Not a huge fan of Chili's but was looking for a quick bite to eat and a drink, very pleasantly surprised. Very clean and great service, if I had any issues or didn't like something they were quick to make sure I left happy. The only truly good determination of a good wait staff is how long you have to wait for a refill, I never had to wave someone down I was always full when needed. I very rarely write reviews but my experience was the worst. If I could give no stars I would. Will not Ever go back. Took my 4 yr old granddaughter for lunch today. We were seated quickly and the restaurant was not busy. Then we were ignored for 20 mins while servers swept the floor walked by us etc. finally asked someone if we could order and she responded immediately but she was drooling I'll, nose running sneezing putting her T-shirt over her nose while she took our order. My soup came immediately before she had time to get to the kitchen and was crusted over and probably some one else's. My granddaughters food came out about 15 mins later and then my plate came 5 mins later but was not what I ordered, waited another 20 mins until the manager came by to ask us was everything going ok . I informed him I'd jet him know if I ever got my meal. He apologized and came back with my meal informing us that our server went home sick . Great I'm leaving on vaca in 6 days . I was very disappointed with the food that i received on my last visit. The menu had changed for the worse and the food was more expensive. The wait was long and the service poor. Went here last weekend with a group of friends and it was a nightmare. The host was very rude we waited 30 minutes for a table when someone that walked in after us got a table right away. Talked to the manager about it and she did nothing and was rude. We then get seated and get absolutely no service for another 15 minutes so we talk to the manager yet again and of course she did nothing. We left and ate somwhere else after wasting a good 45 minutes for nothing. We usually love chilis food but after that experience we wont be going back. read more

I went to Chilli's for the first time ever with my friend on a Friday night & I have to say I had the worst expierence ever. First we got seated, as we get seated the table and bench are completley soaked in water after being cleaned. My friend & I order our food, waited approx 25/30 min for the food to arrive, our waitress only put in our order for 1 when she specifically asked me what me & my friend had ordered. All i can say is this resteraunt & Customer Services sucks. Not to mention the food was cold as well. Ask my opinion, well you already know in what i just described above. Stay away. read more

Went to dinner here last night and all I can say is bad service.... They need to train better staff or get more of it. But when I went there was only 4 tables in the bar area and a man at the bar and still got horrible service. I saw my waitress 3 times the entire time. Once for my drink order once to take the order and drop off my drink, and the last time was to pay. Someone else even brought out my food. By the time she came back all I did was pay. Very friendly! I was waiting on my To go order and every employee walking by me asked if I've been helped ! I even thought it was above beyond when a cook that was clock out for the day even ask me if he could help me! The last 3 times I've come to this particular chili's it has either been very lightly staffed or they have no idea what they are doing. We walked in today at 1 30 for lunch thinking by sitting in the bar area might be quicker. Every single table was dirty. The surrounding bar was very busy and there was only one sever which looked to be the bartender as well. The hostess wiped down a table for us but no one ever came to help. People were needing refills and there just clearly wasn't enough staff. We decided to sit on the other side and the hostess said it was basically the same situation on that said as well. There are a few times in life when service is so slow and mishandled that you wonder how a restaurant is able to stay in business. The staff was nice enough in the to go area, but there was not one of the 5 orders that I witnessed or observed that was out on time and 3 of 5 had to back, 2 of the 5 had to return to the restaurant after they returned home. Why have a to go curbside if you cannot get it right, on time and accurate. This is not the first time the curbside has let us down. It is a regular occurrence. Call you say? We have tried, but rarely ever have the phone answered. You, Chilies, should expect decreased patronage due to the ineffective of your internal processes. As I stated the staff was kind enough, but overall the experiences I have had I the to go curbside have dismal. I'm home now the second time, an hour after our meals were due to be done and ready for pick up at the to go curbside. I really doubt my cold food will entice me to write anything nicer than has already been written. read more

