So sad to write this review because all of the other Bj's Brewery's I've been to in the past are 5 stars! We had been waiting forever to come to this location but it is always crazy busy so we hadn't stopped in until now. Our waitress was extremely uninvolved. She was nice but even when from the moment she brought our drinks out, she forgot straws which my toddlers drink required one. We waited until we saw her again and asked but if anyone knows how it is with a toddler, not getting his drink is always stressful lol. When it came to ordering, the food took a long time which was fine but when it came out, they got my order wrong, it was a completely different meal. By the time I received my meal, my son and husband had already finished their meals. I got the Parmesan crusted chicken and one was great like normal but the other chicken breast was rubbery and hard to eat so I had to waste that whole breast. Which if you've seen the price of this meal, that is a big disappointment. Throughout the meals as well, we had to ask for refills of drinks and when the check came out, she double charged us for my meal. She wouldn't come around so I had to walk up to the cashier's in the back to try to get it corrected. We finished the night off with a pizookie which was great so that would be our only good thing about our visit. I was actually shocked that they didn't offer anything to help the poor dining we had because of how terrible our experience was, even the manager brought out my main meal after the mishap happened so they were aware. I've been to plenty of BJ's locations over the years, but this was my first visit to the Queen Creek location--and it did not disappoint! A friend and I stopped in for happy hour (his first BJ's experience), grabbed seats at the bar, and had a great time. Zelena and Danielle took excellent care of us from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The happy hour deals were on point, and every cocktail and appetizer we ordered was delicious. We also couldn't pass up the Monday pizza special, and we're glad we didn't--the pizza was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect addition to our meal. Great service, tasty food, refreshing drinks, and a fun atmosphere--exactly what you want for a casual impromptu dinner. My friend left impressed for his first visit, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving some BJ's favorites, happy hour bites, and pizza night! A year later and we still come here with family, every staff we have had has been great with friendly services! This location is always busy, never seen it empty unlike many other locations we've been to. We were looking for a fun, family/kid friendly restaurant where we could treat our son and daughter to pizza and ice cream. We had heard from a friend that BJ's BrewHouse is very family friendly and even brings out some fun stuff for the kids to munch on and play with complimentary. My husband and I created an account ahead of time and was able to get the PieZookie for free. I also called ahead because I didn't see a reservation option and spoke to a lovely man named David who said "come on over and ask for me when you do." He said a reservation at the time we were trying to go for four people would not be necessary and he was right. Upon arrival we were greeted by a very nice hostess, who walked us over to a great size booth over in the back corner. Our service was great the entire time. We never really waited long. The kids menu had a lot to choose from. Each of my kids got a deep dish pizza and my husband and I ordered one off the regular menu to share as well as an iceberg/wedge salad on the side. There are many flavors for the PieZookie and my son got the dark chocolate with vanilla ice cream. We were in and out in about an hour, and it was not an expensive experience at all. Parking is readily available in the lot. They had a lot of beers listed on their back wall and they had a lot of different sports games playing. We had a big party of 20 for a birthday celebration at the Queen Creek location a couple of days ago, and overall it was a great experience. Our servers, Alexis and Jessica, were fantastic. They were on top of everything, cleaning the table, getting refills, and communicating with us the whole time. They also had two other people helping them who were great as well. We did have to wait about 25 to 30 minutes past our reservation time, and we had to send back some crunchy quinoa. The manager David came over and apologized for the food issue. BJ's always has a special place in my heart. It's where my husband and I had our rehearsal dinner 20 years ago. This BJ's is pretty goo. The pizza was so good! I love the pepperoni so much. The skinny margarita was ok. I feel like it had barely any alcohol but it was fine. The butterfinger pazookie was amazing! Everyone should try it. Date night on a Thursday, yes please! Hubs and I haven't been to BJs Brewhouse in so long, so we decided to give it a go since it was down the street from us. We were seated pretty quickly. Our server, Sophia, was so sweet and friendly. It was pretty packed and she still managed to check in on us throughout the night. We both ordered the Wagyu burger with one side each and we were not disappointed. Husband ordered the skinny margarita and did mentioned it was a bit bland though. The Dubai chocolate pizookie looked intimidating but it was probably the highlight for me. I have a big sweet tooth and this was a perfect way to end our night. As much as I love the franchise, I seriously don't understand what the problem is with management here. The service and abilities of the kitchen at this location is SO inconsistent. There is clearly limited training of the servers. No concept of timing between courses. My son waited over 30 minutes for his entree to come out while the rest of the table ate. He ordered a soup and salad. I am quite sure that it doesn't take a professional kitchen 30 minutes to put that out. That was today's example but previous experiences have me convinced of the lack of training of wait staff. Does Gordon Ramsay come out to franchises? The good part is still the menu which is usual franchise favorites that we love. I guarantee we would patronize this place a lot more if they could provide some consistency to our experience eating out. read more

