Just ordered big mouth bites from Uber eats. They did not put ranch on the burgers, or on the side. I had selected ranch as a condiment so unsure why that happened. There were no utensils or napkins in the to go bag. Not sure who is working the Togo station but they need training on the basics. read more

The food at this Chilis was immaculate, I loved every bite and the brisket was so delicious and juicy. My burger was perfectly made, and everyone else at my table had nothing but positive feedback for their food. The atmosphere was so cozy and welcoming, the entirety of the staff was so kind, other than a balding white man host (whos name is probably Paul, married to Susan, who's never been around people with culture) who complained about our volume and enthusiasm within 5 minutes of us arriving. Our server, however, was named Molly and she was beyond sweet. We got nothing but smiles from her and she went out of her way to get us bandaids, extra napkins, and drink refills. She also got us boxes for our food and when we forgot it on our way out, she made sure we received it. 5 star experience, will definitely be returning. Ask for Molly!!! read more

Love Chilis & Love that everytime I pull in the parking lot I get discouraged that the place is Packed... Then I walk in & there are 10 people in the place, then I realize they all went in the Gym next door & just park in the Chilis area... Went last week & they were having Trivia night on Monday @7... I was in the booth section & shouting out answers (prolly frowned upon)... But I will def be back for Trivia night... The waitress we had that night told us it was her first night & I have to say she might have been one of the best waitresses I had anywhere... She continually refilled my water without me even have to do the long last slurp where you are sucking ice to get the waiter/waitress to acknowledge you are out of beverage, yeah I didnt have to do that... She was on point.. My son wasnt eating his apples - so she brought him oranges without being attitudy Judy like most people are when I complain about my kids eating habits... Decent to-go food, chicken pasta was a tasty hit, the southwestern egg rolls are really yummy. The Tex mex chicken bowl was a good, but not what expected, the avocado was missing, so was the ranch sauce and the lettuce looked tired. You know I really tried to like this place. This was my second time after a poor first experience which I had hoped would get better and sadly I was dissatisfied again.... I suggested my friend and I try their 3 for $10 deal online with curbside pickup. After arriving at the time the text message said to, we literally spent another 30 minutes waiting in the car. By the looks of it, I wasn't the only one receiving slow service as there were about 3-4 others waiting. What baffled me is I walked in to ask why there was such a delay and no one was at the counter, additionally the dinning room wasn't even full, so what was the halt? Upon receiving the food I was even surprised to see my soup filled 1/3 of the way vs my friends which barely reached the halfway mark. I'm giving 2 stars as I did receive my food, but will not be going again in the future. I advise my fellow Yelpers seeking a good experience to try different restaurant or at least another Chili's venue as this particular location has not failed me once but twice. Food was not bad. But the service was lousy and un-attentive along with one of either patron or waitress decided to take a cell phone of our table and it was most likely the waitress. When we ate it was early and there were only a couple of tables that had patrons at them. Not only the phone being taken, the waitress was pretty rude since we were not navajo. I would say if you eat there, do not put your phone on the table because it might end up disappearing and the staff act like they dont know what a person is talking about. read more

The last time I came here was probably 3-4 years ago. The menu has changed drastically. There's plenty more options and deals as far as I can recall. (2 for 20, lighter entree option) However, I am still overall disappointed with their food. The fish tacos are terrible. 10 thumbs down! The cole slaw or whatever that was put in it made the overall taste awful. Why add things that don't make sense? The steak was also not great. Even at medium rare it was tough. The mandarin chicken was pretty bland. I drenched it in hot sauce to add some flavor. I can't even begin to tell you how the drinks were. The Long Island, overwhelming sour! Gross!! The margaritas were just as bad. I will say service was decent. Our waiter was attentive. The bad thing, the electronic kiosk at the tables, they charge you! Oh my goodness! This was my first experience at this particular Chili's and an "experience" it was. The service was absolutely horrific! I visited on Sunday, 12/08/2013, with my boyfriend & father; and I won't ever be back. Our waitress never even gave her name (probably out of fear of her identity being revealed here for her lack of customer service); our food was room temperature, the cheese on my boyfriends loaded potatoes weren't even melted (that's how cold the food was!); there was a woman breast feeding her child (completely uncovered) at the table directly in front of me; and getting a beverage refill was like competing in an Olympic sport. The waitress didn't apologize a single time. She seemed completely unphased by the fact that we were unsatisfied. I asked for the manager and of course he profusely apologized and did his best to make things right. I really appreciated him for that and his efforts didn't go unnoticed. Still, I won't ever be back. Ever! * EDIT 2/12/2014: The reviewer below me (initials L.M.) sent me a note saying "Mass Law allows women to breastfeed where they please... move to another state if something like this bothers you." Came for lunch the other day and had a very good experience. Had a server named Brandon show us to our table. Throughout the whole experience, he was an amazing server: attentive, prompt and always with a pleasant demeanor. We started off with just water, I got one with lemon. When I got it, it was kind of brown in some areas.. didn't look too fresh. I didn't like the fact that we were seated in an overcrowded area but I get the fact that it's easier to sit everyone in one area so it's easier to clean, bus orders around and attend to the needs of the many. Me and my fellow patron elected to get the 2 for 20 deal. I ordered the 6oz steak with sweet potato fries and corn on the cob. I asked for it medium rare and it was cooked to perfection! The sweet potato fries were great.. the only downside was the cob which was dried out and looked as if it has been sitting under a heater for a majority of the day. The other order was their Mango and Avocado Tilapia with rice pilaf and string bean. It was overly seasoned and the flavor was too intense. The rice was bomb though and so were the beans. The appetizer was their Chipotle Chicken flat bread pizza (half order).. it was AMAZING! I absolutely adored it. The next time I go, I may just get the full sized one for a meal. Overall, the service was fast and pleasant (thanks to Brandon), the food was mostly great and the price was affordable. I tipped over the usual because the service was so good. read more

