Labor Day... Triple dipper with boneless chicken, spinach artichoke dip, and southwestern egg rolls. Mix match baby back rib combo. Shrimp tacos And shrimp Caribbean salad. I was slightly disappointed with this Chilis :/ After seating, the waitress switched half way through and it took a while for her to come over. Place was more than half empty and it took them a while to realize we had finished our dinner and was on our way towards our already ordered molten chocolate cake. The Memphis dry rub baby back ribs were ultimately quite dry and not on the surface, the inside. The boneless chicken was as well. My family ate the other dishes and thought it was okay. Our molten chocolate cake with ice cream scoop on top had somehow gotten a volcano melt into its mountain. Used to be big scoop of ice cream with Chilis... Overall, food was dry and somewhat a disappointment besides that my mom enjoyed their salad! Woo hoo! Hope next experience is better. read more

Come in for the decently priced food and drinks, stay for Charlie the Scottish regular. We came in for for some food and a few drinks and some apps and ended staying an hour and half longer than we intended chatting with this guy. Haven't been here in a long while and I'm talking years. Tried it again yesterday. Disappointed in the food. The sizzling steak plate was not sizzling & was cold when it came to the table. We could touch the plate & it was warm. This would mean that the cook didn't care how it was served. When the waitress (this was another waitress helping our main waitress)was asked why is it not sizzling, her answer was rather funny as follows: it was sizzling when I got it and sizzled out on my way to the table. Hahahaha, does she think people are that stupid!! The meat was half cooked & half RAW. The crispy chicken was soggy & full of batter. Fries were cold, soggy & stale tasting too. We did not send it back in fear our food would be messed with. $30 later & feeling of unstaisfaction. Should of had the burger, maybe or maybe not. Now I know why I don't go there. The service was awesome. The waitress was on it and attentive. We did share our disappointment with our waitress about the food. Sorry, we won't be back for a long while again. The 1star is for our waitress... she was awesome. Food came out too fast. I do remember how slow they use to be, but it's better to be a little slower and do things right then rush it and have unsatisfied customers. Debating between 2-3. It really should be a 2.5 though. I've been here a few time with coworkers since we work just down the street. The foo is usually decent and tasty with a touch of over-saltiness. The last time I went was a bad experience. I ordered chicken crispers with no butter on corn with a side of steamed broccoli with no butter instead of the fries. I got butter over everything. I don't know if it was a lack of attention to detail. The chicken crispers, however, were even more delicious than i remember last eating them! Moist, crispy and tender. My last experience was not so great. It was after 10pm and we sat in the bar. I just wanted some light appetizers. It took 10 mins for our server to arrive and another 20 before the food to arrive. I had a beer and ordered buffalo wings and sliders. Both items were $10 each which I thought was steep. When the food arrived you could tell it had been sitting a while. I hate that. The burgers were only warm. Burgers are best when they are fresh off the grill. I never send food back because I always worry they may do something to it so I just ate them. They tasted good and I bet they were great when they were hot. So 2 stars for a decent beer prices and decent tasting appetizers. Thumbs down on the food and poor service. Wont be back. read more

