I couldn't enjoy my food here. The staff seemed a bit rude they didn't seem welcoming and that made the ambiance feel uncomfortable and we didn't get our refills until after we had already finished eating even though it wasn't busy. I'm not sure if the first person who attended us was the manager but she wasn't nice. I won't be coming back!

I came with my friend to the Fall Creek Chili's Restaurant in Humble. This was my first time and his 2nd time. He had a different experience than me. Because he was in wheelchair, one employee came to help us at the door as we walked in. Then, the wait staff was very cordial. He felt good and let the manager know about the improvement they provided. Awww so nice. Here comes the food. He ordered Radical Rita and Triple Dipper. I didn't think he liked the drink, he barely touched it. I hate to ask people about their food at a restaurant. He took the leftover home. I guess he liked the food. For me, I regretted that I ordered Cajun Pasta. The Alfredo sauce was so thick. It made the pasta tasted like Mac N Cheese. The seasoning was not mixed well with the rest of dish. Grilled chicken was ok. Oh. That giant piece of dry toast ruined the pasta because it was cold. Plus, it covered half of my dish. I remember Chili's restaurants back in my military days. It was a treat to go off post to enjoy meals with friends. I've seen commercials about Chili's and free meals on Veterans Day. I don't know why I have never gone back.

Go get em, they are good but remember too much of something is not good! I ordered six but could not finish them and should've just ordered three I think I still have three in the fridge. lol On my visit today, I really had a taste for those southwest egg rolls, but they ended up putting the wrong item in my trio as burgers but but it's OK. I will doublecheck next time. Overall, they give you a lot of food however it is a little salty so I wasn't really able to finish anything. The salt taste was just too strong, but I understand because it is processed food. The chicken tender was so big that I was only able to eat one and a half, and I ate some of the macaroni and cheese, which was not the best macaroni but it's something to eat. I love their honey mustard. I would choose that over the ranch any day. I tried the buffalo sauce. It was more like a buffalo ranch sauce, but it was a little salty also so I guess I will graduate to something baked on their menu to change up the pace.

Not a good experience. Our server was not attentive at all and we had to flag her down for everything. We got our drinks and chips with salsa but she never came back with the wife's beer. Had to flag her down and ask where it was. She went over to the bar entered it into the POS and we watched the bartender get the order then pour the beer. The beer was gross.....almoat sour and tasted like the lines have never been cleaned. The kids and wife food came out then I waited more about 10 mins before mine came out. Why can't you bring it out together. Had to flag her down to get my water refilled. We all finished our food waiting for her to bring the bill....again had to flag her down. I hate that we have to use that computer on the table and I can't get a paper receipt...I'm not putting my email in there to get spam email from chilis. Won't be back.

This chili's in particular is not good. The service sucks-they forgot my chicken tenders. Each time I order something to go I'm ALWAYS missing something. It's the only chilis in the area and is the worst one I've been to.

Food usually takes forever, tastes average, and overpriced for what you get. Took over 40 to get lunch.

My husband and I stopped by First Watch today for a late brunch. We actually ended up here because…read moreanother brunch spot in the area had a 45-minute to one hour wait. When we arrived, First Watch looked pretty busy, but we were pleasantly surprised that we were seated right away. The hostess was very kind and welcoming, and our waiter was just as nice... cordial, helpful, and attentive throughout our visit. The service was definitely one of the highlights. For food, we both ordered the Trifecta. I chose the waffle with potatoes instead of eggs, along with their chicken sausage patty, and I added a side salad with mixed greens and a lemon herb dressing. I also added a side of chicken. Initially, I thought the chicken breast would be about $2.50, but before placing the order our waiter came back and clarified that it would be about $5 and would come as strips instead of a full chicken breast. I appreciated him coming back to correct that. When the chicken came out, it was sliced into very thin pieces and was a little lukewarm. I mentioned it to the waiter, and he apologized and handled it professionally by removing it from the bill, which I appreciated. Overall, the food was okay, about a 3.5 out of 5 for me. The waffle was tasty, just as I remembered, and the potatoes were good as well. However, the chicken sausage patty wasn't very good. I personally didn't enjoy it and ended up leaving it on the plate. My husband ordered the pancake with pecans, scrambled eggs, and a side of grits with butter, and he enjoyed his meal. One thing I did like was that you can now pay your bill directly from your phone, which makes it really convenient when you're ready to go without waiting. Overall, the big win here was the service and hospitality. The staff was friendly, attentive, and efficient, and we appreciated being seated quickly even when it seemed busy. The food was decent, though I've had better, but the service made the experience pleasant.

