This is the third time that I have been to this Chilis. The service has been consistently excellent. We are seated quickly, had our orders taken and the food out in a good time. The fries and salad are great, I liked the Smash burger quite a bit. read more

I have to start by saying, this experience was so bad at Chilis that myself and my friends will probably never return. Our visit started fine, we had called ahead for a party of 7 and a high chair and when we arrived the host assured us it was being set up. After a few minutes, we were brought to our table and everything seemed fine. This is the point where everything started to go wrong. Our server was pretty rude and short with us, although 5 out of the 7 of us work in the restaurant industry and did absolutely nothing to warrant this reaction from our server. My friend had politely mentioned that there was a lipstick stain on her glass, to which our server responded, "Yeah, our dishwasher is broken so they're probably all going to be like that..." Gross!!! 3 of my friends had ordered Margaritas which had never arrived, and when that was brought to our servers attention she said, "Oh they're probably still at the bar, I guess I'll go check." Wow. Food was fine, it's Chilis so nothing special. We ended up being charged wrong for the drinks and various other stuff. Our server never came back so my friend had to go to the server station himself and grab a box for his food. Eventually, when we were able to flag someone down our server came back and reluctantly helped fix our checks. This experience definitely has soured my vibe of Chilis and we won't be back. read more

Believe it or not, Chili's is a hard chain restaurant to find that actually has consistent food every single time. One Chili's you find 3 miles away can be good one day and then the next day you go it tastes burnt, cold, or you're missing something that they don't have. This Charleston location is the most consistent Chili's I've ever visited. For the short and sweet, if you want consistently good Chili's, come to this location and you will get good food, good service, and good management. Make sure you sign up for Chili's rewards and get a free drink or chips and salsa. As soon as you step inside, you will notice that Chili's is actually clean! You don't see anything that would look dirty or misplaced, and you will be greeted by a nice host who will either sit you down wherever you want or put you on a waitlist. When you are seated, one of the many nice and patient servers will come and take your order and answer your questions or weird requests. I cannot express how nice it is to always have a genuinely nice server. Even when it is super busy and you wait a bit, they will tell you they'll get to you when they can. For our beverages, we ordered mango iced tea. Fun fact, their fruity syrups are Monin! Monin syrup is fantastic, very fruity flavor and crisp, unlike Tonari syrup. For the food itself, it is good for what you expect. You come to Chili's for some Texas Cheese Fries, or the Chicken Fajitas. Personally I would recommend their Honey Chipotle Ribs, which they do really well. One bite of the meat and the whole chunk comes off the rib clean. The ribs are juicy and soft, with the honey chipotle sauce. DO NOT order the dry-rub ribs, you will regret it, just don't. The value aspect of Chili's is also good, especially if you order the 2 for $25. For the appetizer, we ordered a ceasar salad and a citrus vinegarette salad, which were fresh and tasty. As for the main entree's, we got the Chicken Fajitas and a Just Bacon burger with roasted jalapenos. The chicken fajitas were excellent, as the chicken was moist and juicy, with a bit of char. The onions and peppers underneath were all cooked through and flavorful. I have no idea what Chili's puts in the Mexican rice but it is always tasty. The just bacon burger itself is just fine, especially if you like bacon. If you like spicy foods though, do your future self a favor and add roasted jalapenos. I don't know if they roast them at the restaurant or in a factory but I will eat them either way. The roasted jalapenos add a spicy kick to the burger itself and enhances it into another level. Finally, for dessert we had the cookie skillet with vanilla ice cream. The cookie itself is crispy along the edges and gooey in the middle. The vanilla ice cream melts perfectly into the cookie and creates this delicious, gooey morsel. For anybody curious about what brand the ice cream is for some reason, I'm willing to bet it's Blue Bunny. Payment is super easy if you're paying with card, as you can just use the Ziosk your table to just pay and get out of there when you're done. Overall, come here to relax, have kind and good service, and consistently good food for what you pay for. read more

Such a great local Chilis. Bartenders are always nice - Noah is the absolute best in the business. Always friendly, always in a good mood, always has his regulars. Very quick and attentive service. Best part is that he always has the right sports on the TV. Some bartenders don't care about sports and have awful shows during prime sports time. Not Noah, he's got the best games on the TV and plays for the sound for them. Appetizers are always good, but we got the Ancho Salmon and the Shrimp Fajitas last night and they were both amazing. Always ice cold beer and the ambiance is never too busy but busy enough for there to be a buzz. Clean bathrooms and plenty of parking. Right next to a car wash, so you can drop off your car and come have some food and drinks while you wait for your car. Always blasting the AC during summer which is a bonus. read more

