A+ for service! Someone opened the door right when I got there and said "welcome to Chili's"! The hostess was super nice and Ryan's service was awesome. We never were left without something we needed. He checked on us, was personable and made sure we were having a great service. He also told us about how we could get free chips and salsa by signing up to the Chili's club on their iPad on the table. The food at Chili's was how I remembered it. The fried mozzarella was probably my favorite. That cheese pull is absolutely iconic. I'm sad we were too stuffed for dessert because they have some amazing options. read more

This Chili's location is one of the few left and always very busy. I had the honey chipotle ribs and crispy chicken combo and my husband had the big mouth burger (his favorite!) and everything was good. I love Chili's ribs. They do a good job with the ribs. The triple dipper is a must order wherever you come to chilis! My husband and I usually get the fried mozzarella , the southwestern eggrolls and the chicken crispers. Those three have been consistently good. 5/5 We tried the Nashville wings once and the sauce was just too oily and gritty. 0/5 on that I couldn't eat it. The fajita trio is pretty tasty 4/5 The bbq rib combo was ok. The ribs were a bit dry, not enough sauce 2.5/5 The brisket quesadillas that came with it were good, but greasy. 4/5 The 3 for me combos are great if you're just getting the QP burgers 4.5/5. The soups are super tasty, but portions are really small. About 3 bites for the dollar upgrade. I tried the crispy chicken burger and wasn't that impressed 2/5 I think I was expecting it to be more of a fried chicken burger since it said crispy? It was maybe 20% crispy. And what's the difference between the deluxe and regular? My friend got the big crispy chicken burger, while I ordered the deluxe chicken burger for a dollar more and they looked exactly the same size. Service is always great though 5/5. read more

I have eaten at this restaurant for many years. At this point, I believe it is the only local chilis. The last time we were here, my mom and I split the fajitas for two and we went with steak and chicken. The steak was really tough and not edible and our waitress. Let the manager know and he came over and took it off our bill. We left it and didn't eat it so it was clear that it was an issue. But they were very attentive and Willing to work with us, which is always helpful. My absolute favorite here is the chili cheese with chips. That has been an old time favorite that I always go back to. It's always good and hits that craving with the chips. Back in the day, I used to love their chicken fingers, but I think they've changed since then. I also really love the buffalo chicken salad. Here's how my experience went as a first timer at Chilis (believe it or not).. it was a busy Saturday night, I would recommend calling ahead just to be safe but thankfully my party and I squeezed in and got seated relatively quick. They've got a pretty plentiful menu, lots of options to choose from and our server was quick, attentive and 5 seconds after we ordered an appetizer they came out with waters. I like the dedication to their service. I got the triple dipper as an appetizer, (sliders, wings, and Nashville mozzarella) and a few things to note: the sliders I got were decently dry, tasted good dipping in sauce though. The Nashville mozzarella sticks were unfortunately the worst part of the entire meal. Highly highly salted and seasoned to the point where it ruins your palate. Did not finish those. The boneless buffalo wings were good though! A little dry on the buffalo sauce. Main course I got a 6oz sirloin with mash potatoes and broccoli, and I didn't know what to really expect requesting a medium rare but Chilis absolutely knocked it out of the park with this. See photo below, the steak was so tender, cooked to perfection, didn't need any sort of sauce to it it was juicy and seasoned perfectly. Broccoli i should have asked for some salt and pepper. The start off was pretty rocky but I was wowed by the main dish. I went there on Friday evening. It was packed. I recommend joining the waitlist before you get there. We were a party of 7 and waited about 20 minutes. When we got seated, the table was so small for 7 people. The atmosphere was loud and energetic. There was a point where we had to yell over each other to have a conversation. The food was good. First time at this Chili's and about 10 years since I've been in one. Stopped by to watch some football during happy hour. The place is set up like a typical Chili's and has lots of seating. I sat at the bar, which is at the entrance. It was mostly full, but I found a nice spot in front of a couple TV's. The bartender was quick to offer me the happy hour options and I ordered a beer and some chips. Very bustling at nighttime, we waited for around 40 min at 7pm. Pretty loud and crowded but even so our waiter was very attentive and checked in regularly. Wicked cocktails taste like juice (which we liked) but still pretty strong. Solid deal for just $6! Also got the sauced mozzarella in nashville hot. Very, very salty but I could see why it's all over social media. Cheese pull is real! Also if you sign up for the rewards program on the tablet you can get free bottomless chips n salsa. I came here for happy hour and the prices and food ain't too bad! I had the bacon ranch quesadilla, which is a really good portion. The flavors go well together, though the idea of dipping a quesadilla in sour cream AND ranch at the same time was a bit wild, even for me! The margaritas and beers were good and inexpensive. It's been a decade or more since I've been to any Chili's. My oldest kid, has been buggin' for me to take her just to order the mozzarella cheese for a cheese pull. Apparently she's seen it on TT or something like that. She showed it to me, it looked good, so I obliged. WOW. The dining area setup is just like all the other Chili's restaurants I've ever been to. Memories hit me right in the face as I walked in. This location is very clean. The bar area is right where you walk in and then it's flanked by dining room sections on both sides. The man who seated us was so cool. Hispanic guy, very friendly, cracked some jokes. I loved him. He was so personable. I'm kicking myself for not getting his name. I'm sure if you're a regular here, you'll know who I am talking about. Our server was, Cassie. She was all over our table. She was quick and attentive. She checked on us often and was very patient when we couldn't figure out what to order. What we ordered; 1) triple dipper - we chose boneless Buffalo wings, sliders, plain mozzarella cheese. This was a tasty appetizer that my daughter ate as a meal. 2) Santa Fe grilled chicken salad - came with tortilla strips on the salad. There was so much of the strips, I had to push them aside. I wish there were more greens in all honesty. This was supposed to be less calories but with the heavy amount of tortilla strips on it, I'm sure the number was way over the 660 calculation. Chili's isn't a place I would normally frequent but I'd go if my kids wanted to dine here and I'm in the mood for it. They're not a bad place but also not one I would run to time and time again. we came in after working on Father's Day at our restaurant down the street to have dinner, Sunday around 9 i think. Ariana was our server in the bar area, she was amazing. we were a party of five & she took such good care of us. very genuine & made sure we had everything we needed for our meal & even got us little lids for our to-go sauces. we had a margarita, 2 beers, some kind of limeade i think & 2 espresso martinis. my martinis were delicious. food was honey-chipotle madness, juicy chicken, cheesy mozz sticks & stacked burgers. we left full & happy. the payment system was not working properly. in theory it would have been extremely convenient, especially w us being able to split our check without bothering our server but it wasn't working. she had to come over & help us; we didn't want to be a pain but she came & helped us close out, what a gem! i will always love Chilis for experiences just like this read more

