I went here with my husband for dinner on a Saturday night. We were seated right away. Our waitress took out drink order and came back 10 minutes later... That was too long. I got a virgin strawberry margarita and it was made by an armature for sure. Our meal was good once we got it, but it took our waitress awhile to put it in. I ordered The Alex burger, and it was delicious! My husband ordered the steak nachos, crispy crispers, and loaded boneless wings. I ordered online, and my food was ready within 20 minutes! I chose a pink center for my burger, and it was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend giving the staff a good tip for providing us these comforts during this time. We went in about 4 pm on a Saturday and it wasn't busy at all. My chicken enchilada soup was barely warm. My granddaughter's mashed potatoes were cold and my daughter's pasta dish was cold. Those two items were sent back, but I managed to eat the soup. Service was slow. We will stay away Chili's for a while and maybe give them another chance in the future. read more

Almost 100% positive experience today.Went with the family.When we arrived we were all hesitant and felt awkward going in.Our first dine in since this covid crap started.We went in to find a not so surprising empty restaurant.However the employees and our waitress were great.They wore mask the entire time and were very polite.I kind of expected them all to be annoyed we showed up with how times are now but they weren't one bit.Food was quick and fresh.The place was very clean and well prepared for distancing.Bathrooms clean.Very relaxing experience.My only problem was my pasta seemed over cooked and fried pickles were very salty.Other than that please give them a try .I would go back again. read more

I would give zero stars if it was an option. A friend and I stopped by on Saturday night. After a long day we were heading back to the Cape and stopped in for dinner. We asked hostess for a table for two. She said why not a bar table. I said we're hungry and would like a table with a waitress. Hostess says bar tables have waitresses and promptly seats us and gives us two menus. After waiting 21 minutes NOT ONE SERVER OR EMPLOYEE acknowledged us. A table of four was sat next to us at a high top. I told them good luck. Waitress has walked by three to four times and hasn't t even looked in our direction yet. May I preference there were 20 tables open in restaurant section and about 5 tables available in bar area so they were not overly busy or busy at all. As we decided we waiting long enough we go to leave as we depart our table waitress goes right to four top who now had been waiting about 10-12 minutes to get there drinks. Sorry my business and money wasn't good enough. Very disappointed. Hope they don't treat all this way. read more

Went here with my mother to pick up some boneless wings to go, and decided to get some appetizers while we waited. I ordered boneless buffalo wings and mashed potatoes to go, and while we waited, I ordered some fried pickles, and my mother got beef nachos. To drink, I got ice water, and she got a Diet Coke... ...and then the problems began. The nachos normally come with diced jalapeno peppers on them, which my mother asked them to leave off, but they put them on anyway. (and then she didn't want to eat them because the jalapeno taste would still be there, even if they were removed). I had asked for the buffalo sauce to be on the side, rather than on the boneless wings, so the chicken would stay crispy instead of getting soggy, but they put the sauce on the chicken anyway. As a result, the chicken was soggy when I finally got to eat some. They forgot my mashed potatoes all together, until I reminded them. At least there was no problem with the fried pickles. The bill came to $34, and instead of complaining to the manager, my mother insisted that we just pay the bill and leave, swearing she'd never go back there again, I tried to convince her to call the manager over and see if we could fix this somehow, but she wasn't hearing any of it. If she was so dissatisfied, why did she leave a 20% tip? I don't get it. read more

