Delay notice to our entry into the restaurant. the hostess directed us to a table that he had to clean before we could be seated instead of informing us to wait at the restaurant entrance area until the table was ready . Once seated, the service and food was great

It was fine We stopped in for a late for us dinner and found the place somewhat busy. I suppose many people eat later than they do back in our hometown in Florida where the average age is a bit higher. Still, we were seated right away and given menus. We got off to a slow start, by the time our server appeared to say hello and take drink orders we had already looked over the menu and decided what we wanted and had started to wonder where our server was. But once we got connected, the rest of the visit went well. I decided on their Mushroom Swiss Burger, one of their Big Mouth Burger offerings that I believe are a half pound. We got our orders placed and it wasn't long before we had our food. The burger was indeed large, they did a pretty good job. It came with a container of good fries. Our server stopped by once we had our food to ask if we needed anything. It wasn't until the end of our meal before our server stopped by again to inquire whether we needed a box. What I needed was a drink refill, which I finally got. Thinking back, I wonder if I could have gotten one by using the tablet on our table. Each table has one where you can not only play games for a couple of bucks but can also pay your bill. The tablet, used by all Chili restaurants, is convenient for paying and leaving without waiting, but does take away some of the human contact with your server. A tradeoff. I liked the restaurant itself, a large place with several TVs. The menu offers lots of choices, both Mexican and non-Mexican items. Parking was convenient for us tonight.

We arrived around 5:15pm and were seated right away. We ordered the Beer Battered Fish Tacos, Chicken Mango Tacos, and Chicken Empanada. The Fish Tacos were the star of the show, but everything was sooo good. For drinks, we got a Mango Margarita, Passion Fruit Margarita, Mango Mojito, and Strawberry Mojito. The Margaretas were strong but still delicious, and the Mojitos were not as strong but also delicious. They have a variety of flavors for both drinks, though they were out of the Peach and Cucumber flavors. There were multiple servers helping out, so there was always someone nearby when we needed something. My only negative is that we were sat right under a speaker, and the music was loud enough that I had to shout to be heard, but the music was very groovy so I didn't mind all too much.

Solid spot for tacos if you want variety and good flavors. Would definitely come back.

Their steak is always perfectly cooked, medium rare, juicy most and packed with flavor. All of their meat options are absolutely delicious. They are limited on the sauces they provide but I am so happy they are consistent throughout. I've had their burritos, their wings, their enchiladas their chicken you name it. I had never actually been to Southern Table, I had only ever had takeout from there once or twice,…read morebut I have been wanting to try it for ages and I have to say it was worth the wait. We went on Easter for brunch, which we decided to do last minute and they let us know they could squeeze us in. We sat on the screened in patio. They were massively busy, but the staff was on their toes, checking in, taking away empty plates, being very kind (even though they were clearly crazy with how busy they were). We started with the Brie stuff pretzels. They were more like pretzel sandwiches (pretzel sticks cut in half with Brie in between), but were really tasty. It was all so good, I kept forgetting to take pictures until after we had already dug in. The pretzel app came with 4 pretzel/brie sandwiches. We also got the spinach an artichoke dip. It came with a nice amount of chips (hate when they give you too few and then you're just left with gobs of dip and nothing for it). It also came with salsa and sour cream, which seemed odd, but was nice for the extra chips and also family friendly if the dip didn't appeal to kids. The dip itself was really nice, it didn't taste as rich as spinach and artichoke dips often are. I could really taste the spinach, but in a good way. Usually dips like that make me feel overly full and are so heavy, this was a refreshing take on it. We got the Dutch baby pancake, the kids Mac and cheese, the pimento cheese and ham omelet (which I got scrambled), chicken and waffles, and the hot honey chicken. Overall, the food was delicious. The flavors all had depth and were really satisfying. We came home with lots of leftovers and we were all very happy when the meal was done. We will definitely be going back.

It takes familiar dishes and presents them with a bit more care and a bit more intention. You taste that difference almost immediately. The food doesn't just satisfy; it reassures you that it was made thoughtfully. Of course, that level of care comes with a price, and you feel it. But in most cases, the quality justifies the cost. You may hesitate when ordering, but not when eating. The undeniable centerpiece is the Bulleit Burger. It's rich, balanced, and memorable in a way that lingers beyond the meal. If you're ordering from Southern Table, it feels less like an option and more like an obligation. Most of my experiences have been through takeout, which has held up well. Still, dining in offers its own appeal. The space is large and comes with an easy, welcoming energy that works well for a casual night out. Highlights: * Bulleit Burger * Elevated presentation and ingredient quality * Consistent execution across visits Lowlights: * Pricing is on the higher side
