I've have eaten here a few times before but never done car side pickup. The food was ready when it was supposed to be and looked great. It all tasted good but I ordered the shrimp tacos and they didn't even roll them individually. They just payed 3 tortillas in the container and put all of the toppings on top of them. My daughter got the Quesadilla Explosion salad. It was also very good but the put the hot grilled chicken and quesadilla on top of the salad and it melted the cheese all over the lettuce and wilted the salad. In the future if I ever order car side pickup I will ask for the quesadilla and chicken in different containers. But as a former line cook I would have done that anyway. Just common sense. read more

Went in the other night, had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. I then ordered what i did a month prior to that and was completely different and i was very unsatisfied. Was NOT what i ordered. Our server (Wendy) did not accommodate with us at all, but only gave us dirty looks and rude comments. About 20 minutes later our food came out but was wrong so we had to wait even longer to eat. Once we finally got our food "fixed" it was cold, only to mention i ordered the "triple dipper" i ordered boneless wings (naked), the cheese bites, and sliders with no condiments, they were still placed there and there was sauce on my food from when it was previously messed up. I felt that I really needed to write some feedback about the service I received at the Martinsburg, WV Chili's. The experience that my family and I had at this Chili's was the best service I have had in a very long time. Our server, Mecayla, was very attentive, made sure everything was correct, and was very fast with the service. She was very personable and interacted very well with my family. I know times are tough during this pandemic, but people like Mecayla make us feel a little more at home and comfortable with venturing out. The food was also great and didn't have a single thing wrong with our order. The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. I will be coming back again and again. read more

This is the worst chili's I have ever been too. We live in town so we have tried giving them several chances but have been disappointed every time. Last time I called for pickup and nobody answered. So I drove there and sat in the to go section while the clerk continued to pick up the phone in front of me and take orders before acknowledging my existence. I went to Chili's Wednesday night , was told that my order would be ready at 5:51, at 6:30 I still hadn't received my order. A server came to my vehicle and very rudely demanded my ID, which obviously served no purpose because I still didn't get my order. I then decided to call in and ask for a refund, not one, but two managers told me they wouldn't be able to process my refund because they were "too busy". One manager, Michael, even went as far as to hang up in my face after they had taken my money and not given me the food that I PAID FOR. The service was absolutely disgusting and horrible. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. I've never received service this horrible, nor have I ever been told that someone would call me when they get time to give me my money back for an order that I never received. I'm very disappointed in the service I received. They don't even deserve the one star that I gave them. read more

At Chili's for the first time not impressed with the meal. Black beans cold rice cold French fries barley warm. First taco of 3 had 2 small pieces of meat no sauce for tacos had to ask. No flavor to the tacos. Chicken avacdo sandwich good pretzel roll. Not good for a first impression. Wait staff ok. Atmosphere very loud music ask to have turned down no response. Can't say I'm impressed. We were there for over 2 hours. The time it took to get refills and our meals was rediculous. Our appetizer was cold. Our server seemed stretched from one end of the restaurant to the other. He was extremely overloaded I'm also a server I get it, but it's Sunday and there were not that many tables in his section. I got my food and sat through the entire meal with no drinks. The chili was just a bowl of meat nothing else in it not what I was expecting. Went to chilli's today (2-25-18) to go and pick my To-go order up. I called it shortly after (1:08pm) and I was told that it would be ready in 25-30min. Order was wings patter (25ct) so 30min would have been 1:38pm. I got inside the To-go area at 1:49pm (still 11min past the due time) I went in and sat down and patiently wait. I saw (and he saw me) the bartender on several occasions we looked at each other. Then I saw 3 waitress and 1 waiter (4 total) and one (female) she was carrying food. And not a single employee took the time to acknowledge that I was there. I waited for exactly 8min until finally I left. Before anything I was a server for 5yrs and did fast food for many MANY year and if busy or not you ALWAYS acknowledge the customer, but to make it worst they weren't too busy (not slow but not busy). I left and call to cancel my order to have the the employee (sound and tone) kind of get and attitude and hung up on me without an apology or hey come back or we're sorry...nothing, nada, ZERO just said ok what's the name and proceeded to hang up. Well I have a balance of $15.00 on my gift card so if anyone wants it, hit me up. Because not even with a gift card, free or invited I will not go there. Used to LOVE Applebee's (same restaurants) and it's been over 10yrs that I've been to one for poor service. Chilli's Martinsburg is really easy to acknowledge your customer, I wouldn't have mind if I need it to wait for the food as long someone would have taken 3 seconds to tell me"hi someone will be with you shortly" (that easy) So see if y'all can fix this issue so it don't happen again to someone else and potentially lose another or more customers.... Chili's is one of my favorite chains, but I seem to have had bad luck the 3 or so times I've been to this one. I'd like to point out service from the staff has always been friendly and courteous, including management - no complaints there. Just seems the dishes I've ordered always seem to be either lukewarm or overdone. First visit was right after they opened and figured well maybe they're not quite ready for prime time. Most recent visit there the burger was somewhat burnt and not very hot, but being I didn't want to wait for a new order I ate it. I did mention it to the server and the manager took it off the bill, which was really appreciated. The kids like it here so I'll probably be back eventually. We ate at the new Chili's restaurant tonight - and were disappointed for several reasons. The wait to be seated on a Monday night (albeit the day after Christmas) was 30 minutes. Our waitress was fairly attentive once we were seated - but endured another 30 minute wait after we placed our order. We watched several tables of folks who arrived and were seated after us leave after being served and we still had not received our food. When asking to speak to the manager - she came to our table with chips and salsa but unfortunately half the people at in our party could not eat them. We were struggling to occupy a toddler who was hungry and tired of sitting - all the while getting a dozen promises from our server that our food was "almost ready". When we did finally receive the food - several things were wrong - shrimp was missing from an order, condiments neglected - and we were all so hungry we had eaten half of whatever we ordered before we got things squared away - except for the shrimp which my daughter decided not to bother with. The food was good once it arrived but we ate almost too fast to really enjoy it. Sadly I'm not sure we'll return. read more
