I have been coming to this Chili's for over 20 years. My wife and I came in for Lunch yesterday. We love to sit in the bar area. Our server was Sarah, her service was exceptional, a true 5*****. We always order the chicken fajitas. The chicken was cooked perfectly. I have always asked them to hold the green peppers as they give me heart burn and an upset stomach. This has never been a problem, until yesterday. The manager made a decision to premix the onions and peppers in the kitchen and would not serve onions only anymore. I hope corporate will look into this managers decision. I have talked to other friends and they also ask them to hold the peppers. Premixing the onions and peppers may save time in the kitchen, but fewer customers may reduce revenue Update: Talked with Corporate Regional Manager. He agreed that a customer should be able to make a request to hold green peppers. He called the Manager and corrected the situation. Today is my last time at this particular Chili's. We walked in with and sat at the bar and the bartender took our order. My brother asked if they still had the Chinese chicken salad because he didn't find it on the menu any longer. The bartender replied with a very rude answer something like if you don't see it on the menu is not available. And then he said everything that's on the menu is available and then he laughed and said just kidding we don't have this particular item so sorry I lied to you. I ordered the four sliders and each slider had two or three diced onions and did not have ranch or bacon, they were basically dry like someone ordered them plain. My mother also ordered the sliders and hers were exactly the same. I asked if I could talk to a manager and 15 minutes later a manager came out and we told him about it and he did nothing. He didn't bring new sliders and or even offer us a discount. We literally were eating bread and meat. The we sat there for 20 minutes waiting for refills and a check finally we demanded the bill and we walked out. I have been to this particular location several times because my family lives right around the corner. Their overall score on yelp is an exact replication of what the management at this particular location delivers. If you're like me and you like the product of chili has the offer then I highly recommend you find a different location because the management here absolutely is deserving of a one star review. read more

I haven't been to a chili's in a wile so I will say this on this occasion I was a tad put off. I know everyone is struggling with this hole thing but I was a tad bit sad. Had what they call the $8:00 lunch meal. The lunch double burger and fries with the soup. The chicken enchilada soup was good as it always has been. But the fries where well under cooked and limp. The bun on top felt like a stone. The bottom one was ok so I just made it an open face sandwich but even with that the patty's were a little dry. Maybe just an off day. read more

This is a review for their take out service only as in door dining is still closed statewide. I have had my share of take out during this pandemic and it seems very difficult for restaurants to get the orders correct. This location, however, got our entire order correct! Everything was packed great and the food was delicious even though we didn't eat it right away. I ordered the 3 for $10 deal which is so worth it! The entrée selections are very good, you should be able to find something you can eat. The appetizers are also good and for a drink I always get the Arnold Palmer. For this visit I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta dish with the chili an an appetizer. We ordered our meal via phone ahead of time and the pick up experience was amazing. It seemed like only seconds after we arrived at the location that the employee was at the car with our food ready to go. We had a horrible experience at this Chili's location this week. We agreed to sit in the bar area as it was the first available table and that was our mistake. We waiting for over 20 minutes for a server to greet us and he didn't even acknowledge the long delay. My wife and I both ordered the "New Crispy Chicken Crisper Combos" and that was the 2nd bad choice of the night. These were the worst chicken tenders I have ever tried as they were incredibly hard, dry and obnoxiously salty. We could only finish one Crisper each and it felt like we licked the bottom of the Saltan Sea afterwards. What's so special about this location is the layout of the to-go pickup area. There's a door with a small rectangular window where you get to watch the kids look at you, look at them. The entire time they're busy twirling each other's hair, chatting about whatever 20-somethings chat about nowadays (probably social media followers and bubble gum flavors). As you stand there looking at them, they just ignore you. Eventually, someone will come ask why you're there and they'll go back and say the name on your order. The three times I've ordered to-go in the past 6 months, they've asked "what's the name on the order" as if I'm a nuisance - funny thing is, *whispering* I don't want to deal with them as much as they don't want to deal with me; hence to-go order - let. me. go! Expect to stand and wait 10-15 minutes for your order, that's waiting on you. My order has been waiting for me each time I've ordered to-go. My family went to lunch at this location on Dec. 26th, 2021. @ approx. 