We had a great experience at this location. This is a newer restaurant. It was very welcoming and clean. I've been to BJ's a few times, but our server at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Her name was Araya. Although the restaurant was super busy, she always had time make recommendations and frequently check in with us. Our our drinks were never low or empty, and our food was hot and absolutely delicious. We did the Pazooki special. My husband had the burger and I had the Enlightened Strawberry Field salad. His burger was cooked to his liking and the french fries he had on the side were hot and delicious. My salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. I love the combination of the strawberries,candied pecans, and blue cheese. We had such a great experience at this restaurant that we went back for lunch the next day. Thank you. Came here to do a pick up after Costco. Did the BJ's classic pizza, a mini pizzoki, and a case of root beer. Which I didn't check and left without my root beer. They refunded me 5 days later, after I called. They wanted me to come back and pick it up but not from that area so just wanted a refund. Once I got home my pizza was oddly shaped. The bottom had holes and missing pieces of dough plus not throughly cooked as I expected. This place has only been open less than 6 months so maybe they need work out the kinks. read more

I have been to BJs quite a few times because of the $13 meal deal which I have been pleased every time with the food. Our server was amazing. Super fast with everything and attentive. Honestly the best service I've had at any restaurant in a long time. The food was good. The calamari wasn't as crispy as I would have liked it but I still enjoyed it. The smash burger was good pretty standard burger. I did like the fries a lot though. The pizookie was fresh and warm with the cold ice cream on top was nice. The ambiance is a pub/tavern vibe which I enjoy for late nights. Over all would I come back? Definitely. Especially with the great service. I had no idea BJ's had opened a location in Queen Creek until I drove by to go to the Costco in that area and saw! What a lovely surprise! We went there and had deep dish pizza that was absolutely amazing and dessert! We had their famous pizookie and they were so good!!! I never would have ordered this had i thought it would have dairy, and there was no indication on the menu, but i was told after eating its made in house with heavy whipping cream. First I want to give a major thank you for our server, Brittany J. Not only did she serve us well but she went above and beyond when we requested something out of the normal. When asked if they could accommodate a smaller portion for heath reasons, she made it happen and it was delicious. It was busy for a Monday night but we got in quickly. Came in for dinner the other night on a whim. Boy was this place hopping busy! We waited about 20 mins and were seated. Not a big deal. I had a scrumptious cheeseburger and fries. Wish I still enjoyed it as this location is nearby. today I tried to use mobile pay and it would not work. server took my card and ran it, when it came back I compared mobile pay to the check, same items mobile pay $28 the check $37, asked the server she compared and said she needed a manager, manager came looked and went to a register and never came back. Patio was warm even with the misters but we got seated in about 15 minutes, even with a long line! The pizza was delicious, however the sliders and dip was just ok. I have frequent this establishment between California here for over 25 years. 95% of the time they're spot on. I have complaint which doesn't happened to often and my wife and I came in to Ellsworth establishment today for lunch she ordered a big salad I ordered a chicken sandwich. I don't understand why the staff brought her salad out almost immediately and I waited for almost 15 minutes my chicken sandwich. My wife was done eating before I even got mine. Very disappointed between the staff management and the bartender I wasn't coped. I'm going to have a good talk with the manager next time I come in. read more

The place is packed. I guess that is a result of not many sit down restaurants in QC. Atmosphere is nice. The restuarant is clean and new. Our waitress was unbelievably professional for being so young. My complaint was the food was cold. I sent it back and it still came back cold. Everything seems to be precooked. My wife and I went on a Monday night last week and had a great time. We have been going to BJs for years. What really made the experience stand out was our wonderful server Ryan. He was very friendly, had a great energy and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. He helped direct us and gave us some information on the menu. He also went into detail how the pizza was a new recipe using premium ingredients. We went in a little bit late because we were traveling from California. Which a lot of times servers can give you the "man we are about to be closing" service style. Ryan on the other hand did not rush us nor did he seem annoyed we came in 45 minutes before closing. We didn't say anything second time we called and talked to a manager named Dave who said he would send us a gift card in the email. No gift card arrived.
