This Chili's restaurant was the best chain restaurant we've ever been to. We were on vacation, and wanted to see a game local to us. They seated us with a good view of the television. The waitress was extremely friendly and helpful, and was attentive to every need. We explained that we were travelling on for another couple of hours after dinner, and she brought us tea and soda refills in a to-go cup so we could take it with us. Some of the best service we've experienced. The food was good; ribs, burgers, and fresh fries. It tasted really good because it was served with such friendly southern hospitality. i been to many chili's locations obviously i keep coming back because i love the food but yesterday late afternoon was the worst service i have have ever received at a restaurant we had a party of 20 that ended up waiting for 1 hour and 30 mins to be seated and were never seated because we ended up leaving. the manager was rude about the situation the hostess was clueless. the way i was spoken to by the manager was not acceptable and obviously should not be in this type of business i was nor rude or expecting anything i just wanted to eat with my family read more

And at one point we had 2 empty cups, the menus that we no longer needed and two dirty plates that we used for the appetizer at the end of our table and we still had wait 15 minutes to have it cleared from the table. Our waitress just seemed preoccupied with other things during our service. The atmosphere was cool. It wasn't loud as compared to other Miller Ale House. The room temperature was good it seemed around 72 degrees which is the temperature I use at my house. It wasn't crowded on this day and the TVs showed a variety of channels so no complaints.
