This Chili's needs to close. We went in here today for a late lunch. We were seated and the wait staff proceeded to set up for a large group in the area where we were seated. The teen staff dragged tables across the brick floor, screeching the table legs as the moved the tables and chairs. The screeching noise was going through everyone's head like a nail. Think fingernails on a chalkboard but only worse. It went on and on until we just couldn't take it anymore and got up and walked out. They need to hire someone with some slight understanding of hospitality. We didn't go there to have to be subjected to this noise that sounded like major construction. We never even ordered. This restaurant is outdated and old. The parking lot is beat up and the landscaping needs work. What a dumpy Chili's. Corporate needs to close this location and start over. Never again. read more

I love the staff here. Literally every single person that works here is Hella cool! Bartenders are top-notch. Brett is the number one bartender of my heart! Super chill guy really easy to talk to. Also will change the channel to put on whatever sport I wanna watch and I appreciate that. Food always amazing and ordered here probably 10 times this year and nothing has ever been wrong with it. Normally not too crowded. Food is on par with other Chillis restaurants. They do have music playing and if you are with a senior it does make it a little hard to have a conversation otherwise it's fine. DINE IN & TAKE OUT experiences. This was my go to for drive up/take out during the pandemic. Their steak meal with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli is top tier! It was always delicious and cooked to my liking. All my family loves it too, the steak meal is their go to. I recently went in for dine in. It was during the early afternoon. Overall it was good. I am giving it a 4/5 stars because I've been coming here for many years and our go to food is always delicious. The dine in experience is why I did not give it the 5 stars. Placed an online order today (12/26/23) that indicated a pickup between 7:15pm-7:20pm. The time came and went so I walked in to check on the order and was told it wasn't ready. A minor annoyance but they were busy. While waiting, I saw an employee (female, white, with hair that was dyed blue) take a French fry from a dine-in customer's order that was waiting at the pass to be taken out. No glove, just reached in and took a fry and stood there eating it while chatting with another employee. GROSS. How about don't steal someone's food with your ungloved, unwashed hand? But I digress... My online order was nearly 20 minutes past the indicated time it would be ready and everything was lukewarm at best and the fries soggy when I arrived home, less than 3 minutes away. This used to be my favorite place to eat in the area . I'm seeing some challenges in continuing to provide food and service . The food does not come out with consistency , in regards to quality , taste and presentation. The three for me combo is an awesome deal and great options . I've ordered this the last three times . Once it was so salty I couldn't eat it, the next time I specifically asked for no salt to avoid the problem , the last I forgot to say no salt , burger tasted fine , chips were stale and the fries were half burnt have underdone . After watching a movie at the Regal Edwards Theater, we stopped by Chili's for a late dinner. Our food was good although not as hot as we would have liked but considering the lateness, our orders were correct and we enjoyed our meal. The service however was absolutely fantastic!! Dylan was our server and was by far one of the best servers we have ever had at any restaurant...even fine dining! Another impressive point occurred while he was taking our order. We gave him our drink order first and then our food order immediately after since we already knew what we wanted. In the middle of taking our meal order, one of his team members brought our drinks to our table while he was still taking our meal order. He never left our table but apparently the hand-held tablet sent our drink order to one of his team members who quickly prepared and delivered them. That was a first for me and blew my mind. My girlfriend and I went to dinner after work last night. Saturday night and we were seated immediately. Greated and served by Diego. He was very pleasant and real. We had our drinks before he even left the table! We were already impressed. He proceeded to authentically compliment our outfits. You see, we had just come back from entertaining at a children's party. He proceeded to tell us that his manager would love our outfits, too. A couple minutes later we were pleasantly greeted by Kelley. As we were having a wonderful friendly and joyful conversation with both Diego and Kelley, our food arrived within minutes! I came here May 26 after leaving the movies and it was packed with people celebrating their graduation, so my husband and I decided to order our food to go. We place our order and waited 35 minutes only for them to say they only put in one order pretty much forgetting my order, but they said they would put it in. Stopped into this Chili's location with my girlfriend for some drinks last night. Was greeted well by the host and went flying past them to the bar. Service was 11/10 pretty sure if I remember our bartenders was named Brittany, the other dude was nice too. Came here for dinner with the family today, since we had the day off and wanted to go out and have a sit down dinner somewhere. I chose this location because they had no wait at all when I called on the phone to inquire. When we arrived, we ended up having to wait 25 minutes but I was kind of expecting it since we went closer to dinner time lol. They took my number and so we were able to wait in the car while they cleared a table for us. They texted us when our table was ready, and we were seated. I will say....this location has VERY limited outdoor seating right now during COVID. I counted about 12 tables or so. But it's nice because the waitress and even the manager were very attentive. Was driving by and stopped to watch the Laker Game at the bar. It was surprisingly empty for a MLK Holiday. 50% empty and didn't have to wait. We sat at the bar and ordered their Happy Hour specials. I got the Sirloin and 3 sides for $10. That was super cheap. I ordered the potato soup, sirloin, broccoli and mash potatoes. I ordered the sirloin medium. I typically do this because most restaurants I go to overcook it. They actually cooked it right. The sirloin was soft. It needed more seasoning but nothing A1 Sauce can fix. The only problem I had was that the fat on the outside made the meat chewy. Had to chew 3x more than usual. Hahaha. But still it was good for $10. Service was great. Like I said, it wasn't packed so they were very attentive. My experiences at Chili's in Los Angeles are always negative. So it was nice to have a different experience. read more
