I ordered spinach dip and asked that the guacamole be packaged separately because you do not warm guacamole. Not only was the guacamole packaged in the dip, the spinach WAS NOT COOKED. Hands down the worst customer service and food at a chili's that I've ever had! I understand training a waitress, but my goodness! Rude, slow and just grumpy. Luckily another server took over, I think Brett, and he was great! So besides the slow service, filthy, unbussed and dirty tables with few customers was a little off putting. This is the worst chili's I've been. We walked in to get lunch and got the worst greeting. Basically the guy walks from the bar area points to a table and say sit there. We waited over 20 mins just to get anyone to acknowledge us and get our drink orders. Still no one. The same guy passed our table at least 6 or more times (literally) dragging his feet. Then I ran Into the manager and she could careless also. Was leaving and ran into the bartender and she was completely RUDE TOO. BTW the restaurant was almost empty and they had plenty of staff. upon arriving we ordered drinks that took over 20 minutes to reach us. My wife ordered a steak med rare and she was given a well done steak. When we re ordered it took another 30 minutes to reach our table. Our server only came by three times in the hour we were there so we literally had to flag down a bus boy to go find her. Also, when the manager brought out our food I asked him for some steak sauce to which he proceeded to snap at me in front of my wife and kid because apparently he's in capable of multi-tasking and thought I should have waited for him to put the food down first. This review is for the last two times I visited this Chili's location. Last visit was just last week. I Ordered curbside pickup and came on the scheduled pickup time. I waited outside 30 minutes, no one came out. I called, no one answered. I came inside, my order was sitting right by the door. No employee around. I just grabbed it and left. Placed another curbside pickup today. Came by earlier than scheduled and I just parked outside and text them I was here. The employee actually came out with the order earlier than my scheduled time and that was the only good thing from my order. I ordered salad, honey chipotle strips, and loaded boneless wings. The salad was missing. The chicken strips was burnt and was coated heavily with the honey chipotle sauce to cover the burnt food and the boneless wings was very close to burnt and again heavily coated with cheese to mask the issue. I visit this location because it is really close to my home and they offer curbside service. But honestly all the times I have visit here has been more negative experiences than positives and it has been that way since the beginning. read more

We ordered for five people the other day. Three of the meals were completely wrong. Two of them were suppose to be full racks of ribs but we were given half racks instead. One of them was their chicken bacon sandwich with no cheese, avocado, or their special Mayo. Of course, it had everything except the avocado. We ordered curbside pick up. When I got to the location I checked in and waited. I waited 15 minutes past my pickup time, it was not a busy time of day, and ended up having to call to see when my food would be ready. We canceled our order and ordered again via the Chilis app. When I arrived to pick up the order the staff tried to give me the same food that had been sitting there for over hour. When I asked them to remake it they had me wait in my vehicle and stated they would bring it out when it was ready. I stood outside my vehicle watching through the togo window and watched them rebag the same order that was there previously. When the staff member brought my order out, I told her to have a great night and looked at my order with the tickets on them from the original Door Dash order. These people are disgusting. I brought that order home and threw it in the trash. I am glad to waste 40 dollars to keep from getting sick. If you are smart you will not eat here. I order my meal around 3:38ish pm and was told online that my order would be ready at 3:51pm and someone would bring it out as I was already parked in the ToGo curbside parking spot. Well I sat in the car for about 20 mins and it was 4:05pm at this time and I was wondering where my food was. I went inside instead and wasn't greeted by the bartender. Only ask "You have a To Go order?" I got my food and drove home. Home being no more than 10mins away. When I opened up my food it was like warm. I had placed an order online on 06/03/2020 @ 12:21pm. According to the online data my order would be ready to pick up between 12:40pm and 12:47pm. I arrived promptly at 12:40pm. Upon arrival I noticed others in the pick-up area getting our of their vehicles to check on their orders. I too went inside to check on my order only to be told it hadn't been started yet and they would bring the order out once it is ready. At 1:15pm after waiting in the parking lot and calling