It's Chili's. The food is pretty good for what it's worth. In my opinion, their food is much better than 99 or any of the other local chains. I have visited this location many times over the last few years and the service is pretty hit or miss. It doesn't matter if you are seated right away, there is always a wait -- even though you can often see the waitstaff/bartenders giggling and socializing. The last few times I have opted to seat myself (and my party) in the bar area because there is always a wait to be seated, even if they are empty. This last time that I went, it took 10 minutes for the bartender to address our ticket (and another 5 minutes for the waitress to bring them to us). There was only one drink order before ours (that I saw her prepare). Most of the additional time was spent with her chatting with 2 other staff members. Maybe it was just the end of her shift, because after she finally made our drinks, another bartender took her place and seemed to be pretty fast and cleaning/organizing everything in between drink orders. Either way, we sat there for 15 minutes with no food or drink, even though they weren't that busy. Food arrived in a timely manner, although we were never offered chips and salsa during the wait. Our burgers were prepared nicely, the fries were hot. Apparently instead of cooking to temp, they now ask "with pink or no pink" (which sounds gross, but ok). I like mine med-rare, so I ordered it "with pink". My boyfriend likes his medium, so he ordered his "with pink" also. It was a little rare for him, but he said it was much better than if it had been brought out well-done (which is disappointingly usually what he ends up getting when he orders medium). We also had a flatbread appetizer which was really good. Cleanliness is on par with the area. Nothing really jumped out at me, although I did notice when we walked in that one of the first empty booth tables we came upon had used napkins and straw wrappers under it. We just decided to sit at another table. The manager was constantly doing floor rounds, although he never visited our table, personally. Our waitress wasn't the nicest at first, but I think she may have seen me taking notes, because when she came back with our food, she apologized repeatedly and was a lot friendlier. Anyway, I hadn't been there in almost 2 years and decided to give it another try because I'd heard that the menu had changed. It had always been one of the very few chains that I actually like. Absolutely the worst dining experience in my 41 years of life. Started off promising as the waitress was very friendly. Food took an hour to come out. Burgers should not take that long. The place was dead not lore than 15 people in it as we can at 930pm. After getting my food it was cold and my bun was soggy due to whaat I assume was sitting outback under a lamp in grease. Friend with us cut her lip on a broken glass. Made management aware and they brushed it off. Finally got a new glass. Wife had wine and asked for a second glass. Waitress 20 min later came over and said I need your glass because we can't find any more. Managers shrugged off complaints as if it was not big deal and provided a number to call. I have never left a yelp review in my life but this place SUCKS!!!! Go to Wendy's it's less than 500 feet away. The food will be much better. read more

Wareham doesn't have a lot of good restaraunts for lunch.We love Longhorn, but I didn't want to drop $35 for lunch. My wife likes Chilis so we headed there. I have been here maybe 1/2 dozen times and it is always cold inside, bring a sweatshirt. My wife gets the chicken crispers which is really yummy lightly breaded and not greasy. The fries are pretty good, but the corn on the cob is always soggy. I know they cook it and hold it in a warmer but we were there soon after they opened. I tried the lunch Combo $7 with the little burgers and a cup of chili. Burgers had good flavor the roll was hard on the bottom. The Burger to bread ratio favored the bread. What can I say, it was as I expected fair. Chili was good but no heat. service was good bathrooms clean. If I didn't feel like driving 20 minutes to something better I would probably go again. read more

We are all set with this place. Had a waitress that was so loud it was obnoxious, she kind of struck me as a drug attic. The burgers are good, but what they use t fry food is terrible and leaves an awful taste in your mouth. Now, I don't recall ever that we had to pay for salsa and chips, but we were charged $5.00. Not only that, the little game machine on the table we got charged $2.00 for playing! Never were ever charged that before. Prices went up some., but what doesn't. They have gone too far. Worst experience I've had at a chain I've otherwise never had any issues with. Placed an order To-Go since it was kind of late and we were trying to get home. Took a couple of minutes to actually place the order since the waitress taking the order insisted that my wife's request (Southwestern BLT) was not on the menu... but she eventually "found it". Arrived and went in 20 or 25 minutes later to find some staff surprised that we were there to pick up a To-Go order. About 10 more minutes of waiting until they brought over a box and started ringing us up... but a peek inside the box revealed that my wife's meal wasn't even in there! After a minute or two of hearing people shouting in the back room they discover her meal had been prepared for the dining room and had been ready for about 20 minutes. So at this point we finally pay and leave. My meal itself (mushroom burger) was a huge, greasy mess that I gave up on and threw out halfway through. My wife's pretzel BLT turned out pretty decent, actually. The staff seemed plenty friendly and they were aplogetic about the wait time, but they just didn't seem to have it all together. I've had much better experiences and food at other Chilis', so I recommended seeking alternative options if you're in the area. read more