I always get good food and service, which is usually standard for Chili's, especially with kids. But they went above and beyond when my husband forgot his expensive sunglasses at our table 2 days ago. We couldn't find them anywhere in n our house, but remembered that they might be at Chili's. We called them this morning and low and behold...they had them there and held onto them until we got there! You don't see that honesty and trustworthiness in people nowadays!! Lord, I just have to update this review, it was that good! (sarcasm...) Anyways, so I came here with some family. We were seated promptly during lunch hour. Then, it all went downhill from there. Server was extremely un-attentive and gone for long periods at a time. Mind you, they really weren't that busy. Was bad filling up drinks, never asked if we needed anything. What is up with that? Come on now! Then, our orders come, and he tries to give me something I never even ordered, a guacamole burger..I had ordered the mini burgers.. But, wait, it gets better yelp friends! We always like chili's, been going there for years. This time the service was very slow and the server was worse. When we were all done eating I mistakenly desided to give my credit card to the server who seem nervous. He took it , I signed, and we left. Thinking not to come back for awhile. That following Sat. my card was used online at footlocker at 2:09 AM. The bank called me and informed me charges didn't go through. Watch yourself at chili's untrustworthy employees. I hate this location. The hostesses are always young & senseless. They lack respect & knowledge of how things work apparently. We checked in for a table & they ended up giving our table away as they were trying to seat us because some moron took it upon himself to sit the people who came in 15 minutes after us in that spot without consulting the other hostess first. I would give a negative 10 stars if that was possible. Our waitress never checked up on our table while we waited over 45 minutes for our food. We had to call her over twice. Our food arrives with shrimp on it. I am highly allergic to shrimp. The waitress leaves the shrimp in front of me to go do who knows what. She finally reruns to take the shrimp away. We say we want to leave. The manager shows up. Offers to take my dinner and drink off the bill. She runs our card and proceeds to charge us for my drink and dinner any way. We have to wait another 15 minutes for an act of God to happen to fix this. I personally think they should have given everything at no charge at that point. What a shit show. I work hard. I'm giving this business a 1 because my parents arrived here last week at 4:30, did not get serviced until 6 pm. That same night my girlfriend and I decided to give it a try, was told a 45 minute wait on a Saturday, which is completely understandable, so we decided not to wait, only to get a text message less than 10 minutes after we left, terrible terrible service. Last night we went there, place was not as busy but service was really slow. We had to remind our server about 1 person missing their drink, only to get served cold chicken. Second time in a row now I have ordered to-go from this chilis. Both times now I have come home to find out that items I paid extra for didn't make it in the bag. I call to complain and spoke with people. I was missing 3 items, and the second woman told me that she only saw one on the ticket. So not only did I pay for these items and not get them, now I'm being told that I never paid for them when they are printed clearly on the receipt. Our family loves going to eat at Chili's. We were so happy when they came to Lodi. We are always greeted with a smile and the waitress are so friendly. We did have a few problems when they first opened but now its all good. We never have to wait very long for seating. The chips and salsa are the best in town. The food is always hot and fresh. My only complaint is sometimes the portions are small, but it's still always enough to fill you up. Other than that it's great ! We will continue to eat there:) read more

So this was the worst service my family and I have received ever at the Lodi chili's grandees went went on prom night (5/19/18) but still worst time ever. First off we waited 25-30 minutes to be seated to ordering refills on drinks we never received we were already done eating and ready to cash out and go home when the server comes over to ask how everything was we had to let her know to cancel the last two beers we ordered and don't get me wrong they took them off the tab but still we ate without drinks and very disappointed our server was extremely busy but still very friendly and full of pep they should have given her a little bit more help that night honestly she made it a little bit more enjoyable but food and drink wise we were very unsatisfied it took a lot not it to call the store and be one of those customers but I'll yelp it they got one star if they had stars for the server that's where I give my stars too Aubrey deserves the stars not chili's she had awesome customer service and was very apologetic for any inconvenience rant over read more

What I love about Chilis is that no matter what time of day I go the service is always great. It is a very family friendly place and still a great place for adult gatherings too. The food is always fantastic. I can find something for each one of my picky kids. Chilis is not overpriced like some other restaurants. My favorite is their house margarita. It is the bomb!!
