We started with the Mozzarella and the Zucchini Frites and both were excellent as always. I had the 13oz Ribeye which was cooked to perfection with spinach and fries. The steak was tasty and enjoyable. My friend had the grilled Trout which was one of the best. Cooked well, flaky and tasty. Our drinks were never empty as Jasmine was on top of it checking on us often but allowed us to relax and enjoy our food and the ambiance. We will be back as we really enjoy this place. read more

Ordered Togo from Carrabba's for dinner. Here's the breakdown: Food: I usually really enjoy Carrabba's food. And I always do takeout. So this isn't a new thing for me. But sadly tonight was pretty lack luster. I ordered The Johnny combo. Sirloin Marsala and Chicken Bryan with a side choice and a salad. SIRLOIN MARSALA: Cooked well, tender as usual, but lacked flavor and they also forgot to put the mushrooms and Marsala sauce on the steak. That's what makes the sirloin so delicious! So really just a bland sirloin and just made a quick hollandaise for it at home. CHICKEN BRYAN: Portion was smaller than normal. Good amount of Goat Cheese and Sundried. Very little butter sauce(pic is condensation and steak juice) and very little basil. The Caesar Salad: Was all green romaine so no crunch. But the dressing is hands down some of the best!! Decent meal but prices are a little high for what you get. Since I haven't been here in many years I ended up getting a chicken trio dish just to remember what their sauces taste like. Most are pretty good except for the tomato sauce that came on the penne. It was very watery and didn't have a lot of flavor other than acidity. The penne was also very overcooked. We did also try a Caesar salad and veggie soup that were decent and some fresh house bread with olive dipping oil. I'm not sure if I'd come back because I was surprised at how high the prices are when the check came. I think the food could use some work if they charge so much. You know what I wanted pasta today and sugar. There are other options but we decided to come here just because it was close by and yesterday it was ridiculously hot. And then we decide on hot pasta lol. But the main reason why we came here well I came here was because I was craving the bread and the dip mainly the dip. I'm not a fan of the bread. The inside of the bread yes but the crusty outside no it cuts my mouth. It's so crunchy on the outside. The dip is tasty put too much on the bread in it spicy because you get the red pepper flakes. First started with our server she was really good along with the GM. They were very attentive along with the host. They always make sure you are not short on bread or drinks make sure you're doing well but didn't overdo it. Mother chose the chicken piccata with salad. I was craving mashed potatoes I'm not a fan of their potatoes. I guess this was my first time having them. I only ate like three bites and then tossed them. The pasta was really good though the mushrooms are super big, but they are definitely meaty and I love sun-dried tomatoes, and I got the house salad with oil and vinegar. What an exceptional dinner we had last night at Carrabba's. Sarah H -- genuinely warm, friendly, and attentive -- took wonderful care of us, and we enjoyed every single thing we ordered. The fresh, hot bread with herbed olive oil was the perfect start, followed by crisp salads, calamari, zucchini fritte, and our entrées. I decided to try the short rib Marsala, even though it's not something I usually order, and I'm so glad I listened to Sarah's recommendation. The meat was incredibly rich and meltingly tender, and the combination of the short rib, mashed potatoes, and Marsala sauce was absolutely spot-on. I know it's a seasonal item, but I truly hope it becomes a permanent fixture on the menu. DH ordered his go‑to Shrimp & Scallop Linguine, which was, as always, a hit. Had a horrible experience and will definitely never be back. First of all the waitress kept touching my shoulder whenever she came to my table which I found completely unnecessary. While I don't think she meant it to be offensive she should know not to do that. Second it took forever to get my drink because they kept giving me the wrong drink order. Lastly I hated how all the staff tried to rush me and my party out of there and it wasn't even busy! Staff members and our waitress tried to rush us to order and to leave by giving us annoyed looks and asking if we were done. Overall, there hadn't been any issues here. Lately, they seem to be understaffed. All of the doors are locked, so you will need to come in the side door that faces Dick's Sporting Goods. There's new temporary hours. Some staff seem to appreciate the customers that are still coming in while others are quite sarcastic and snippy with customers. Let's start with the good. I read a disparaging review about a server named Jasmine. She happened to be our server. Although the place was practically empty (maybe because of the awful smell). I'll touch on that later. Jasmine was very attentive. Her excellent service began as soon as we were seated. She was always had a smile and anticipated our every need. I would return just to feel like I am am important and my business is appreciated. That is the emotional uplift we felt from Jasmine,Thank-you. now the food. I have been a fan since 1995 in Colorado. It was my weekly escape. Loved the chicken trio. On this visit my niece and I ordered the Johnny trio. It consists of chicken Bryan, steak Marsala and Mezzaluna. The presentation was beautiful. I told my niece don't cut your chicken I'm sure they made one chicken breast and cut in half-one for me the other half for you. I understand because of the price the food many restaurants have shrinkage in the portions but that's not usually accompanied by a large price increase. The steak was a little undercooked. it was very tough. I could not chew it! I kept plowing through finally I decided to pack it up for the dogs. Even they had problems chewing it. They took it to their favorite corner and leisurely chewed it. The Marsala sauce was not sauce. It was gravy. I reminded me of my mother's liver, mushroom,onion gravy. So disappointed. The appetizers were good- again shrinkage and definitely a lower quality of cheese for Mozzarella sticks. The atmosphere- when you enter the restaurant is dark and dank. Needs up dating from the 80's. Then you are accosted by this smell of old fish. I asked about the smell and was told they didn't smell anything. It was terrible. Bobbi was as nice as can be. We love her bubbly personality. She made a couple of recommendations for us to try from the menu. She really knows her stuff & made us feel welcomed. My husband and I decided to try this one more time it's been years since we've been there. It wasn't good back then so we thought well why not let's try it so we went in for lunch and