I went there with my boyfriend and let's just say, we won't be going back. Our order was taken and drinks were brought out. My boyfriend's tea was nasty so he requested a Coke instead which was brought out in a cup that wasn't properly cleaned. Then we sat and waited what seemed like a longer time than normal for our food. The ribs I ordered were so hard that I had to hope and pray for a tender spot and the amount of pepper on it literally made my scalp tingle; I scraped the pepper and already barely there sauce off and ate what tender spots I did find. We were checked on only once by a manager I guess was her position, I honestly don't know but when she got the request from my boyfriend for a Coke, you could tell she was irritated (I hope they didn't spit in his cup). We NEVER got checked on by our server, so there were NO drink refills or asking if we needed or wanted anything else. When it came time to pay there was a mix up on my behalf but my boyfriend called the manager over anyway, this time a guy, so I could tap on my hard overcooked ribs to show him the problem, he rolled his eyes and said, "I'll take the ribs off I guess." Proper attitudes and proper service starts from the head so if the managers have poor attitudes and mentalities, you can't truly expect the rest of the staff to do or be any better. GET IT TOGETHER people or your reviews will remain less than positive and yours business as a whole WILL fail!! read more

We had a large party of 12 passing thru on our way home and stopped for dinner. Service was horrible - four of us got margaritas . . . each one filled to the rim and brought to the table one at a time. As the servers handed the drinks to us each one was spilled . . . . not totally . . . . just enough to get on everyone . . . table and floor. These were served in Martini glasses and not a proper glass for a Margarita. We ordered our meals and each plate was brought out separate for all 12 of us with diner number twelve not getting his food. By the time he got his food everyone was finished - so we asked that the dish be removed from the ticket . . . . we were not paying for it. The Manager had some words with us - he ran our credit cards thru and of course there machine would not work. Was denying all charges. . . . . we made a trip to the bar and they had a machine that worked. About as bad an experience at a restaurant we've ever had. I don't remember anyone apologizing. After an 8 hour road trip, we stopped here for dinner. Our waitress was PHENOMENAL. Eve was funny, kind, attentive, and never missed a beat. That's where the good ends. The food was just ok. Then, when it came time to pay out, their computer system was down. Somehow, other tables were paying out and leaving, but we got completely ignored. Our waitress apologized two different times for the extremely long wait and tried to get the manager to come speak to us. It was kinda like being held hostage, we couldn't leave until we paid but we couldn't pay because their computers were down and not a soul cared to try to help. That manager is an absolute coward and wouldn't come to the table, and when I went to tried to talk to him, he took off to the kitchen. I had an employee get him out for me and after chewing him out, he finally comped our meal. That should have been done half an hour before I had to chase this man down. On a road trip back from being dropping our daughter in college and made the massive mistake of eating here. Understandably it was a busy time and we were very patient since the service was slow. Food was fine for Sysco-ish quality. It's been at least a decade since I had been in a chili so of course the menu had changed and not for the positive. We went because my husband had loved their almost tempura like chicken fingers but it wasn't anything like the past with their standard chicken fingers. Got the brisket, fries, fingers and Mexican corn. The Mexican corn was slathered in BBQ sauce, meh. Also got the cheese curds and they were fine. I ended up paying for my bill via the tabletop kiosk. What completely irked me about my entire visit was not the slow service or horrible food quality but the fact that I paid via the kiosk and our waitress KEE took the machine when it came to the survey!! Grant it, I had all the Intentions to give her a fair review because they may have been short staffed but to take the tabletop kiosk and take it upon herself to fill it out for me, was shady. That's what made me angry. God bless her, she is a hard working person but to do something like that was just absolutely wrong. This visit started out slow but got better as time went by. They have one server call in so we went in knowing that they were short on servers. We were lucky and got Amber as our server she is fantastic. She helped us with our menu selections made sure that we all had our drinks and helped each of us get every little thing that we needed. I really enjoyed the baked potato soup it was very good. For an appetizer we got the guacamole chips and salsa with your always fantastic. My daughter Rachel had a steak and it was cooked to Perfection she really liked the broccoli and side salad but when she saw the grilled asparagus on another table she wished she had gotten that instead of the broccoli. I used to think Chili's was a top notch American-style restaraunt that was fast growing and only served quality, delicious food; I have no idea why I thought that. I myself have grown to continuously dislike these sort of locations with the same basic menu, small portions, and poor quality, but in all honesty, there is something about Chili's that is more attractive than its similar counterparts. For one, this spot always has pretty fast service, with very engaged and curteous waiters. Along with that, the ambience is well-done, and it never seems too crowded or empty. I had to find someone to tell about my food due to the fact my waitress was no where to be found. The only reason we came back here again was because someone had given us a gift card. Service still slow and horrible, seemed like it was the kitchen staff having issues. Our waitress was trying her best and mentioned that she had to " fight and beg" to get our food. We had fried pickles for an appetizer, the pickles were floppy, mushy, and downright gross.
