Today we went to chilis and we are well aware of the wait times sometimes when they're short staffed. Today was one of those days when they were short on help but they did a great job and all our food came out fast and fresh. The waitresses were on it today. Probably one of the best meals we've ever had here as well. The place was packed and everything went smoothly. We had two different triple dippers and an ultimate smokehouse combo and everything was great. Two thumbs up from me. Be back someday hoping for service like today! read more

December 12th,2024, I was too lazy to drive to Applebee's, which isn't much better, but better than this place, in Los Lunas, NM, damn it gets worse every time I try it. Terrible service, I ordered fajitas they were slopped on the plate, they put the tortillas in the microwave, and we all know what happens when you microwave tortillas, they get unchewable. Just want to say that our governor is trying to make dining out the most unenjoyable experience as possible during COVID-19. On a Friday night we had about a 30 min wait. We had to wait outside or at vehicle. So I went to curbside pickup and ask if we could have a chip and salsa while we are tailgating. They were happy to do so and it a ty made it sort of fun. Everything started off good, but after we got our drinks it took 20 minutes to order our food. It wasn't busy, at all. Our food came out before the appetizer, but even at that my food was missing. It took an extra 20 minutes to get my chicken sandwich. When they bought my sandwich i asked for some boxes (because everyone was done eating) and where our appetizer was. It took an additional 15 minutes to get both the boxes and our appetizer. Our server was nice but she never came to check on us or refill our empty cups. I had to get up and ask for our ticket. Our server told us that there was a new person on the fryer and thats why everything was late, and she was going to get our appetizer taken off. She bought our ticket and all we got was a senior discount for the appetizer. We came to celebrate a birthday but after how terrible everything was we didn't want to order anything anymore. I witnessed a table wait 25 minutes just to order, and when they asked to order the waitress told them "hold on let me go get the person Im training" I myself am a waitress (thats why i keep track of how long things take) in a very busy restaurant and regardless of how busy I am i always make sure to check on my people. Service was great. But the food was absolutely horrible. We had the 3 choice combo fajitas. We chose steak, shrimp, and chicken. We also ordered a side of asparagus and French fries. The fries were cold and the asparagus was swimming in oil and tasted like salmon. The steak was like cube steak and had no flavor at all. The rice was burnt. The chicken was mushy. The shrimp was okay. The cheese was crunchy from sitting out too long. My husband and I are both fighting an upset stomach. I've never had a worse meal in any restaurant before! This is an old review from 2+ years ago but my experience was so bad that since downloading this app I had to come and share my experience. I had gotten Buffalo wings and cooked into the breading was a fly. I obviously no longer had my appetite and instead of giving a refund which I asked for, they offered to recook my meal. Politely declined and still had my meal on my bill at the end, I didn't want to make a fuss so I paid it and left. Haven't been back to a Chili's since. I doubt anyone else has this same experience so don't let my review sway you but hopefully management will see this and make sure it doesn't happen to any other customers. read more

This is my 4th time going to Chili's in Los Lunas since I moved to town November 2018, and it is absolutely horrible! This afternoon around 2:45pm on 1/1. Took about 5 minutes for hostess to greet us, and she said there was going to be a "wait". I asked how long the wait would be. Her response, "I don't know. Our servers need to catch up." What kind of response and service is this? The last time was about two weeks prior, but it took 20 minutes to get my margarita. I swore I would never go back, but I was gifted a gift card for the holidays and wanted to use it today. This establishment is the worst restaurant in town. Either the manager needs retraining or fully staff the place. Update: I received a "response" - more like a generic copy and paste response, and the url from Chili's doesn't work! My husband and I went out for a nice dinner. We ordered 2 Santa Fe grilled chicken salads. The waitress who greeted us and took care of us throughout our meal Jessica D was amazing.. I'm sure before too long she will be serving in fine dining. As a matter of fact she was training and the woman that was training her was also equally as incredible. Unfortunately when I bit into my salad I felt something hard and sharp and it hurt. Jessica are waitress came over and asked what was wrong and I showed her and put the piece on the napkin and she was so sorry and immediately went to get the manager. The manager Anthony was totally unprofessional the unprofessional how he approached us was unprofessional. My husband and I told him and showed him what I had bit into and told him what had happened. He was unapologetic. He actually tried to identify the foreign substance.. That did not help the situation.. He tried to convince me that it was edible and he was happy that at least it was edible.. I told him that I didn't think it was edible as when I bit down on it it hurt. I was glad I didn't break a tooth and when I told him that he stopped talking and offered to comp the salad that I could not eat. He repeatedly stated he was happy to report that it was a food object and again I reiterated that I was glad I did not break my tooth he took the item wadded it up and walked away. I don't think there will be a return visit with this kind of service. He merely compt a salad I could not eat and seemed to think it was a good shift since no one broke a tooth. read more

The service was actually horrible. The man with the curly hair, big pecs, and tight, gray shirt, was so bad. He seemed out of it, maybe he was on drugs?? His eyes were red and he was awkward and slow. We received everything we ordered, except two fries and a side of avocado. He kept saying he had it right up and lied about that. Three times we had to remind him to get our food and he kept saying that he "had it right over here".. he lied and went immediately to waiter the other people. He seemed not all there, sorry, but he was being honestly annoying because we were waiting for the avocado to eat with our food. We found out when we paid that he didn't even add fries on to our order and instead of adding avocados, he gave us broccoli with an order and we didn't even know. If he had told us from the start, we would've been okay with it and just ordered it, but he lied, and because he lied, we missed our movie at the starlight cinema. We were furious. The kids were sad because we missed the movie waiting on the fries that weren't even there in the first place. Horrible, horrible service. We were patient, and for that, we missed the movie and were lied to. We got mad after we were too late to watch the movie, so we just ordered to-go plates, whilst having barely pecked our food, waiting for our sides. Please set this man right!!!! Let me preface my review with a disclaimer: I understand how difficult food service can be. With that in mind, I can't believe how awful the service is at this location. I ordered a meal to go and when I arrived to pick up my order, I waited (not kidding) 20 minutes until anyone even acknowledged I was there. When I was finally greeted to pick up my order, I was quickly pushed aside by the employee so he could help customers that ordered more food than I did. Chili's is my wife's favorite restaurant. We eat here regularly and most of the time we are very happy with the service and always happy with the food! We go there to meet a friend, otherwise avoid Chili's in general. The staff has always been friendly and the food adequate, except for the absurdly high sodium content. But this last visit was probably the straw that broke the camel's back. What is it with these little computer things? Waitresses can't bother taking your order or checking if you need a drink refill. You have to tell the little thing on the table. The absolute last straw was when our friend was told she had to use this thing to pay with her credit card.