A steadfast and reliable late night dining option I am a local and can always count on this Chili's, food and service are a consistent value here. Being local makes giving this franchise a good review a bit sweeter. Often franchise experiences fall by the wayside. Average check here for dinner for 2 adult including adult beverages and perhaps dessert sets us back avg $80 which is a high end avg. For us. We eat here 2 times a month sometimes 3. Fajitas, Cajun chicken pasta, buffalo chicken salad, among my regular dishes. Especially pleased that the draft lines seem to be regularly maintained. The draft beer always fresh tasting and appropriately cold. I have never been irreparably disappointed. Casual dining winner! read more

Sitting in the waiting room yesterday with about 16 other people as the young man at the desk said he couldn't see people he had to wait for the manager although the restaurant was mostly empty. So we sat there joking with each other maybe they didn't have any wait staff when the manager comes up and says who's next? As we start to walk up and we're raising our hand saying we're here we're next this woman walks in the door with her family he grabs for menus and takes them and seats them??? He rudely says well all you did was raise your hands you didn't say you were next and I replied but you said who's next we started to get up raised our hands and then you sat this woman who walked in the door what did you think we were all doing in the waiting room just sitting like waiting for a bus. It's consistent and exactly what you expect from Chili's! We always go and sit in the lounge in this location we seem to get better service from the servers at this location. Food is always good and on point. Management is also very nice and we have never had a bad experience with them. Even when once our food came out cold management was quick to fix and apologize. This is one of my favorite Chili's locations for food quality, however my friend and I wanted to a booth on the bar side and the young gentleman at the front desk did not want to clean the table. He said it wasn't really that dirty. The table was really bad, he did eventually come over to clean it off. Our server was really nice, however he was pushing a certain dessert as the servers are in a contest on how many Molten Lava Cakes are sold. This Chilis in Chelsea seems new or renovated so it's very clean. The staff from greeters and servers were friendly and attentive but the reason for only 2 stars was that the food was pretty bad. I'm not expecting a lot and a place like Chilis, Applebees, Unos are pretty standard food. I had the pick 3 appetizers and got the South western eggrolls, mini burger bites, and chicken crispers. Eggrolls and burger bites were okay, but the chicken crispers were stale and kinda dry/hard. Overall everything was too salty. For the meal i also got the BBQ choose 2 and got brisket and cheddar/jalepeno sausage. The brisket was dry and hard and didn't eat it. My wife had a burger and they do make some great burgers. I think going forward Chilis will only be a place we go for burgers but if they want to stay in business corporate really needs to revamp their menu/ingredients/preparation of food cause it's generally too salty, dry, and stale. read more

Too eager to give me another drink as mine was still half full- but that's the least of my worries. Ordered the ribeye- medium, which was like a piece of BOILED, rubbery, shoe leather. It was completely brown all the way through. There were no grill or char marks on it as one would expect for a flame-broiled piece of meat. Very disappointing- didn't even taste or look like it was broiled or grilled. Didn't have the time or desire to send it back so I just chewed my cud as quickly as I could and paid up. I think your restaurant makes people feel good. Covid was hard. It made everyone feel like they didn't have a family. Places like C's changed lives. The concept of fighting over who had the most awesome blossom makes me feel fierce, but quite frankly extremely blessed. I'm not against holidays together. Let's not get ahead of ourselves. I went in after work and the bartender was very slow. I was there for a change over in which new staff was coming in. Well the new workers only cared about putting on their lipstick and their holiday sweaters. The didn't care about customers and service was atrocious!
