Chilis is a great place to take your family! They have great service and the food there is pretty good. The reason I gave it four stars is because I hated working there, but as a customer it's a good experience. Typically it's busy and has a great selection of drinks. Super disappointed today, Chili's. We're hanging by the pool today and decided to order a quick take-out lunch from Chili's. Our fajitas and quesadilla were perfectly fine and exactly what we expected. I ordered an Old Timer with Cheese. Instead of fries I opted for a side salad with Ranch. And paid extra for it. When my friend got home with our meals there was no salad. Just fries. He went back and asked for the salad. And this is what I got - about 1/2 cup of "salad". Brown and oxidized. Just gross. I truly expect better from you Chili's. We dine there a few times a month. Great for margs and wings and some bar trivia. And I've had tasty, FRESH salads there before. Very disappointing. read more

Just placed a pickup order a bit ago on the app for the 3 for me. I've ordered this smash burger deal a few times now and I really enjoy it. It's impossible to get a good burger at a fast food spot for less than $12 a meal, and chili's does it for $11, for better quality in all areas and an appetizer along with it! Super thick burger patty, with quality pickles....I was able to get a nice portion of perfectly season fries w it too.. We used to come here frequently, but it has been a while. The server was great, and the food was ok, even if they were out of some basic things (how does Chili's run out of chips?) The reason for the 2* review is the extremely gross and foul-smelling bathrooms. They weren't just dirty, they were in desperate need of replacement of certain fixtures. Worst experience I ever had a restaurant and franchise. The front desk person was unaware if they serve fajitas. The booths were smaller than usual. We asked for a new booth, I think we were not assigned a server but Johnathan took our table. We did not have any issues with him but whomever was cooking our food made the experience disappointing. We asked for Queso dip, they brought out some food that was chili, we mentioned what Queso dip is, then we get some kind of concoction. Burgers not fully done, it kept getting worse and more worse. Me and my girlfriend came in for dinner. I had the chili and she had the loaded potato soup. The chili was good spicy which I like and her potato soup has delicious very cheesy the green onions in the soup were a great touch. For entrees I had the full rack of ribs I subbed out the French fries for broccoli as I like some fiber when possible. It came with corn on the cob with cheese roasted and lights sauce maybe butter cayenne not sure but delicious. The ribs were very tender and tasty I chose honey chipotle had very mild spice but lots of flavor. My girlfriends entree was the three meat fajita with rice black beans pico guacamole sour cream sautéed veggies what you would expect from a fajita. Her entree was ok not bad but not amazing either. So glad this is my new local Chili's ! While my 15 years living on Oahu, we had a Chili's just down the hill from our house and Loved it ! Everything would always come out not only hot and fresh... But exactly how we wanted it. I'm kind of a picky eater and I'm sure the chefs don't mind a few adjustments ?!? And now my new very close to home Chili's is just as good if not better !! Again, everything came out just as custom ordered, Hott and fresh ;) Our server was over the top friendly and extremely attentive. As if we were her only table. The worst thing that can happen during a meal is constantly searching for your server while food is getting cold and needing something. But that wasn't the case here... Yup just your average neighborhood Chilli's. A vast menu full of Tex mex goodies. My boyfriend and I came on a Friday for their bottomless soup, salad and chips & salsa on a Friday afternoon. You can't go wrong with bottomless for under $8. The food was average, but good. My favorite soup was the chicken enchilada. I tried the loaded potato as well, but it was waaaay too cheesy for me. The chips & salsa were a must. Super thin crispy chips and delicious salsa, all the yes. Service wise this location was a bit slow and seemed to be under staffed. Had a fantastic dining experience with Tony in the bar this evening. He is charismatic, witty, and his Presidente margs are on point. Shout out to Vanessa for the drive by service. I like Chili's...usually. I've been to this particular restaurant several times and it's not bad, it's just not great. There always seems to be little details that take away from the overall experience. This time we made our reservation, (thanks to covid), and requested to sit in the bar area. Well that didn't happen. So we took our seats on the family side with the screaming kids and ordered our food. I always enjoy the chili and the Southwest egg rolls are always good. Since I had a reward for dessert, I opted for the Paradise Pie. Well that didn't happen either. Although it's prominently displayed on the menu, the server informed me, "Oh, we haven't had that in a long time". Ok, I get it, this isn't a fancy restaurant on the Strip or even one in the nearby Casinos, but if you're going to put it on the menu, have it available for your patrons. I'll probably come back, but somehow I feel there will be a hiccup once again that will disappoint. Please try harder Chili's. read more

Thank you Chili's for the Military Discount! We came here yesterday for lunch and I was really pleased to put my usual Shrimp Caribbean salad that I ALWAYS ordered here back on my repertoire. I stopped ordering it for a while because they re-vamped it and it was not really up to par. However, since we came for lunch I wanted a salad and so glad I ordered it. The old salad use to have crispy tortilla strips and pico de gallo, they have since replaced the strips with cranberries and took off the pico and added more pineapple. The result is fabulous. We were out celebrating and knew by coming here the kids would have a healthy option and great service-which we consistently get. We had a strawberry Presidente margarita and I highly recommend! It was soooooo good! Did I mention the fab service? Did I mention we come here a few times a month and use our coupon! Buy one adult meal and get a kid's meal free! Result? $20 dinner! Yum! Had an interesting experience today with my waiter, the bartender. My friend asked for some more blackberry syrup for the tea, and waiter joked, "Some more African American sauce?" I chose the enchilada soup which I really enjoyed and the crispy chicken sandwich which was juicy and delicious. I would have given more stars but they did something that is a pet peeve of mine. I usually pay with a credit card but this time I decided to pay cash and when they brought my change they rounded down and only brought me the bills and no coins. When I asked for the coins the waitress said she will see if the bartender had any change. It is not the amount of the coins but that is my money and no restaurant has the right to make a decision to keep my money. I can't begin to imagine how much money they make because so many of the people they do this to don't bother to say anything. read more

I went into Chili's expecting a pasta dish or a burger. Happily they have a dessert I like. But before that I found out there are happy hour specials running. I ended up ordering an appetizer, and when I went to order my meal, my bar tender let me know she would ring it up as a meal, because two of the menu items were more expensive than separate. This was a nice experience. Stopped off for lunch as I was working. The atmosphere was great, service was excellent! I sat in the bar area. The Diet Coke was non stop! As my cup was almost empty, the next one was there. Nichole was an excellent server. Getting in and out was a bit difficult as its located on a very busy intersection. The food was good. I felt it was a bit pricey, but that's a corporate thing! Bathrooms and restaurant were clean. I noticed staff cleaning the entire time I was there.