This location has gone downhill for the last couple of years, The only saving grace for this place is the cold cheap draft beer and they have the AC cranking in the summer. Food orders are extremely slow, last 3 times I went, the food took over 45 mins. to arrive. When it did, it was awful, either cold or over/under cooked. Figured I Would give it a try after a long absence. Waste of time. I went on Sunday Mother's Day late afternoon. I was immediately seated but not after asking to be moved when they tried to sit us next to an unruly family with multiple screaming children total chaos. The place looking like a war zone. After we were seated it was a good ten minutes before the server who was polite finally came to take out order. Another ten minutes before they arrived and a while for the food to arrive as well. The food presentation was nice but it was nothing to brag about taste wise it worth returning to have again. We stopped in last night after doing some Christmas shopping. Bad idea. The waitress was great but the food has gone to shit. My burger, although cooked to perfection, was just too greasy! One expects some degree of greasiness with a burger but this one was dripping grease with every bite. To me that screams low quality beef. I'd say 70/30 is being generous. So this manager named Tiffany who I haven't had a chance to meet before. My server got my food when it was cold and the manager sent my server home, because the KITCHEN TOOK forever to get my food out. Not my servers fault. The waitress was one of the best waitress I've EVER experienced in over 30 years she went above and beyond, or at least tried. Any restaurant I've been too with at least 5 servers on. Chili's only had 2 servers on, one which was a bartender at the bar and my server mixed up my salad because I never told her I wanted shrimp on top of table my caesar salad which I should have specified so that wasn't her fault. Which was the kitchen's fault. She was soo completely overwhelmed because they only had 1 or 2 servers waiting on 10+ tables which is NOT OK. To top it off why I will NEVER eat at that Chilli's again because as I went to go to the bathroom I overheard the manager SCREAMING AND CUSSING at the waitress and told her to go home when they were super busy, and only had 2 servers completely on including the bartender and this manager Tiffanny could've handled it not in front of ALL the guests and EMPLOYEES and should've have taking her aside to the office to talk regardless of how busy she was. I liked my waitress Tara and I witnessed the manager scream at her legit to yell to go home and forget about my table (and I have it on video her cussing waitress out)....that's so unprofessional so now there was only one server on and it took even longer. All because she messed up ONE order on a caesar salad but never specified they wanted it with shrimp when caesar salads usually are made plain or with chicken. But that new Tiffany manager is an very mean a-hole coming from my entire table for degrading her server IN FRONT OF THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT and wouldn't even bring her to the back. I went out to eat with friends and I will never return to Chillis until that ignorant Tiffany girl who talks down to her customers is gone and left there and Tara works there again and I dont even know her personally at all. Then maybe me and my friends will return. Plus I loved my server Tara and that's who she sent home because of ONE mistake that could've easily been fixed. Lucky for him my boyfriend is a good tipper regardless of his service. We were told immediately that they close in 10 minutes. We made our selections quickly. My boyfriend ordered a beer and I said I would think about it. Bartender left to the kitchen and was gone maybe 5 minutes before he returned to give us the beer. I, still drinkless. I wish I could even express how awful my experience was here. My friend also wrote a review on our experience but I truthfully do not think that anyone even cared about how awful the entire experience was. Our waiter was definitely high on something, he was literally running around from table to table almost shouting about non-sense. First we were rushed to put in orders for drinks and apps... when the apps came out they were soggy our drink order was wrong but it was a minor mistake we could live with. We had just placed our order when the waiter mentioned that our food would be up quick because we were the only order that was up (mind you the resturaunt was mildly busy and we were sat in front of the kitchen to where we could visibly view the order screen). My friend who has diabetes took insulin because of the waiter going on a tangent about the food coming out fast...15 min later he ran back around to our table with the excuse that the screens went black (again we were in clear visibility of the screen) and asked us what our order was again if this was a screen or technical delay you would think he would remember at least SOME of our order but literally had no idea what we ordered to begin with. At this point we waited another ten minutes when he came prancing around again to ask us to clarify the order AGAIN. At this point I was so upset that my friend had taken insulin and was about to have a seizure I tried to explain that we need at least her food or more chips so that she could try to snack on those. He was screaming about something irrelevant and how it wasn't his fault because he could not go in the kitchen which we just saw him exit from mid running back to the kitchen. Our food came out (mine was wrong but at this point I didn't care) my friends food was not even hot and the cheese hadn't even been melted. At this point I asked for a side of ranch to try and fix the screw up. Again I was met with "we have food runners on tonight I shouldn't even be dropping your food" also irrelevant. By the time my friends were done eating I hadn't gotten my side of ranch so I didn't bother eating. When the waiter came back he dropped the ranch and came up with some other irrelevant ass peice of information; I asked him for the check. He came back and I handed him my card still providing irrelevant information about how the kitchen will be mad at him but also he is in the midst of walking away everytime he's talking so we can barely understand anyways. He comes back with a receipt NOT my card, I ask for my card back and he immediately panicked then blames the other waitstaff for also something that was definitely his fault. We were so uncomfortable and fed up we left no tip (I usually tip at least 20% and higher if the service is exceptional). My friend called the manager who seemed to care less and offered a gift card sent to our house which has yet to come...mind you the most horrifying part of the experience was the lack of care that mY friend could have had a seizure due to taking insulin before the meal after being asssured multiple times the food would be out. Do not waste your money here I'm pretty certain you will have an awful experience here as well. read more

