My wife ordered the lunch portioned Los Cabo's special, shrimp, grilled onions and mushrooms in a cheese sauce served with black beans and rice. Well seasoned, very tasty. I passed on my usual fajitas and ventured into the realm of enchiladas. The full order came with 3 chicken enchiladas smothered in a mole sauce. The mole was rich and sweeter than most I've had, but not overpowering. And what other Mexican restaurant offers a side of cucumber salad? I love the way Felipe's plates their food. Elongated plates for enchiladas, square plates for other dishes. They have a beautiful presentation. There's a QR code on the table that offers a free serving of queso if you post a review on their site. The only disappointment was the queso was brought to the table cold.
