Good if you like the food. Staff is friendly. But Sundays have had some slow service, mixed-up orders, and dropped plates in my experience. This summer every time I've been I've needed a coat. Brr! And I know the staff is boiling back there in the kitchen, but it's nearly too much air conditioning to be comfortable in the lobby. Sit outside, because if you ask for less air conditioning you'll just get jokes about "It's Chilly Chili's!" Only one time have they listened to a request from me to change the air conditioning. Went to Chili's for lunch with some family. We were seated in the bar area and I believe our waitress was named Shaylin? She was such a pleasure! Picked Chili's for lunch while passing through town and it was one of the few restaurants open for lunch on a Sunday. I hadn't eaten at a chili's before but it was fine. Food came out fast and my husband's burger was tasty. My salad was boring and not well described on the menu but pretty much what I expected. Very poor and run down chili's restaurant. Wait staff is very poor. Asking if everything is ok while walking by and not even breaking stride..... really..... not genuine at all. Burger was super greasy. Fries were cold. Chips and salsa .... meh.... salsa was awful. Bathroom was disgusting. My son had the pizza , his was actually probably the beat part of the whole experience. Also buy some new glasses. The chili's mugs u use are so worn out, the clear plastic is so foggy and they r all beat up. Makes your beverage taste so nasty. Avoid this location. read more

HALF A STAR. Terrible service and we waited for over an hour for meals. Finally was brought a steak ordered as medium rare and it was barely cooked let alone warm! Manager summoned. Offered %50 off two meals which hadn't been received yet. Came back taking the entire $ of 2 dinners off the bill. Staff overwhelmingly apologetic and manager full of excuses instead of being sorry. Love this place! Their staff is really the shining point but I thoroughly enjoy their skillet queso, chicken enchiladas and fajitas.

I was really disappointed in the food and service. This was one of my favorite restaurants to go to in town. Last night my chicken fajitas were white with hardly any grill lines. My onions and peppers didn't have any signs of grilling. In fact, my onions weren't even translucent. My cup of chicken enchilada soup was delivered to me approximately 2 minutes before my slightly sizzling chicken, onions, and peppers were delivered to me. read more

There was a time when Chilis was our " go-to" for date night, family celebrations, after temple luncheons, etc. But around 3-4 years ago it became a different restaurant. The food and service have been downhill. Every once in a while someone will give me a gift card so we'll go back but it's the same old story. I wonder if they've gone to pre packaged or frozen meals because nothing on the menu hits the spot. I'm giving it two stars for the outdoor dining; it's lovely in the summer. read more

I like Chilis, I'd rather eat here than applebees anyday. I don't come here often,but when I do the food is always decent. The last time I came here I ordered one of their burgers. It came out hot and very tasty. Their fries were plentiful and pretty good. I really don't have much to say about Chilis. Nope. Never again. I loved Chili's when we lived in Las Vegas. Great food and a great time. But this one. Who runs this place? The food was overcooked and just not right. The Tortilla soup tasted like the meat had come from a can. My husband got the Waffles and chicken and it was so sweet (and he likes sweet) that he couldn't even eat it. Wife likes Chili's so we stopped there for supper cause it was near our hotel. Our waitress Brandi was GREAT. The food on the other hand was not. Wife ordered Chicken Enchilada Soup and it came out barely warm. For main course she got Chicken Pasta and it came out warm not hot. I got the 10 oz sirloin, medium, and it came out with a crust and rare inside. On top off that most of it was so chewy I couldn't eat it . Like chewing on rubber. Brandi was very attentive and had a new glass of tea for me as soon as mine was empty. Asked wife if she needed a refill. She was very cheerful and polite . The hostess was rude & sat a couple that came after us and we had 3 people that were there before us. She had told us a 15-20 minute wait even though there were 4 tables we could see that were empty. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and saw 6 more tables empty. The server was super slow getting to us, we had our appetizers before our drinks. The queso dip was scorched, two minutes later we got our dinner except only half of one of our dinners came. Server didn't come back or bring us drink refills and then when we were done & checking our selves out on the little kiosk at the table he came to say do you want desert or anything else. We would have liked drink refills, more ranch for my dinner and probably desert had our visit not sucked so bad. Overall, our experience was terrible and we will not be back. read more

I went in at sat at the bar for lunch and a ice tea. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and it took me about an hour to be served and eat my lunch. The LED bright lights above the bar is like sitting in a workstation in an office setting. Because of the bright lights you can see the filth and the grease and the fingerprints on most of the shiny surfaces around the bar. The place has kind of a sticky feeling to it. The place kind of has a cafeteria or mess hall atmosphere about it. I ordered the sirloin steak with fried avocado and fried asparagus and potatoes. The steak was chewy and tough and the asparagus were very thin and long and tough. The only edible portion of the asparagus were about 3 inches of the flower tips. The staff had no uniforms they were in their street clothes with holes in the Levi's and T-shirts or whatever they look sloppy. I recommend Applebee's across the street it's 10 times cleaner and better food! read more

Very hit and miss for us. Sometimes everything is amazing, other times we leave feeling like we might not ever go back. Just depends on the night and who's working I guess. Service is usually pretty good, although it's not uncommon for us to be constantly waiting on drink refills. It's also not uncommon for our appetizer to magically appear at our table after all our main dishes have already been served. I do feel like this location has gone a little bit downhill over the last few years, but we still go every now and then because their potato soup is always super yummy and their chicken crispers are delicious. :) read more

Love going to this location! The girls working here are fun and attentive. We never have to ask to have plates or glasses removed from the table. They never make us wait.