Waitress snapped at us for asking, and then when she returned she did not bring it. Requested once more when food was delivered. The last 2 times we've ordered from here, we've loved it. Even the to-go was great last time. This time was substandard to how they did our last order. Mind you we ordered the exact same thing, as the last time. The burger was covered with so much mayo it was almost inedible, it was suppsed to be a garlic aioli bit the taste of garlic was nowhere to be found. The burger fell apart while eating it. This location has amazing food. My husbands asked for his steak to be rare (because most restaurants usually over cook your request, i.e. Rare=medium rare) and it came out rare. The taste was amazing! But a little under cooker for him, the manager Anna offered to cooked him a whole new steak! My burger was so juicy and flavorful. It was just as good as my husbands steak! . Our waitress Cindy was very nice and friendly. She was attentive to our ever need! Very great service. We did have a small issue with a drink but our waitress Cindy informed the manager Anna and they too care of it asap. Both Cindy and Anna have made me and my husbands a fan of this location. This review is mainly about Anna, the manager. I come here sometimes with the homie to chill at the bar and watch games. Lexi is an amazing bartender by the way, she runs the bar like a friendly boss. But anyway... So I'm on the way home from work and i want something to go. I call and the girl who answers says she'll transfer me to someone to take my order. They leave me on hold for over 5 minutes so I hang up and call back, maybe they're busy. A guy answers and says he'll transfer me to someone who will take my order. I say hey, i just called and was on hold for over 5 min. He says he'll make sure someone answers and i say I appreciate it. I'm on hold for over 3 minutes and a girl answers, i can remember her name but I think it was Vanessa or something with a V. As soon as she answers she's fucking with me. "You want something?" is how she answers. She can't get my phone number right. She asks me my name. I say it. She tells me to spell it. I ask her, "you don't know how to spell Charles?" "No," she says. I start to spell it and she's interrupting me and getting it mixed up. I say let me speak to your manager. Anna gets on the phone and apologizes for the delay but says her staff wasn't messing with me. I say I'm gonna yelp about this and hang up. I'm like a block away so I decide I'm gonna go in there and talk to them. I walk in and the place is not busy. I ask for Anna and when she arrives, I ask if I can speak to the girl who was on the phone. Anna says she is uncomfortable doing that and has just spoken with her. Long story short, Anna was really gracious, kind, and professional, without throwing her staff under the bus. She said that was something she will look into on her end, and without making this any longer than it is, she really went out of her way to make sure i was a happy customer. I've been to Chili's several times. I can say that now I'm confused. I guess it really depends on the Chili's branch and the Manager running it. First, let's talk about the food. It's ok. Not great, but not bad at all. It's a bit bland for me, but can be fixed with condiments. The price is okay too, not too expensive, but not cheap. The serving is big that's why it's worth it. Love their Margarita drinks. Their service though, is not as good as the food. But again, it depends on the branch. We waited to be seated for quite a while. Some people are complaining that they were first on the queue but were not seated first. In one occasion, we hadn't seen the waitress the whole time. Only when she got our order and when we got our bill. In all fairness, we had great experiences with the other servers. They were friendly, accommodating and always asking us what we need. Love this Chilis in particular probably because it's one of the "newer" restaurants in Diamond Bar. Also if you live in Diamond Bar, you'll realize it's one of the few popular chains that we have here. Not that I don't appreciate mom and pop / specialty shops, but sometimes it's nice to just stop by somewhere mainstream. Well anywho, I appreciate the convenience of the location! Right on the corner of the main streets of DB, you can't really miss it! Chilis is pretty spacious and I'd consider it a clean place. It shares a lot with Target, Starbucks, and a couple of other shops, which is pretty convenient if you needed to pick up a few things at the store anyways. To be honest, I pretty much go for the happy hour! Happy hour is a self-seating section, so there's no need to tell them the amount of the people in your party. First come, first serve kind of a deal... So keep your eyes peeled! The happy hour/bar side could be a little bigger and may fill up quickly during happy hour, but decently sized during normal hours - So keep that in mind if you go! The servers are really friendly and I love the self check-out machines on the happy hour/bar side (I can't remember if they're on all the tables/ non-happy hour)! It's quick and and the tip calculator is so convenient to use :) There's decently sized flat screens all around the walls of the happy hour section which is pretty nice if you're there for the sports casting! The best thing about Chili's: FREE chips and salsa for all! The servers are always generous with offering bags/containers for you to take chips & salsa to-go as well when you ask to pack up your left overs :D Yes, I'd come back! The 4 stars are an overall rating. NOT what happened tonight. Normally, I go to this location because the service in Industry sucks. Tonight, they got it all wrong (almost). They were less than busy, so we were able to (amazingly) walk in as a party of 15 and be seated quickly. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. Good and drinks were slow, and refills were non existent. I get my steak (med rare, Cajun seasoned), and is was not seasoned at all. Of course, I sent it back. Mine wasn't the only thing wrong, but everyone else sucked it up. I get mine back a few minutes later. SAME steak with a package of dry seasoning dumped on top of it!! WTF? The sheer laziness or stupidity of that dumbfounds me. Called a manager who apologized and brought me a new one which was overcooked and mediocre at best. At least she took it off my bill. While I appreciate the managers actions, the cooks actions still blows me away. Not to mention the server who either never looked at it or didn't care either. read more

My first time at chili's and I was surprised to find that they actually had decent food! I was always hesitant to try this restaurant. I ordered the turkey club sandwich and it came with fries. The cheese was perfectly melted and the bread was perfectly toasted. The staff were timely and constantly checking up on us, which made me feel important! Loved my first experience here!