I got the meatballs appetizer and a salad. Those meatballs were absolutely horrible. She kept running away when we needed something so it was hard to fully enjoy our meals as a family. I find I'm always happy when choosing Carrabbas for our dinner destination. There's so many options and some are fantastic. This experience was another satisfying one. The food was delicious, from appetizers to the full meal. Oh and the soup! First time visiting this restaurant. No wait time on this rainy Sunday evening. Walking in to Carrabba's was like walking into a warm cozy cabin that smelled exactly like the bready, garlicky, yummy smell that we were hoping for! Christina our server provided a fantastic five star experience. She was great at welcoming us in for the first time and quickly served our items. I ordered the Lobster Ravioli and my guest ordered Spaghetti & Meatballs. Both came with choice of soup or salad. We choose caesar salad and lentil soup. We were too full to finish with a dessert yet Christina offered to pack a Cannoli Cake for us to go - so thankful! I have to say - above all things, Carrabba's has the CLEANEST restrooms I have seen! My, how the mighty have fallen. I used to absolutely love this restaurant where my husband and I would make a weekly walk on Wine Wednesdays to get $10 off a bottle of wine. They always had a great wine selection. This past Wednesday was not what we expected. We haven't visited for several months so my bad for not knowing that Carrabba's discontinued Wine Wednesday and they no longer offer my favorite minestrone soup. I always loved their version. With this said, our server, James, was excellent and he is not to blame for my following observations. James gets the site the one star. First, the menu says to ask our server for the "Proprietor's Pick" which was, allegedly, for those who were seeking available special wines. There was no special wine list available. Instead of ordering two bottles like we used to, we ordered two glasses which were overpriced for their quality. Second, we were not provided the menu of specials. When James provided them to us, we noticed that the special entrees that included crab cakes and short rib marsala were not listed. Emails recently sent to us claimed to have them available, ergo, the purpose of our visit. Even the day of our visit, an email advertised a vegetable primavera and that was not available either. We settled for no appetizer and entrees that were nothing special. Third, our entrees were served before we completed our listless salads. Bad timing on the part of the food runner. We were not offered grated/shredded cheese for our pasta and by the time I realized no one was returning, I just wanted to get this dinner over with. As much as we used to love this place for its warm bread, fantastic wine list and great food, we will no longer be visiting. There are so many family-owned restaurants that we would much rather support than a corporation where a "suit" can sit and haphazardly make bad decisions on behalf of the company. Still cold in the middle. I would love to call and let the manager know not for any other reason except that should not have come out of their store like that! I've wanted to eat at Carrabba's for such a long time and I'm so excited I did! I was super ready for a pasta, and I devoured a Fettuccine Carrabba! CLEANED THE PLATE. I also was served a Caesar Salad which as well departed as a cleaned plate. Between the two I greatly enjoyed a meatballs and ricotta which was delectable! My ginger ale stayed pleasantly topped the entire meal thanks to my bartender Chau! She a blessing and should be protected at all costs!! I also spoke with the manager Antonio who is a gentleman and a scholar! I tied me experience together with a cheesecake topped with strawberry and a tall milk. OH! I'm also drinking a coffee- so there's that. The music is subtle and I could hear it, and it was enough dampening noise that I was uninhibited by other tables' conversations. The glasses were all spot checked by the wait staff thoroughly and micro fiber cleaned as I saw them leaving the bar station. The establishment looks as though it's brand new. I did noticed some Vegas Knights swag which makes me happy that they're in the spirit of the local team! VGK GO KNIGHTS GO! There is also a Kool Aid man picture keeping the wine corks of bottles enjoyed if you're eagle eyed. It's been a while since we have been to Carrabbas. We love to eat early before the dinner crowd and after the lunch crowd. We come into an empty restaurant with only one other table of patrons. It's a minute or two before someone comes to seat us, we felt ignored since we came in by the bar and the bartender nodded his head at us! But we stood at the hostess stand for a while before someone came out to seat us. After being seated service was good, it just took a while to get our food and drink refills, a few more tables began to arrive but there appears to be only one server. We ordered fried calamari and zucchini frites for appetizers. Both were battered light and fried crunchy. I really like the calamari but didn't really like the zucchini frites. I know that it should be skinny slices of zucchini, but it was so small I think it took away the flavor of the zucchini and all I really tasted was the batter. Both were seasoned well and the two dipping sauces accompanying the dishes was yummy. One was marinara with big chunks of tomato and the other was roasted garlic aioli. For entrees my husband got his favorite spaghetti with meatballs and I got the new Johnny trio which included Chicken Bryan, Tuscan Grilled Sirloin Marsala, and Mezzaluna. All three were delicious and very tasty, I could taste the grill on the chicken and the steak. Finally, for dessert we tried the cannoli cake for two-Vanilla cake with layers of cannoli filling, pistachios, and chocolate sauce with a chocolate chip crust. It was delicious and a perfect ending to a great meal. There are so many Italian places to choose from, I'll definitely keep this place in the loop! Just a little rundown. Maybe it needs better upkeep or remodeling. As for the food, it was a little disappointing. My husband had the 7oz sirloin with mashed potatoes and penne pasta. Pasta was cooked perfectly. Potatoes were watery and over seasoned with salt and pepper. The steak itself looked like it was boiled and the grill was not hot enough. Only one sear mark. :/ I had the Fettuccini Carraba. Noodles stuck together. Really thinned out alfredo. It was a huge portion. First time trying Carabbas! I grew up to them back home but never went. I was always an Olive Garden eater. Well, bye bye Olive Garden! Greeted by hostess and the restaurant is cute. We went right when they opened at 4pm for my boyfriends birthday dinner. I have a garlic allergy so the waiter was very understanding and told me what I can and can't eat.