their phone with no answer, I decided once again to enter and check on my order. When asked what my name was, my order magically produced itself. I inquired at that point what the delay was. And they're saying that it still isn't even done cooking. It was only a small order for 2 people. This is ridiculous. Reverse happy hour in the evening---once arrived we sat in the bar---not very busy but appeared not to have too many workers either. Wally waited on us and was very very polite and attentive however it took a while for our entrees to arrive. One ordered a 6 ounce sirloin and I had the chicken/steak fajitas. Last night I went to Chili's on Millerville for dinner. I was planning to get the smoked chicken quesadilla because it was so good last time. There was an additional menu with new/featured items, one of them being a grilled smoked chicken burrito. I figured the quesadilla was awesome so the burrito would be just good or better. I've added two photos...one with the menu that has the dish pictured and the other is what I was served. The burrito came out on a hot plate, but that's about all that was hot. The chicken inside it was cold and the whole burrito itself was a little warm like it had been grilled maybe for 30 seconds. It almost seems as if they assemble the burrito with cold ingredients before grilling it. I've had better grilled things (temperature wise) at Taco Bell. The cheese inside wasn't even melted. It came with a side of black beans which were lukewarm at best! There was also a pasilla-honey chile sauce that was supposed to come in the burrito and on the side but it didn't. I just assumed they were out of the sauce. When I asked the waitress about it, she said she didn't know it came with sauce and when I showed it to her on the menu she agreed that maybe they were out. I would have liked to try it, but no biggie because I just had her bring some ranch to dip it in. And even with its many shortcomings, it was still pretty good, which is why I gave it two stars. We went on a Friday afternoon so it was not that busy in there. The service we got was amazing. The host was very sweet, cheerful and took great care of us. She always keep our drinks refilled and it felt like she knew when to come ask us if we needed anything. Perfect timing! I guess for some people that go to this location, it's a hit or miss with the service. The food came out fairly quickly. Just a couple minutes for our Texas cheese fries appetizer. 10-15 minutes for a medium rare 6oz sirloin and a smother prime rib burrito. The food was hot and the plate was even hotter! The Texas fries were pretty good, I wish it was a cheese sauce instead because after it gets cold it become a cheese slice in a way. Fries were crisp but needed a little more salt, you have the option to add green onions and jalapeños. The sirloin, oh the meat was tender, juicy and was cooked to a perfect medium rare. But the plating was messy with meat juices everywhere. The flavor was okay, we didn't really like the overwhelming taste of garlic, it left an odd aftertaste. It comes with 2 sides. We had the Mac and cheese, the pasta was a minute under done but the flavor was good. Cheesy and a little spicy from the bits of jalapeños. I had the prime rib smothered burrito. I will say that the two sauces that was on it was delicious! I believe it was a salsa verde and some type of dark bean sauce that was creamy and salty with a little bit of kick of heat. I was disappointed that half the rice in the burrito was old because it was hard. The prime rib was tender. It was wrapped tightly with the tortilla. Served with a small bowl of black bean soup? Overall, it was okay, could've been better with fresh rice. The experience and service was amazing, food was meh. We will try another menu item next time and dessert. On the table, there have this new kiosk that lets you pay, order dessert and refills and if you pay 0.99 cents you can play games / watch movies. Complete disappointment. I wanted a night out to hang with friends here at this location. One of my peers made it there before the rest of us and tried to get our table beforehand. The large man refused to set a table up until everyone got there. In the situation, all booths were completely empty and clean. Until everyone made it, it took over 10 minutes for the large man to sit us down. He walked passed us multiple times as we waited to be seated. Since this was an empty house we wanted a booth, he then came and sat us at a table where there was barely any light and in the corner of the whole entire restaurant. He then just complete walked away. We wasn't comfortable at the table we were sitting at so I politely asked for another table, I then was received attitude and mugs off of his facial expression as he moved us to a table right next to the one we didn't want to be at. After 25 whole minutes of waiting another waiter came to take our orders and drinks. As we were waiting on our food we noticed a large group of people walked in and seated immediately.