Ok, you don't go to Chili's for a gourmet meal but instead maybe standard southwest cuisine. Download their app to easily get on the waitlist ahead of time and join their rewards program which affords you a complimentary non-alcoholic beverage or chips and salsa on every visit as long as you stay a "regular" (visit at least every 60 days). COVID protocols were being followed with masks, sanitizer, and spaced out tables. Service was attentive and genuinely friendly. The two for $25 deal is a good one. One appetizer, two entrees, and one dessert for $25 all selected from a limited list of options. Definitely try the chips and salsa. Warm and crispy chips with a tasty and slightly zesty salsa. An unpublished secret - they will offer complimentary refills of both if you want more. For an entree I selected my usual grilled chicken fajita platter. A large platter of sizzling chicken and assorted toppings including guacamole on request and corn or flour tortillas. This dish never lets me down. Delicious tender chicken and fresh and tasty toppings. Dessert? Go for the "cowboy cookie." A warm and yummy chocolate chip cookie in a skillet with ice cream. Indulgent and consistently good. The volcano lava cake is another good choice but is not offered on the two for $25 offer. You can expect a decent and solid meal at Chili's, and it is always pretty consistent and good. Can't believe I've never did this for this place..... Well let's start by saying my wife & I dine here frequently. Like at least 4 to 5 times a month if not more, not cause the food is awesome, but because this specific location is like family to us. Been coming to this place for many years now and I believe I have more say so than anyone out there and when I say Vanessa, Noah and the rest of the team are the best when it comes to customer service. They not only always check up on us, they know exactly what I'm going to order each time every time. The food is always cooked the way I like it, my drinks are always prepared correctly with no spillage and that means a lot to me. Tables are always clean, humans are always moving, and everyone there has a smile on their face. That means a lot in work place, shows the management skills here are just downright impressive. No one looks over worked, they all communicate with each other the way every business should be ran and I think a lot of places can learn a lot from them. No it's not the fanciest place in the world, but it's the only place where you can come and they will treat you just like they know you or even better. Now that's an establishment I can enjoy sharing my funds with. Friday night. Not too busy, but we were seated in the bar and the bartender was our waitress. She was super nice, but way too busy to effectively handle our table. We did 2 2 for $25 meals. Chips & guacamole, 2 salads, 2 steaks, 1 chicken fajitas, 1 chicken pasta, 1 margarita, 1 beer, 1 Dr. Pepper. We got chips and salsa and when we asked about the guac we were told "oh that comes out later. It's weird." About 10 minutes later we got the guacamole. About 10 minutes after that we got salads. Caesar salad was served on a dirty plate. Literally. Smears of ketchup on the damn plate. Garden salad was 6 pieces of spinach, and yellow iceberg lettuce Core pieces. Sad salad. Entrees were served about 20 minutes later. After the dirty plate, I couldn't eat mine, but the rest of our party enjoyed their meals. At the end of dinner the manager came out and apologized for the mistake, hence the 2 star instead of 1 star review. When we walked in, the hostess was on her phone and didn't acknowledge us for a solid five minutes. She finally looked up, asked how many, and handed us menus--then pointed us toward a booth by the bar without walking us over. A friend and I came here for lunch after a meeting. We were seated quickly by the host, on a high top. We were greeted by the waitress who was pleasant throughout the day. She was helpful to my friend who is a picky eater. Her suggestions were helpful so he could make a decision. I went with my go to chicken sandwhich. It was bigger than what I thought it would be, piping hot with French fries. It had like a French mustard sauce which was on the side. I'm not a big mustard fan, but this wasn't bad. The mustard wasn't overbearing. My friend had some basic quesadillas that he said was good. One fun fact, we got to see maybe the sign of the times. A robot runner ran some food to a table by us. Bit of a trip. Its a bit sad, since what is it that we put our own order in on a tablet on the table and a robot brings the food? The decor is ok, it just seems they need to touch up on the small things. The restroom wall was nasty and could use a good cleaning. We came here for lunch with my in laws. We got the appetizer platter which included 2 burger sliders. We asked for no onion on the sliders. When we received them they had onions. We asked our waitress(who was great by the way) to return and remake without onions. When they returned they were burnt all the way through as well as the little buns. They had scraped off the onions and cooked the same food again. How lazy and pathetic is that when they have raised their prices across the menu and serve garbage to their customers. The manager took it off the bill and offered to make it again but by that point my whole family was done eating. They have a lunch menu that includes a soup or salad plus and entree all for $8. I got the Lunch Combo - Bacon Avocado Grilled Chicken Sandwich and chili. It was delicious! I was shocked how moist the chicken was. One the best chicken I've ever had. We seasoned perfectly. I can't wait to go back! My boyfriend got the Lunch Combo - Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas and a Caesar salad. He said it was really good as well. For a quick lunch at a decent price this is definitely a nice spot. My boyfriend and I went to Chili's on Charleston and had a great experience. Our server was one of the nicest ladies I have ever met. She made sure we were taken care of even if we came in close to their closing time. We both did the 3 for $10 which includes a drink, appetizer, and entree. I got the side salad withe cajun chicken pasta both were good. My bf got the chips and salsa and the crispy honey chicken. Our bill came out to $20 and we had so much food. I will say that this incident was so bad that my friends and I that dined and would probably never go back. The service was horrible, and the management at this location is horrific, and their actions are shady and should be followed up by corporate. It's taken me a little bit to write this review. The entire party I was with was all in the restaurant industry, so they wanted to help the staff at Chilis. We arrived and waited at the front until they set our table up. We sat down and waited for our server to come over. This is where we should have gotten up and left. She was rude and abrupt with us from the beginning, making it seem like we were a bother. We ordered our drinks, three ordered margaritas, and the rest ordered soda or water. One of my friend's water glasses had a lipstick stain on it, and she brought it up to the server and asked if she could have another one. The server responded that the dishwasher was broken, so most of the glassware would be like that. First of all, that is not a reason that should be given and doesn't make the guests feel confident that the dining establishment is clean or up to the standards of being able to stay open. We got our appetizers, and those who ordered margaritas still hadn't received them, which was brought up to our server, who said, "Oh, they're probably still at the bar. I guess I'll go check." Again, are we bothering you?! We didn't even drink them because they were too watered down once they got to us. The food was average, we were all charged wrong, and we had to get up and look for our server as we waited for her to come, and she never did. My other friend had to go behind the server station to get his to-go box that we asked for and never got. She came back and, despite her wanting to fix our bill. But here is where I have a big issue. After we left after this ordeal, I realized I had left my bank envelope of money. It had a LARGE amount of money. I only pulled out to pay the bill, but amid all the waiting and drama, I left it on the table. My fault for leaving something behind like that, but when I realized that and went in and asked about it, I was told they didn't have it. I knew it was there because we were just there, and I had it. Anyways, I went back a few times, called a bunch of times, and was given the runaround. I had one of my friends who was dining with me even go in with me. After many attempts, I got a phone call from one of the female managers saying they found it and I could pick it up. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a male manager who handed me my envelope. I counted it in front of him and found that it was $400 short. I brought it to his attention and again was given the runaround and was told it was all there. I asked for corporate and was told by the manager they didn't know the number or point of contact. I was upset and called my two friends who were dining with me the night of dining. The came in and asked for the corporate number and the server we had and were told but the manager that he didn't know either. We looked online and found a number and reached out to only be forwarded to this location. I called a bunch of times and haven't received a phone call back. This money was being used for my surgery. The lack of empathy and how easily they could say they didn't have it to have it and giving back to me $400 short is shocking, and not getting any response is even worse. I had a craving for the honey chipotle chicken crispers from chili's so I took my fiancé here for the first time (freshly moved here from Europe) for a first impression. We ordered quite a bit so we could take some home. Our server was kind enough to explain that signing up for the loyalty program would give us free chips and salsa at every visit! We ordered: Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers with fries and mashed potatoes - 10/10 and the mashed potatoes were ridiculously good Brisket Quesadillas - not our thing Nachos with chicken - 7/10 needed salsa for sure and guac was extra :( Chips and salsa - amazing per usual Caesar side salad - just skip it and get a soup instead Overall a great experience and service was fast! read more