1:30 pm. Let it be known I've spent $1000's in this location that is in close proximity to my home. I consider myself a valuable and loyal customer. My family has gone to this location for decades. On this day 12/26/2021. Our food and waitress was wonderful (Kyra). The service was accurate and prompt. The kind of waitress made a simple mistake in charging me for another table of six. That bill was $99. I added a tip which made the final total $118.67. On my way out I informed her that the kiosk at the table didn't print me a receipt and I keep all my receipts for Quickbooks. Thankfully, I did this because at this time she realized she charged me for the wrong table. At This time a gentlemen named "Mike" stepped in to fix it at his waiter station. He said the charge didn't go through and he would now charge me for mu correct table/bill In the amount of $72.65 in which case I still tipped after this mistake so the correct bill then totaled $82.65. I advised "Mike" that I still seen TWO CHARGES ON my banking activity. He then said, if nothing less it would take 3-5 business days to reflect back in my bank. I could see that it was still processing so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. I did tell him what bothers me is this isn't MY mistake and now I have to be patient while my money is gone out of my act. And it was comparable to asking chilis to let me go ahead and eat for 3-5 business days. As if it was no big deal to him. Fast forward to today Wed. Dec.29th I see it's no longer processing and both charges have gone through which I will attach for you to see. My time is so valuable between work finding time to call chilis and the bank. This all could of been avoided. I speak to Rueben at 9:30am this morning and he says the GM will follow up with me at 10am when she arrives. I proceed to give him all relevant info on both receipts in front of me. I would like to add my family and I travel domestically and internationally eating at some of the most wonderful establishments. I'm unequivocally a practicing aficionado of many foods. I almost never complain because I feel the restaurant industry gets too much of that. My daughters often see me complement the waiters and the managers. That's what makes me feel good in my heart. I genuinely will become a frequent flyer if only to visit a restaurant again that was so outstanding on service. It's a big deal. Customer service is a big deal. With that being said, when I received the follow up call from the GM (Desiree) at this location. She made me feel very dismissed. Furthermore gravely insulted when she advised me to follow up again with her in a day. Why do I have to follow up?? I didn't make the mistake. I'm already HERE. I asked if she had my receipts in front of her she said she didn't have them but she took a look at it. This seemed very lazy and unorganized. She then asked me to give her the last 4 on my card so she can email corporate and ask them to credit. I explained how am I suppose to feel comfortable with this?? I trusted this would happen the first time? I also said "let me guess this will take another 3-5 business days". How is that fair??? I asked for a point of contact beyond her and I've been sent to an automated customer care line. I need a human. I need someone who values your company and service to listen and understand my frustration. Here is a hypothetical... what if the customer at Chili's that day only roughly had the extra amount that they charged the customer that day. That customer has two or three auto drafts out in small amounts. So hypothetically that extra money Chili's charged is already accounted for this would then prompt Bank of America to charge several NSF fees. What would happen then??? I am beyond upset that I felt so dismissed and a place I've spent tons of money in doesn't make me feel valuable and here I am waiting for money to be put back in my account. I'm confident Mr. Norman Eugene Brinker is rolling over in his grave. This wasn't his idea when he was presented with the The Norman Award. This is not leadership. Surely, Mr. Wyman Robert's CEO would agree that my $118.67 is next to nothing on a publicly traded company Brinker/EAT with a market cap of 1.6B with great progress in Q2, Q3, and Q4. I thought it would have like the velvetta/nacho cheese but it was a layer of shredded cheese which were melted. Took forever for the entrees though - like 30 min wait. I'm usually not a fan of chain restaurants but this Chili's location surpassed my expectations. What made it 5 stars? - excellent customer service: we were immediately seated, our server was friendly and prompt, and the manager checked in at the end of our dinner - quality food and decent portions: all of our entrees were cooked to perfection, they made a mistake on one of our orders and immediately switched it, and the food was fresh and tasty (even the salad!) - extensive menu to satisfy everyone's cravings - Love their 2 for $25 deal: you get 2 entrees, one appetizer and one dessert. This was the worst food ever received from a Chili's location. My wife and I arrived around 11am before any lunch rush, so the restaurant was pretty empty. First, understanding some places are pretty relaxed with COVID rules, since the restaurant was pretty empty I just thought they would have sat people with at least 1 booth separating parties. NOPE, they sat other parties on both sides of us and across from us like there was only one server working so just put everyone right next to each other so it's easier on the server. Second, I ordered a Buffalo Chicken sandwich and about 20 to 30 min later a chicken salad arrives. The server looks confused then says oh that's right and takes it back. She then comes back 5 min later with cold fries and says" please have these while we make your sandwich ." Another 10 minutes goes by and then she brings me my sandwich with no fries. The only reason my wife and I went to Chili's was we had a fief certificate. Next time I would just give the gift certificate away for free as I would not support this business anymore. I ordered my sandwich with extra buffalo and ranch sauce on the side. Well I received my sandwich with no sauce inside but only on the side. Not really going to get into much details about my wife's meal. She ordered the Trio and she said jokingly, "I must have COVID as there is no flavor to this meal."
