I've been to plenty of BJ's locations over the years, but this was my first visit to the Queen Creek location--and it did not disappoint! A friend and I stopped in for happy hour (his first BJ's experience), grabbed seats at the bar, and had a great time. Zelena and Danielle took excellent care of us from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. The happy hour deals were on point, and every cocktail and appetizer we ordered was delicious. We also couldn't pass up the Monday pizza special, and we're glad we didn't--the pizza was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It was the perfect addition to our meal. Great service, tasty food, refreshing drinks, and a fun atmosphere--exactly what you want for a casual impromptu dinner. My friend left impressed for his first visit, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm craving some BJ's favorites, happy hour bites, and pizza night! Arrived and went inside, We were told it would be a 35 minute wait, no problem. We were called to be seated and stood standing at the front for another 35 minutes. The food: Appetizers...The artichoke and spinich dip was repulsive, it had the consistancy of glue. Main course. Chicken parmigana, HORRIBLE! Dried out chicken breast with about 2 tablespoons of sauce and a bit of mozzerella on top. absolutely no sauce on the plate athe pasta lookes like it had been sitting all day, it came a lumped ball all stuck together and ice cold. . I had to ask for marinara sauce and parmesean cheese which was also poor quality. Someone ordered steak, tough, dry and tasteless. the roll that was served was hard as a rock and also tasteless. The food all looked microwaved, all of it was tasteless and the service was very slow. So, another failure food experience in Arizona. Arizona need some real restaurants, nothing but crappy chain joints. This place is overrated. read more

A year later and we still come here with family, every staff we have had has been great with friendly services! This location is always busy, never seen it empty unlike many other locations we've been to. They have done well to keep it clean in a fast pace environment, making sure food debris isn't under the table from previous customers and the tables aren't wet from wiping down, thank you! read more

Date night on a Thursday, yes please! Hubs and I haven't been to BJs Brewhouse in so long, so we decided to give it a go since it was down the street from us. We were seated pretty quickly. Our server, Sophia, was so sweet and friendly. It was pretty packed and she still managed to check in on us throughout the night. We both ordered the Wagyu burger with one side each and we were not disappointed. Husband ordered the skinny margarita and did mentioned it was a bit bland though. The Dubai chocolate pizookie looked intimidating but it was probably the highlight for me. I have a big sweet tooth and this was a perfect way to end our night. BJ's always has a special place in my heart. It's where my husband and I had our rehearsal dinner 20 years ago. This BJ's is pretty goo. The pizza was so good! I love the pepperoni so much. The skinny margarita was ok. I feel like it had barely any alcohol but it was fine. The butterfinger pazookie was amazing! Everyone should try it. As much as I love the franchise, I seriously don't understand what the problem is with management here. The service and abilities of the kitchen at this location is SO inconsistent. There is clearly limited training of the servers. No concept of timing between courses. My son waited over 30 minutes for his entree to come out while the rest of the table ate. He ordered a soup and salad. I am quite sure that it doesn't take a professional kitchen 30 minutes to put that out. That was today's example but previous experiences have me convinced of the lack of training of wait staff. Does Gordon Ramsay come out to franchises? The good part is still the menu which is usual franchise favorites that we love. I guarantee we would patronize this place a lot more if they could provide some consistency to our experience eating out. read more

We had a great experience at this location. This is a newer restaurant. It was very welcoming and clean. I've been to BJ's a few times, but our server at this restaurant was absolutely fantastic. Her name was Araya. Although the restaurant was super busy, she always had time make recommendations and frequently check in with us. Our our drinks were never low or empty, and our food was hot and absolutely delicious. We did the Pazooki special. My husband had the burger and I had the Enlightened Strawberry Field salad. His burger was cooked to his liking and the french fries he had on the side were hot and delicious. My salad was fresh and perfectly dressed. I love the combination of the strawberries,candied pecans, and blue cheese. We had such a great experience at this restaurant that we went back for lunch the next day. Thank you. Came here to do a pick up after Costco. Did the BJ's classic pizza, a mini pizzoki, and a case of root beer. Which I didn't check and left without my root beer. They refunded me 5 days later, after I called. They wanted me to come back and pick it up but not from that area so just wanted a refund. Once I got home my pizza was oddly shaped. The bottom had holes and missing pieces of dough plus not throughly cooked as I expected. This place has only been open less than 6 months so maybe they need work out the kinks. read more