Our server was all over the place and seemed to be under the influence of something very mighty. Our apps came out almost uncomfortably fast and as expected tasted half cooked. So my friend WHO HAS DIABETES takes her insulin in anticipation of the food coming out promptly. This was not the case.... about a half hour goes by and our server comes back over to ask us to remind him of what we ordered since according to him "the machine went down" and they were stuck wondering which food went to which table (in reality he forgot to put our food in). So he goes on to tell us our food will be right out. At this point my friend with diabetes is relying on chips and salsa to hold her over and prevent her blood sugar from dropping. FINALLY about 20 minutes later our food finally comes out excluding my friend with diabetes... so we try explaining to our server she needs her meal ASAP since she has diabetes and took insulin... couldn't even get a word in edgewise over the obnoxious server who kept spewing out irrelevant excuses. Finally her steak comes out cold hardly cooked to her liking with a side of loaded potatoes that are so cold the cheese didn't even melt. The rest of the food was cold and half cooked as well, we didn't even touch it. The server comes back over to tell us he "shouldn't even have been the one to run our food because they had food runners on at the time" we ask for the check and his scatter mind keeps flapping his jaws with more irrelevant excuses. We hand him the card and he comes back with the receipt and OUR CREDIT CARD IS NOWHERE IN SIGHT- "he forgot it back at the pos" what a pathetic excuse for a server. Called and spoke with the manager after we left who also spoke over me on the phone and could've cared less as to what I had to say or apologize for the servers behavior. All & all I would probably rather starve than ever eat here again. They should be embarrassed as to the service they are offering to the public at this location. read more

Arrived at 5 PM on a Monday, the hostess suggested I sit in the lounge area because the service was faster. Picked a booth, and sat and watch the hostess and two waitresses stand around a table talking while one of the waitress Idlelea wipe down the table over and over and over again. When they were finally "finished", the hostess went back to the house to stand in the two waitresses just wandered around the bar area. There was only myself and one other patron in the bar area. Finally they started to walk toward me, I assume to let me know that they were aware of me and to ask if I wanted to drink, but proceeded to walk right past me. When I looked back over my shoulder they were standing in the bar area, now talking to the bartender just leaning on the counter. I picked up my bag and I left, walking straight past the hostess who did not say A word to me. All I wanted was a raspberry margarita or on my birthday! read more

Four meals of six had been under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. The food was inedible. We complained. The waiter brought us a bill for full price and informed us that we could negotiate with the manager. The restaurant needs new management. There are several other restaurants within a mile. Have been here multiple times for dinner and the food is pretty good, not fantastic but what you can expect getting at Chili's. The last couple of times here we have been disappointed, the menus are dirty. Today I opened my menu and had actual food fall out of it, that's pretty disgusting. After walking in we were quickly seated as usual. It was around 5:30 and they were not busy at all. After being seated we were told our waiter/waitress would be over in a minute. We start looking at what we are going to order....5 mins go by a waiter walks past us to the table directly behind us asking if they need any refills and their food will be out shortly. Walks back by us and says hi, as he walks away. I can see a couple of waitresses in the back just joking and talking to each other and they look out directly at our table. One of them walks out and goes up front to the hostess. A couple of other waitresses are a few rows over laughing and taking to each other. 10 minutes go by at this point. There is now a total of 5 waitresses that have been around us and notice we have menus and no drinks and we have been sitting for quite some time. If this isn't obvious that we haven't been helped then I don't know what the hell they are thinking. 15 mins go by and the male waiter walks passed us again and looks directly at our table only to go to the table behind us to tell them their food is coming out in a minute. As he is doing that the hostess brings a couple other people in and seat them directly on the other side of our booth. I swear before they even got seated the male waiter walks passed us to their booth and introduces himself and begins to ask them what they want to drink. Screw this place is what we say at this point and close our menus and get up. Walking right by the waiter he doesn't say a word like we are invisible, as we are walking out the front door the hostess says, thank you! As I reply no, we have been sitting for 20 mins and nobody ever came over, she says oh hold on, as I reply no we're done here and walk out. We have been here well over ten times and this place is going downhill, don't think we will return to this Chili's in Wareham. Unless you really enjoy mediocre food and shitty service then do yourself a favor and head east on cranberry hwy through 3 more street lights and go eat at Lindsey's Family Restaurant. Way better food and great service, I know this is where we will be going for now on. read more

Finally one of the employees that has already made direct eye contact with me about 10 minutes prior asks "Are you picking up and order to go? You need to go to the bar." Walk over to the bar. Wait 10 minutes more. Bartender asks if I needed help. Then goes to get my food. 5 minutes later returns with my food. In that time a woman walks in to the pickup area and gets her food and walks out. about a half hour of waiting to get my food. Maybe a little bit more. Food as decent.
