Ordered a Old-Tmer with cheese and bacon through Doordash. First off, they use turkey bacon or fakon, as I call it. While I realize this is common practice in the fast food industry, I expect real pork bacon from a restaurant. The burger was about as bland as it could be, and if they used any seasoning, I couldn't taste it. Two stars because the fries were good, but that's about it. read more

Proof that if you just do what you are supposed to do, and do it consistently you can win. We came in on a Wednesday for a quick lunch. They were on top of everything: drink refills, chips and salsa came out QUICK. My carne asada lunch dish was cooked perfectly medium rare, crust on the outside. Very impressed. Fabulous meal and service! There were 4 of us that sat at a booth in the bar. Experienced bar tender was our server and he was so nice and attentive Everyone loved their meals. I do Pick Up when I can. You now have to verbally ask your window server for a straw and utensils even though you check the online ordering box requesting a straw and utensils. More than a few times I have drove away with no utensils and being on the road allot, this quite frankly SUCKS. Just wish they would have told me this information awhile ago to save me frustration during my dinner. I had to call to ask why this keeps happening. The lady just said to verify with the window server when they deliver my food. I suggest opening the double knotted bag before you leave. Also - DO NOT - I repeat DO NOT order a side salad To Go. They charge the exact same $$$ when sitting in the restaurant but you're getting a handfuls worth. AND, it sits on top of your warm food so the lettuce turns warm and soggy. I'm a huge fan of this Chili's location. I've been coming here off and on for the past what, 16 years and have had good and bad experiences. However, the past couple of years have been the best. The 'new' menu is great. I like the simplicity of the menu and the quality of the food. The burgers are by far my favorite items on the menu. I've had a different burger my last few visits and really enjoy the preparation and quality of the meat. Our latest trip, I ended up getting the 'Just Bacon' burger. This burger is on the 3 for $10 menu, which is a great way to have a balanced meal at an unbeatable price! My burger was cooked perfectly (medium rare). The onion petals are delicately delicious. Same trip, I ordered a bowl of chili, which is a bit too salty for my taste (and I like salt!). Other than the salt, the chili had good flavor and a lot of meat. My daughter ordered the same burger on that trip and loved it. She tried the Chicken Enchilada Soup and can't wait to get it again! Why I can't give this location 5 stars -The service is hit and miss. Most of the time, our server is appropriately attentive, but occasionally we get a server that seems annoyed by their job and doesn't offer service with a smile. -The pickles are SO SALTY! We LOVE pickles, especially fried pickles. Naturally these would be our go-to. However, the salt content in the Chili's pickles and fried pickles is unbearable. Chili's is a place for me that brings back a lot of memories from when I was very very young. The flavors and portions of the food was fantastic! The time was also a very short wait as well so it was really appreciated! The server wasn't the most attentive to us however they were dealing with a very high maintenance so it is understandable. The TVs also took away from the experience slightly although overall it was a very good experience! I haven't been able to Yelp recently but this food was so satisfying I knew I needed to write one. read more

We came to this location for the first time in over a decade and I'm thrilled to report that the food and service are just as awesome as we remember from back in the day. Andrea was a fabulous server. Food was delicious, though I've never recommended the burgers at Chilis. More so everything else. Only negatives are less than ideal cleanliness, and they discontinued the original chicken crispers. So sad. We will be back though. read more