Honestly the best service I've had at any restaurant in a long time. The food was good. The calamari wasn't as crispy as I would have liked it but I still enjoyed it. The smash burger was good pretty standard burger. I did like the fries a lot though. The pizookie was fresh and warm with the cold ice cream on top was nice. The ambiance is a pub/tavern vibe which I enjoy for late nights. Over all would I come back? Definitely. Especially with the great service. Came in for dinner the other night on a whim. Boy was this place hopping busy! We waited about 20 mins and were seated. Not a big deal. I had a scrumptious cheeseburger and fries. I never would have ordered this had i thought it would have dairy, and there was no indication on the menu, but i was told after eating its made in house with heavy whipping cream. First I want to give a major thank you for our server, Brittany J. Not only did she serve us well but she went above and beyond when we requested something out of the normal. When asked if they could accommodate a smaller portion for heath reasons, she made it happen and it was delicious. It was busy for a Monday night but we got in quickly. Our server tonight was horrible - we ordered BBQ boneless wings, she brought buffalo but, we had to pay for both the error and the remake of BBQ. We also ordered a to go pepperoni flat bread - got home to find chicken, bacon, ranch - not even close. So $220 bill and our children didn't get fed. I had to cook for them when we got home. My wife and I went on a Monday night last week and had a great time. We have been going to BJs for years. What really made the experience stand out was our wonderful server Ryan. He was very friendly, had a great energy and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. He helped direct us and gave us some information on the menu. He also went into detail how the pizza was a new recipe using premium ingredients. We went in a little bit late because we were traveling from California. Which a lot of times servers can give you the "man we are about to be closing" service style. Ryan on the other hand did not rush us nor did he seem annoyed we came in 45 minutes before closing. Sabrina was our server and did a great job. The restaurant is large, well laid out and beautiful. We were on the wait list and only had to wait about 10 minutes. We ordered 3 appetizers, spinach artichoke dip, guacamole, salsa and chips, and pan fried chicken dumplings. All were excellent. Tried the Vanilla Cream soda, it was very good but I think I like the Root Beer better. Going to try the Orange Cream next time. One had the wedge salad and loved it. Three of us got the pizookie meal deal, salads, entree and pizookie. The salads were great but really disappointed in the pizzas- won't be ordering those again. Finally had a chance to eat at the local BJ's. People around here act like there is an act of god every time a new business opens up. So this place is busy, parking is limited. You most likely will need to use Costco's parking area. I've eaten at BJ's many times at other locations in the past. However, it has been a while since my last visit. The first thing that strikes me is the high prices of their food. For the price you end up paying, you are better off going to a higher end restaurant. Bj's food is not that special, I'm not saying it's bad. The service was great, the place is very loud. Hard to keep a conversation when you're trying to yell. Will I be back, maybe. I'm a big fan of BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse especially the one in superstition springs so I was excited that one opened here in queen creek which is much closer to where I am. I'm going to be 100% honest, the first time we ate here our ribeye was overly seasoned and inedible and my mahi mahi tacos lacked all the sides. The manager called me the next day and set out to make things right by offering me to come in again and let them show me that it was just a hiccup and that it wouldn't happen again. I came back a couple days later and boy was this time drastically different. The service and food was much better and for a late Saturday night where they were very busy everything came out at a reasonable time and it was very tasty. We got the calamari and a tavern style pepperoni pizza and both were delicious. Drinks were great and we sat outside which was so relaxing.
