Had a great time at Chili's with my family and a dear friend of ours. The last time we've been here had to be at least 5 years ago, and we were happy with the service we received. I know the overall ratings is not high, but I have to disagree and say that this Chili's deserve a 5 star rating. Let's start with the energy and feng shui of this place, positive, open, and friendly. Our waiter Santiago aka 'Tet Kale,' was awesome, down to earth, friendly, courteous, and cool. From the beginning, he ensured that we were satisfied, and periodically made rounds to our table to see if any refreshments was needed. We also met with one of the managers name Ali, who was pleasant, and made great suggestions on what to eat. I can't say it enough how much of a great time that I had with my family!! i go to this chili's everytime i want some yummy nachos! The dine in service is always nice, food comes out quick and all. My only problem is when ordering takeout, takeout is always really cold and the food comes out wrong often. I always get the nachos so it's supposed to come with pico and sour cream and they forget to put it every single time.. i will continue to go to this chilies it's the closest to my house. Hopefully they could work on take out orders cause it's super important for people who want a quick bite to eat! read more

This was my first time at this location. I went after work with a few co-workers to have some drinks and small bites. We ordered the gaucamole, queso and boneless wings. We were also given complimentary chips and salsa. Our first set of chips and salsa had a hair in it which was discovered halfway through. We were disgusted and brought it to the waitress's attention. She apologized, took it away and brought us a new batch right away. The chips and salsa was ok. I didn't care too much for the salsa because it was very watery and had no substance. It looked like blended salsa. Usually the onions, tomatoes and other ingredients are visable but this salsa was not like that at all. They definitely need to step their salsa game up big time. The queso and the guac were very good. We also ordered their drink of the day which was a special margarita (I can't remember the name) but it had crown apple, tequila, sour mix and cranberry juice. We had a couple of questions about the drink and the waitress went and got the bartender and she came right over and explained the drink fully which was very nice of them. The drink was made to perfection. The manager at some point came by to check on us and we informed him of our little issue with the salsa. He was very apologetic. This chili's has the worse customer service ever. On a Tuesday night we went to have dinner , a party of 3. We waited 40 minutes. Then the host came to get us to be seated. Once she walks us to the end of the room , she says oh no that table is taken let's go back to the waiting area. When we finally got seated they took 30 minutes to take our order. WOW The guys I work with must have the memories of goldfish, because every 3 months or so, someone gets the bright idea to go to Chilis. It's like every day someone in the kitchen throws handfulls of salt over every surface, and then prepares the food on it. You have to drink a couple glasses of water after eating here because its so salty. Where do I even start?! My friends and I are huge fans of Chili's but every time we come to this specific location we always leave disappointed. Our order always comes out incorrect and our server disappears for 20 minutes at a time! Today, I ordered the Southwest Mac & Cheese and it seemed like a bowl of cheese for nachos! Where's my pasta?! I am disappointed with the pricing of my lunch. I did not order lunch special where everything is 1/2 the size. I purposely placed my knife so you can see the size of my burger. I ordered the grass fed sunrise burger $11.60 and I upgraded from fries to Pablo onion rings for a $1.00. OVERPRICED!!! I didn't get how it looks on the menu!! The service isn't the best. I have yet to have a good experience there, and I've been there more than five times. Just the other day.. Since it's first come first serve at the bar area, we sat on a booth after a couple had just finished eating. The waitress came to pickup the check from the previous guests, looked at the trash, and walked away. I love Chili's but this location has gone down in service. 1) we were greeted by the hostess about 5 minutes after we arrived. So my wife and I looked at each other and were about to leave but she finally came back and seated us. These people are thieves. They added an extra tip charge to my take out order and I've been on the phone with countless 'managers' and have made statements. One even assured me I would be given a full refund because of the disrespectful act of adding a tip unauthorized, yet the charge is still on my card and every time I call it's like the first time and everyone is surprised and have never heard of this situation. Eek, where do I start! I've been going to this Chili's location for many many years, but lately every time I try to give it a try there's some kind of disappointment. They go by this first come first serve BS, so if you want a booth you have to find it yourself and sit even if its a mess and wait until the waiter decides to come and clean it (which takes forever). first off, i avoid big chains whenever possible, usually because of the quality of the food, general vegetarian unfriendly-ness and lack of character. however my girl and i were starved and it was almost 10pm on a weeknight. so... we go in and get promptly seated at a dirty sticky table and receive equally sticky menus. after ordering, we both went and washed our hands and found the bathrooms were less than desirable as well. to boot, i caught a glance of the food prep area - if i wasn't so hungry we might not have stayed. all of these signs threw up red flags. i'll spare you the details but the server screwed up about one-third of the order and subsequent requests. this would include items ordered, leaving off spicy items my girl can't eat and simple things like wiping down the table when asked. adding insult to injury, everything that actually did make it to the table took far longer than it should have. here's the thing: this place, along with all of the Applebees, Fridays, Olive Garden and the like have waitstaff who cater to people who come in and order huge meals and many drinks. sometimes that description doesn't fit us, but why should we expect terrible service? the people behind us were getting smiles and more importantly attention. they were also half in the bag and hopefully not driving anywhere. there is a reason i avoid big chains, and this bad trip only reinforces that position. go spend your money at an independently owned place, and chances are you'll get a good meal, a unique atmosphere and you'll feel good about helping your local economy. read more

You call them to place an order to go and you are on hold for a good 10 minutes waiting to place the order! It's just better to show up and place the order in person and then wait. Then if you place the order in person they take a really long time and they start telling you how they are going to charge you extra for any extra sauce you ask for to make your meal taste better. What?! That should be already included in the price for the food I paid for. Well whatever. Then they get all fussy about the coupons that you may want to use that Chili's website sends you. It's your typical national chain restaurant with basic service and food. The two for one drink specials are the best. They have a few TVs located in the bar and around the restaurant to watch your favorite team play. I will be returning in the future for drinks and to watch a game. read more

Came here to celebrate my mom's birthday. Our server accidentally dropped a whole tray of drinks on herself, my mom, and the family next to us. My mom's shirt, purse, and gift bag were soaked with tequila and we had to ask the manager for towels because our server didn't offer any. Our server told us that the manager would give us a free drink for the inconvenience. We never received our free drink or any comps for that matter. My first Chili's experience was a pleasant one. I may return to this location as it always looks busy. The good: thats a whole lotta food for under $30. Doggy bag guaranteed! The appetizer was, astonishingly, unappetizing. The 'crispy cheddar bites' were soggy and solid; A solid mass of lukewarm cheese. Cheese should melt and ooze and caress, gently, the roof of the mouth. It should not be so thick and cold and rough. The molten lava cake was neither viscous nor warm leading me to seriously question the veracity claimed by namesake: 'molten' and 'lava' come to mind. The macaroni and cheese was decent. read more
