Came to this Chili's after work for a girls night of catching up. It's probably about 15 years since I have been to any Chili's. I got the triple dipper that had different options. I HAD to try the big mozzo block! Oh my goodness, it did not disappoint! I got the flavor honey chipotle for the mozzo and the Nashville Hot chicken crispers... the sauces are sooooooo good!!! I also got the bug mouth bites which I was very impressed that they were juicy with sauce and not plain. The service was good, no complaints. The prices were great and the drinks were also tasty! I would definitely go back again! OH! AND THE SIDE OF CORN ON THE COB, SUPERB!

Our server was very kind but the restaurant was super busy so service was slow at times. Glindarita was fire though

Plastic tag baked into chicken crisper.

The WORST chilis experience ever! Terrible service. We were a table of 5 ppl. The server brought two plates with the apps and said they would be back with more plates; he didn't come back. Then all of food was wrong (some were missing a whole tender, sides were wrong, sauces wrong) server was not attentive. They would leave before we could ask for something, like "need anything?" "Yeah a diet co-" you couldn't finish the words and they were gone. AND THEN my friend found PLASTIC in her chicken crisper. Manager took care of the bill because of our experience but it doesn't excuse the lack of hospitality.

Food tasted great! Seasoned fries and the smash burger was amazing! Ambiance was good and the staff was very attentive. Our server Dan was on point. The managers stopped by a couple of times asking if we needed anything and asked if everything was OK. I would come back and enjoy the all day happy hour on Saturday and Sunday. I was very impressed as it's been years since I've been to a Chili's. I would come back here over Applebee's any day!

If you set your expectations low upon entering, you will not be disappointed. It's Chilis- it's a chain restaurant that serves Mexican food and good frozen margaritas! I've been here a few times and I've always found the restaurant to be clean. There's a small bar area, several large tables, and tons of booths all around. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and are never hard to find. The food is consistently piping hot, and served quickly! We almost always start off with chips and queso or salsa which is always a hit! I've had several items from the menu and they've all be delicious. This restaurant is 100% kid friendly which is a plus!! The prices here are fair. There's normally some type of promotion going on so be on there look out for that! This is no 5 star restaurant but it's still good nonetheless! You will leave satisfied and full and your wallet will be happy, too!

I love Chili's, but this location can literally NEVER get the to-go orders right, and the service in the bar area can be terrible sometimes.

I ordered a grilled cheese & fries for my son. The fries were pretty good but for 9 dollars, I felt like I could've made the grilled cheese easily myself at home. It tasted fine, but wasn't anything special. For myself, I was hoping to try the Enzo smash but was informed they didn't have it. So I resorted to something safe and ordered the vodka parm sandwich. I specified at least twice I wanted eggplant but out came chicken. I should've said something but I was ok with chicken too so was willing to try it out. It was crispy and well-fried, but a little lacking on the sauce and the chicken was a tad dry. Overall, I really wanted to like the place. It's not bad by any means but just didn't wow me enough to want to come back again. I did like the pretty artwork and decorations on the walls though.

I enjoyed the birra tacos and the wife loved the Med Chicken pita. For dessert we each got our own cookie skillet (usually 3 per order but for an extra couple of dollars they'll add another). Everything was on point. I finally gave it a try after hearing so much hype since it opened its first location in the area, and I honestly didn't quite get it. Ordered takeout, and everything you see pictured came out to around $100, which set the expectations a bit higher. Unfortunately, most of the food were pretty average.....tavern food that leaned more "heat and serve" than freshly made. A lot of it tasted like it could've been toasted straight from frozen packaging, which was disappointing given the price point. As for dessert, the cookies definitely tasted store bought, which kind of summed up the overall experience. Not terrible, but not memorable either. It's convenient and quick if you're in the area and need something easy, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back.