I had the salmon eggs benedict, as I always do... It did not taste good at all. The Salmon didn't taste like real fish. Tags were bland and the only thing I really liked were the fresh red onions. Bummer. Now, I always like to wash it down with a purple haze... Thankfully it was still really tasty. Maybe the cooks were tired. *Shrugs* Lol. They close at 2:30 and I came in at 2:00 The inside was pretty empty with only maybe four tables in use. It was relaxing atmosphere... so maybe if I go another day during peak hours, it will taste better. We shall see. I haven't given up on you yet!

SAVED BY THE OXTAIL…read more.... So my experience... I'm Puerto Rican and Jamaican and love my caribeña food. I knew this wouldn't be like my home cooked meals but had a good feeling it was going to be goooodt! The man at the register was a trip- funny- and honestly reminded me of an uncle or two I have. He took my order- they had no goat (weekends he said) so I opted for the oxtail. Now you know some establishments make you pay 25$ for three oxtail in these times but I'd say I had a fare portion of oxtail for the 20something I spent. It came with two side and I got the rice and peas and Mac. And cheese. I ordered sweet plantain on side because I was sharing this hefty meal. When he poured the oxtail into the plate I was SO excited... smelled good nice popping hot -yes I was ready. Well.. I did carry it home exited to dive in and I was a little disappointed in what I bit into (pics below) My rice seemed mushy. And you know how it goes (not enough gravyyyy lol) I could deal with a bad batch of rice if the flavor was good...and so once heated well I dealt with that But my biggest disappointment--- cold Mac n cheese... not just cold- but partially frozen.... The Mac was poorly reheated...which then brings concerns for the extremely varying mixture of temperatures on my plate. I said a prayer heated the Mac and dug in. If I hade to rate it: Fully heated Mac: 7/10 Oxtails 8/10 Rice and pea 6/10 Sweet plantain 10/10 I'm going to give them another chance-- I'm going to go on a busy night and hopefully stuff isn't sold out but rather coming out hot. Considering there aren't many true carribeanspots in Houston-- I'll take it for what it's worth and give it the 2nd try... if that doesn't work out this might just be one of those places I only buy certain items from.. Much success to this spot though. Now that I live in humble I get excited for new spots because there isn't much going on out here I'll rate again after that

I can't fairly…read morereview the restaurant, customer service, food etc. However, I can offer my personal opinion to the owner. I think it would be beneficial to add the hours of operation on Yelp and actually upload business information on Google so those of us who enjoy delicious Caribbean food can frequent your establishment. We're ready for you here in the Humble and northeast side of Houston. C'mon, let's make you some $$$$!!!!!!! Update: Fair is fair so I must share this positive update. As I was completing my review in my vehicle in front of the restaurant, a nice gentleman came out of the restaurant and approached my vehicle. He explained that they were closed and preparing for a private event that evening. He apologized for the inconvenience but invited me in and said he would check to see if they had something on the menu available for me as a takeout option. I gladly agreed and entered the restaurant with him. He was a complete gentleman and offered me a seat and something to drink. He proceeded to speak with the person in the kitchen who informed him that there was nothing prepared at the moment. I didn't get any food but the hospitality was off the chart and not only will I return but I will send family and friends there as well. I'll be back for my delicious Caribbean meal

The food, drinks, and atmosphere were good! My ONLY complaint is that I was overcharged by $2. I know mistakes happen, and $2 is a very small amount, but it is MY money. I called on March 14 and spoke with the manager. In the first conversation, I was told he would look into it and call me back, which he did. At that time, he wanted my card info so he could refund me the money. I asked him if he could use the last 4 of my card number, he said yes. He then called me back and told me he would need my card number and expiration date. I was not willing to give him that information. He kept telling me he was trying to make it right, which I understood, but let's be honest, who gives their card information out over the phone like that?! I didn't like that he was dishonest by telling me he offered to give it to me in cash because he NEVER offered that at all. The manager also told me that the system that they have he would need my card information to refund me the money back to my card. I told him to just keep it.
