Prepared to perfection. As the eggplant approached the table I was impressed how large of a serving it was. So big I couldn't eat the whole thing. The eggplant was outstanding. It was thinly sliced. It melts in your mouth. It's smothered in their red marinara sauce. The sauce is on the sweet side, which is how I prefer. Excellent! With the à la cart meal, you get a choice of a side dish. Being a big fan of Angel hair pasta, the decision was an easy one. About the side salad, it's a good size salad to accompany your dinner.