Best Chili"s ever!! My car club and me decided to find a place to eat after our photo shoot(10-23). It was late so was unsure on where to go and found this Chili's that was still open. We arrived at 1030ish I believed they closed at 11. I believe it was the manager who informed it was no problem to come in he held the door for us and greeted everyone with a friendly disposition. We were seated being safe they practiced social distancing. We ordered our food the waiter was fantastic I didn't get his name . Food came quickly and was very much appreciated we were hungry. We went to Chili's last night (Saturday night) after a soccer tourney. The place was packed and we had two very hungry kids and 3 adults. We were sat quickly. Our server approached us quickly and the drinks we ordered (including much needed beers) were at our table what seemed like instantly. Same with our appetizers. Next our kid's food was delivered as soon as it was ready. Without even having to ask to bring the kids food first, they did it. All of our meals were delicious, hot, all the things. We were all impressed with the amazing service we received in a packed restaurant. I wish I'd gotten our server's name, but our receipt says we were at table 41 on 12/9. He was top notch! Today, I ordered from the take-out section of the restaurant. I was helped by Justin. Justin gave exceptional customer service, I was throughly impressed. When I asked him if I could sub out my flour tortillas for corn ones, he asked me, "are you gluten free?" I then told him I was. His next question came as a shock because I don't often hear this from restaurant staff, he asked, "is it an intolerance or do you have celiacs?" I proceeded to tell him that I do have celiacs and was surprised he asked / made mention of it. He let me know one of his family members has it as well, so he is familiar. His attention to detail was exquisite. Not only did he write the allergy on the ticket, he went to the kitchen to make sure to verbalize my modifications to them as well due to my allergy. He asked all of the right questions to ensure quality service and safety for my severe allergies. After he brought my order out to me, he saw me going through the bag to make sure I had everything I needed. He came back up to me and asked, "is everything there?" This man needs a raise! He was kind, inquisitive and his attention to detail is outstanding! Justin, thank you for making me feel seen and taken care of when this is more of a rarity in the food service industry. Went in for lunch on Tuesday the 6th. Love their chips n salsa! I have never ordered a hamburger before, so I did.. asked for a single waitress said its a double. I said then put the other patty on the plate and I will eat it. Please make the hamburger patty well done.. no onions...I will have asparagus in place of fries..yes you guessed it, hamburger patty came very pink in the middle and only one. Onions were on the hamburger ( I just picked them off ) the asparagus didnt look appetizing so I didnt touch it.. the flavor of the hamburger was very tasteful, pleasing to my tastebuds. Well guys, I was super thankful this week was over and was in need of a margarita. I got a promo email this morning for free chips and queso and who am I to pass that up?! Usually can't go wrong... but tonight, it went way wrong. Our chips were burned, queso was also over cooked, and the margaritas came out tasting like juice. Not the best start. We order dinner and I asked for more chips hoping for a better result. Boy oh boy, imagine my surprise when not only are they burned but we had our very own excavation site and we dug out a gigantic chunk of salt. My salad came with what seemed like more bad pieces than good so I started a lettuce graveyard in my chip basket. The soup did not taste like what I remembered and basically seemd like a bowl of frozen chicken. The fajitas which are typically a staple at our table were poor at best. Steak over cooked, shrimp on par with a boxed frozen shrimp zero grill marks from a cook top, and the chicken may as well have been microwaved. This place got a facelift since the last time we were in. It looked updated and clean our server was friendly but the food standards definitely took a hit. Not that it was ever the best meal it town but it was predictable with decent margaritas. The hardest thing about dining out is that it's expensive no matter where you go and if you're paying money in a restaurant the food shouldn't be brought out unless it's right. Bottom line the burned food and bad lettuce were inexcusable. read more

I didn't give 5 stars because the following evening I ordered a to go order and it was incorrect and I had already gone back to the hotel. When we arrive we requested to sit by a window, we were blessed to be able to be served appropriately. Our waiter's name was Logan. He was on top of all our needs and treating us as if we were the only customers in the whole restaurant. Logan knew the menu very well. The food was amazing. However I will say, the chili was salty and so was the enchilada soup. I think that was based on the tortilla chips and cheese. I had a gift card so it was nice to save some money after buying mountains of diapers. This time I ordered the Chicken Fajita Quesadilla. What do you think Chili's means by "fajita"? Mostly, the tex-mex restaurants have let us down. So it's odd to report that The Wife has declared the fajitas here to be the best she's had on the West Coast, and after trying them a few nights ago myself, I have to agree. We also both love the rice and black beans that come with. I was already addicted to the nachos here from years past - they are really quite different than anywhere else, and very tasty. I ordered the Chicken & Green Chili Soup with with rice, green chiles and tomatoes. It came with cilantro and avocado on top and was quite pleasantly surprised with how good it was & only 200 calories???. My daughter had the Quesadilla Explosion Salad that was really yummy. I think the trick to getting good service is to sit in the bar area even if you aren't drinking adult beverages. I guess it does keep getting better as the saying goes. Recently remodeled store, though the exterior color scheme now vaguely resembles BJs, which oddly enough, is due to open a few miles up 580 near the new Target at Fallon Road. Anyway. Not a fan. A number of the walls are down, and the rows of booths parallel to the kitchen on the right (as you walk in) are now open tables "floating" in the center of the floor. Which is fine, but I feel somewhat like an animal at the zoo in such settings. They still have some booths, but apparently a party of five (not to be confused with Party of Five) are often relegated to this area. Can't hate the player for the decor, but the service wasn't super-duper, either. Three of us were here and ready to graze on some chips and salsa (graze, geez... another zoo implication) with a tasty beverage, but the server didn't appear until the other two folks arrived. Refills weren't too speedy either, and not like I was downing my soda with the same fervor of a few years back (our table decided to test a Planet Hollywood's "unlimited refills" speed... 45 second to 1:15, by the by -- impressive). Here, less impressive. Finally surrendered and ended up drinking the last of a clear, non-carbonated, non-flavored complimentary beverage I stole from another at our table.