Veterans' Day visit and very busy. Sarah did a great job staying on top everything. Very friendly. Old Timers Burger was sizable and well prepared and comes standard with fries. The Triple Dip was large with plenty queso, salsa and guacamole. Due to the level of business, it was pretty noisy but you could still carry on a conversation. I kept seeing the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks and had to have them. We got the triple dipper to go and did 2 orders of the mozzarella sticks and then wings. The Nashville flavor was in the oil but it wasn't very hot at all. If anything it was too salty. I get the intention but not super well executed in terms of flavor. But the cheese itself was good with a fun cheese pull. Wings were average buffalo. I wouldn't go again for that. You literally can't go wrong with Chilis: (1) they have a *perfect* menu, (2) food is consistently GOOD (the fries are better than anywhere else) and (3) the prices are amazing. Not sure why the reviews aren't better... the way I see it is you can go to a gastro pub for a similar menu and pay 2x as much for food that tastes half as good! Again, this location is great too. All the staff are super friendly, kind, and quick. There's always a wait on weekends, but it shows they're good! I had the pleasure of being served by Mike, the bartender, and he truly made my day. Even though I only ordered one drink and couldn't leave a big tip, Mike went above and beyond -- he kindly offered me free chips and salsa to take home for my daughter, who was waiting after my long shift as an operator. It's rare these days to meet someone so thoughtful and generous. The food was great as always, but Mike's kindness was what really stood out. I left feeling uplifted and so grateful. I ordered takeout for the triple dipper and it was so good! I got the fried mozzarella, road sliders and honey chipotle chicken crispers. The fried mozzarella came with marinara sauce which paired really well, but unfortunately didn't have the cheese pull I was hoping for. Still really good though! They told us it would be a 20 minute wait....2 hours later and still no table. No updates or anything. Just been sitting here waiting.

This place gets busy on the weekends but they are usually pretty quick even when it's packed. We went in on a busy Friday night and had put our names on the waitlist on the way to the restaurant. We only had to wait a couple minutes for a table once we got there. Our waiter John was so attentive and on top of everything. Prompt to get drink refills and checking in to see how we were doing. Even on a busy night he was doing such a great job. I had an issue with splitting the check on the tablet at the table and I messed the check up really bad. Poor John had to come help work out what I had done wrong and fix it. He was patient, kind and didn't make me feel like I was burdening him. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Great experience and we will definitely be back. read more

When the tablet malfunctioned, Ray still gave us the free bottomless chips and salsa. He had a very fun and welcoming attitude, it was like we've known him for 20 years. Aside from service, the food was not only incredibly good, but also fresh and flavorful. My friend and I wanted to order the same exact thing, so when our food came out, we were surprised to only see 1 meal. When this was pointed out to Ray, he immediately apologized and made sure that the food was expedited for us. Amazing service. 10/10. Ordered medium rare ribeye. Also medium sirloin. Sirloin was clearly overcooked to well but that is sometimes a little subjective but a medium rare ribeye that is cooked to well done with no coloration except grey brown is clearly well done. Cut in middle through thickest part with no coloration except grey. Sent it back immediately as this was a fail but easily corrected. Now we are with a group and none of us is very young which means my mother is having to eat and so the table is eating their food (including the very overdone sirloin as my wife did not want to further embarrass the group or have 2 meals sent back when this was a family dinner). So after about 6-7 minutes of waiting the manager comes over and under the premise of wanting to acknowledge they were GOING to redo the ribeye, says he understands there was a problem and food returned and then points out some meat color chart on a pictorial graphic lime trying to educate a young child. The meat was clearly overcooked and well done and they had not even started to address the problem at that time. No pink or anything slightly resembling less than well done and he wanted to take a condescending approach while the rest of the table was anxious about eating while watching one not having any food or plate. This was handled very badly and so since no attempt to rapidly address the problem was made the order was changed to a grilled chicken salad with expressed desire to NOT OVERCOOK the grilled chicken. I'm a long time reviewer as well as the fact we go to this chilis and have left favorable reviews many times in the past. The salad came out in about another 5 minutes and the chicken was cooked to dry and hard consistency. It was clearly and without question not done properly and the real question remains was this intentional? I'm sorry but this was a bad experience an certainly not one I wish to repeat. Done with this chili's for the foreseeable future. They need a management retraining. Left a decent gratuity as the server was not at fault and this was clearly a failure of management and the back of house cooking staff. The server was only doing her job. read more
