Frankly the burgers and service here are way better than most independently owned local restaurants. Very attentive servers. Big portions. And reasonable prices. One of the few restaurants that seems to care about their customers' experience. Corp must be doing something right. Also very clean bathrooms which is a must. We ate at Chili's last week, adult family of five and after a long hiatus, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and drinks. This is the best place for fresh fajitas and burgers. This location summarized.... - UNDERSTAFFED: We wondered why we waited 10-15 mins when we saw so many empty tables & it was because not enough waiters - FOOD: We got some chicken salads and they were good but not so amazing that it had me licking my plate clean. Like the chicken was spoiled! I didn't reorder anything that day and left. We decided to give it a second chance and omg even worst. Order a chicken sandwich with fries. My fries were ROCK HARD!!! Stale!!! Who knows how long they had them sitting in the back kitchen. Probably days old. I couldn't believe it. Chicken sandwich was just ok. We ordered a simple chicken sandwich and a salad online at 6:15pm and received confirmation at 6:17pm stating that the order would be ready for pick up at 6:44pm. It's now 7:25pm and after being told at 6:55pm the orders just about done, we're finally told that the order was overlooked and is now being made. If I could give 0 stars I would. We went there as a family hoping for a nice dinner. The hostess was extremely rude and unhelpful. We asked for a booth she said we only have one waiter so there's only a table available in the bar side. The one thing that made me really mad was that we had our baby in the car seat and when I asked for a booth she said there's four of you and where are you going to put that pointing at the car seat. Decided to visit today because of the Monday $5 boneless chicken and $3 domestic draft specials. First off, was told politely the special only applies when the game is on. Nowhere on their literature (on table) or email I received was this specified. Ok, then I looked over their new menu and saw they revamped the fajitas offering. They use to have pork and prime rib choices, not anymore. Well I tried their beef and chicken combo and was disappointed. Flavor was lacking and the beef was a little tough. Seemed to be an off night here but despite that shouldn't excuse for bad service. 10 minutes to get seated, 40 minutes to get food after it's ordered.