This is my favorite Chili's in the Vegas valley. I come here because my favorite waitress is always there. ToNi makes me and my husband feel extremely comfortable. She knows her job like the back of her hand. You can tell she's a Chili's veteran through her customer service. She knows what we love to drink and she knows exactly what we like to eat. There are times that will venture off our normal menu item and she will always steer us in the right direction. Thank you, ToNi. Last week a colleague asked why chilies was my favorite after hearing that me and the husband are there three days a week. I simply said because of ToNi. Great Chili's! We came here on a Saturday night and decided to take seats at the bar to avoid the wait. All the staff were incredibly nice and we had quick service throughout dinner. The bartender was our server at the bar counter in addition to him waiting on tables in the bar area and making the drinks for the restaurant waitstaff. Dispute how busy he was, he was very attentive and very nice! We started with white queso chip and salsa. I've been craving the chips and salsa and they did not disappoint! Thin, crispy and salty! We split the Buffalo chicken sandwich which was tasty! Great fries. Ranch for my side salad was a little watered down. We had some margs that were sweetened with Monin syrups that we enjoyed. Overall solid chili's experience. My fiancé was pleasantly surprised how great it was for his first time. The only negative was a male manager rudely corrected an Employee for "free pouring" right in front of us (and entire bar) at the beginning of our service. I've been a manager for 15 years and worked on the restaurant business for 20. It's just not how you should speak to any employee. It does not foster"buying in". It's not the leadership that employees to thrive in. That manager seemed to be sort of grumpy the whole night as he walked around, but everyone else was fantastic and didn't let him get them down.
