemed like warmed up beef jerky. Curly fries bumped it up. Waitress/bartender was amazing. Southwestern egg rolls were good. Hubby got the sliders and liked them, but ... bacon bits??? Sigh. Ok.

I work near Chilis so I would order "it's just wings" which is located inside Chili's pretty regularly but today i was VERY disappointed .. i order the honey chipotle wings as usual and they were VERY FATTY , so fatty i couldn't even eat my fit . I tried picking through it to see if I can get some meat from off it & it was a failure . I then called and complained and the lady told me i need to complain to Uber Eats & not them which I was confused because Uber Eats isn't who made my food they only delivered it . All of that to say , they dropped the ball on a very loyal customer . See picture below

Every time we order egg rolls they are all burnt. I guess stupid us for continuing to order right?

Every time we order egg rolls they are burnt to a crisp. I guess stupid us for continuing to do business with a place like this right? If you see their reviews they obviously don't care anyway.

I went for the lunch buffet for $13.99 and feel like the BR location def has more options than the NOLA location (I haven't been to that spot in over a year though). There are some seafood options during lunch (salt and pepper crab, salmon, assortment of fish, and mussels) but if you want a wider variety, dinner is the way to go. I didn't try the sushi because the majority of them were always wiped out but the chefs in the back were doing their best to replenish whenever they could. Nothing to extraordinary with the sushi, I feel like you could get most of em at the grocery store. My favs at lunch were hands down the salmon and the baked mussels w cheese on top. The salmon was SEASONED SO WELL and I just kept going back for more. The mussels and cheese was def a hit too bc I could see the chefs restock every so often. There's unlimited boba (not included in the buffet) and I had the mango, which tasted watered down to me. The ice cream was amazing, got a mix of the taro and mango. The cakes were extremely dry and the mousse was the only thing saving it from totally crumbling in my mouth. For the most part, the food was piping hot, but there were a few options that were cold when I ate them, hence the 4 stars. The staff were incredibly sweet and would clean tables immediately after someone would leave.

They have this amazing butter sauce packed with tons of flavor and it is served with their French bread to soak up that butter! There were so many things you could do, and each simulator had there own area/cubby, so that was nice if you wanted to do that. I thought the service could have been better. For the price, that's a pretty big disappointment. For entrees, I had the Smash Burger, which was fairly bland and nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was nice, staff were pretty good and it's a very popular place to grab a drink. While the food definitely improved as the night went on, the "hit or miss" nature of the meal and the service mishap with the appetizer made it hard to justify the price tag. A True Hidden Gem - Lagniappe Steak & Seafood (Bluebonnet Blvd, Baton Rouge, LA)…read more I recently had the pleasure of dining at Lagniappe Steak & Seafood on Bluebonnet, and it is without question one of Baton Rouge's best-kept restaurant secrets. On my first visit this past Wednesday, I ordered the fried shrimp and catfish lunch special, and immediately knew this place was different. The seafood was perfectly seasoned--not overly salted or heavily breaded, just a delicate, crisp coating that highlighted the freshness and natural flavor. The servers were exceptionally professional--friendly and attentive without being overly familiar, which I truly appreciate. What took the experience to the next level was when Anas, the manager or owner, personally came out to check on my meal. She was tall, poised, and stunning--truly looked like she could walk a high-fashion runway in Paris! Her elegance and hospitality added a touch of class you just don't see often anymore. I was so impressed that I returned two days later--the day after Thanksgiving--to try the grilled pork chop I've been hearing people rave about. Let me tell you... WOW. It was phenomenal. Juicy, tender, perfectly grilled with picture-perfect char marks--honestly felt like eating a premium steak. I give it a 10/10 without hesitation. On that visit, Jennifer was my server and she was fantastic--attentive, warm, and highly professional. Now here's the part that blows people's minds: these incredible meals were part of the lunch special, priced similarly to what most folks spend at a fast-food restaurant for a two-piece combo with fries and a drink. Same price--completely different level of dining. And for those who don't know: I've traveled all over the world and I am the ultimate foodie--something my followers know well. I live for great cuisine, authentic flavor, and memorable dining experiences. So when I tell you this place is worth your time, believe me. --- When in Baton Rouge, go to Lagniappe Steak & Seafood.
