My food was good and came out quick! Kendall at the bar was amazing. I stayed for a while, longer than most would to watch my two hockey games, and she was great the whole time. Perfect place to watch the hockey playoffs. I hope when I'm in town again I can come again.

Came here because we had a gift card. Very great food that is fairly priced. Even better service.

I should've learned the first time I ordered delivery from Chili's and barely got any food in the Fresh Mex Bowl. I remember getting salads in the restaurant and they were pretty big so I decided to order the Santa Fe Salad and there was barely anything to it, not even all of the ingredients it was supposed to have. Definitely not worth the money! Idk if they only skimp on delivery orders or what because every time I've ate in the restaurant I always got plenty of food in my order. I won't be ordering from there again and may never dine in either because of the ridiculous delivery orders I've received.

Thank you for the free dessert! The cookie platter is always a delight. I must admit Chili's has been a hit or miss recently, but this was a hit! Ginormous chips and salsa portions . Quick with my dessert coming out first per usual cause I'm a greedy little whore. And expertly seasoned shrimp. Fave restaurant since birf.

I'm in town to do photography for a track meet. We stopped here for dinner. It was at least 20 of us. We were seated very quickly and the waiters came around and took all of our orders quickly also. With it being 20 of us, I expected a long wait time but it wasn't. We got our food extremely quick and the food was VERY hot and fresh. I tried the triple dipper and it was SO GOOD. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Chili's for amazing food and service.

We stopped by around 5:00ish and we're immediately seated. Our server was prompt in getting out drinks and taking our order. Appetizer came out first (you'd be surprised how many restaurants get this wrong) and then after ample time to eat our appetizer the food arrives. Perfectly timed! Our burgers were huge, hot and well made. Fries hot and nicely seasoned. Both burgers were on point for taste and juiciness!! The pasta was reported as being hot, tasty and well flavored chicken. Could have been bigger in portion. Our server was on top of everything. This was a wonderful dining experience and we will be back!!

Absolutely horrible. Ordered a Medium steak, not only was it burnt, but the burnt char was as thick as my finger. The inside was WHITE. I thought it was some sick joke. I chewed it like bubblegum then spit the black char out. It was disgusting. I ordered online and picked it up myself in store, where one to-go person was on the phone for 10 minutes while 10 other workers just walk past all the people & doordashers waiting for their to-go's. Terrible experience and I've been going to Chili's my entire life as it's right by my house.

    My friends and I disapprove!

This experience was terrible! My waiter was very slow and I did't get one refill it was like she was ignoring my table. Also my friends cheese burgers didn't come with the cheese they asked for so when they took it back they just slapped a piece of cold cheese on it. Not toasted or anything. I rate this chilis a -2.

They were one of the best food items I ever had from a low key kinda place. We arrived later in the evening and it was not busy. We walked up to the bar and were greeted quickly. We were guided to sit at a table and gave our drink order. While we were waiting for our drinks. we browsed the menu. We were not hungry enough for meals so decided on some appetizers to munch on. We decided on the pretzel nuggets and boneless wings. While we were waiting for our food, we used the restrooms and people watched, even though there were not many other patrons. There were several tvs on playing sports. Our food arrived in a timely manner. We both agreed the pretzel nuggets were surprisingly delicious! The boneless wings were decent as well. We finished everything and were full. The prices were moderate and the restaurant appeared clean. It gives a dive bar kind of feel but there are so many tables and booths to dine at. The staff were friendly enough and efficient.

The lounge seating setup was a little unconventional, but the staff quickly accommodated us when I mentioned a concern, which I really appreciated. The service was outstanding. I wish I could remember our server's name because he truly made the experience. He handled the entire lounge area by himself and never missed a beat -- personable, knowledgeable, attentive, and incredibly efficient. We ordered a few cocktails along with the hush puppies, Cajun calamari, and Brussels sprouts. The drinks were fantastic, and while the appetizers were good, they weren't quite memorable enough for us to reorder next time. That said, we're definitely planning to come back and explore more of the menu. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend checking out Black Rabbit for yourself. It's a great spot for either a romantic date night or a fun evening out with friends.

Since this restaurant has a speakeasy vibe, I thought it might be part of the schtick. However, I'm not sure how long the business has been open, so maybe the GPS was accurate. Our dinner host who made the reservation had told our group the "password" in order to be taken to our private dining room. When I arrived and approached the hostess stand, she took me via a convoluted route to the rest of the diners, no password required. I guess I was lucky because other diners in our group said they had to provide the password. We arrived during happy hour and it was also martini night, so several items from the appetizer menu (wings, spinach dip, tempura shrimp) and cocktail list were available for reduced price. I ordered tempura shrimp (5 pieces) and a glass of Malbec. The shrimp were bland and were served with a sweet chili sauce that was cloyingly sweet with absolutely no heat. I ended up ordering a bourbon roasted pear salad as my main. It was a better choice with buttery lettuce, chunks of firm pear, crunchy walnuts, and pickled red onions. One of my fellow diners had to wait for her first course appetizer to arrive well after the rest of us had finished ours, as it was either overlooked by waitstaff or the kitchen. Service was slow at times, although the place appeared at not even 1/2 capacity when we arrived and possibly 2/3 when we left 2 hours later. Another diner ordered pizza and said that the toppings were good, but commented that the texture of the crust (underdone) made it unpalatable. Finally, another person in our group had to send her food back to be heated. She indicated the plate was warm, but the food (pot roast Manhattan) was not. Final bill was just under $50 (happy hour shrimp $10, wine $11, salad $18, and an automatic 20% gratuity had been added). Upon reflection, I would perhaps return here for a cocktail to enjoy the lounge and live jazz when that is offered. I would be very hard pressed though to order any food, as there are many more valuable and appealing options nearby at this price point.

When we walked in, it's honestly what we expected - a little hole in the wall, but it's really so much more than that!! The service was excellent. The staff, was warm and welcoming. The place is extremely clean and the food was really good. It was still pretty early so it was quiet, and there was only one patron at the bar and another playing the slot machine. We took a seat at the bar which had menus sitting on it so we began to look it over, and noticed so many items that sounded intriguing. Dennis, (pretty sure that was his name), was back in the kitchen cooking so it took him a few minutes to notice us which we didn't mind. We ordered two bottled beers, and I was amazed at how cold they were, I even commented on it. In my experience a lot of places do not serve "cold" beer so it was a nice surprise. We asked Dennis for some suggestions which he named off a few, BLT, BELT, Philly cheesesteak wrap, the burgers and more ..... he explained they try to cook fresh not frozen as much as possible which you can tell! The burger patties are hand rolled, and the dressings are hand sliced. He almost sold me on the Philly cheesesteak wrap but we both ordered the Caboose Burger, which is their version of a cheese burger, it came with chips or you can upgrade to waffle fries for a small up charge which we did. The burger came out piping hot, had great flavor and was delicious. The fries were also cooked perfectly, not too soggy, and not too crispy. We enjoyed one more beer while we ate, played a little Keno and then had to cash out to continue running our errands but I can honestly say I can't wait to get back and try some more of the things on the menu and simply just hang out there.

A customer, who the manager had been hugging and kissing, came over to my friend, aggressively grabbed the stick, and made a scene, telling my friend that it was his stick and that there would be a problem if he used it again. Later, my friend accidentally left a beer on the pool table (we know it's not allowed, it was an honest mistake). Without warning, the manager--who appeared to be on something--came over, reached around my friend, grabbed the beer, and shouted, "Is this your beer? Get it off my fucking table!"
