Very disappointing. I decided to come here again and give them another try. Trying to support local businesses through these difficult times now. We did a curbside pick up and although our food was ready on time and our server was very friendly. The food was awful. The guacamole was unedible as I could tell it was not fresh. I came by today after a long day at work. I wanted to get a quick bite to eat. Me and my boyf went in to order. I went to the side door waiting to order. The workers kept walking by looking at me. I wanted to ask a question but I stood there waiting 27 mins for someone to engage me. Afterwards I decided to order on the app, since I was invisible. When I finally went to pick up the food the guy at the bar starred at me, instead of saying "how can I help you" or welcome to chili's" I had to tell him I placed an order. I walked away a moment just say to hi to a family member. A few seconds after, he left my order right next to the customers at the bar without telling me. What should have been a nice Saturday brunch turned into rushed service, a spilled drink and no follow up. My half rack of ribs was all fat, this was not the servers fault however delta for Cameron not asking if we needed a second round of drinks after spilling mine in a hurried attempt to retrieve my plate so he could sit with the table adjacent to us and never again pay us any attention. This updated review is because we ordered on the app and the food came so wrong. My chicken was over cooked, my boyfriend ordered the onion petals but the restaurant sent chips. Won't be coming back here. Other locations are far stronger. Service was spotty at best. Never checked on us after the food came. Charged us for tabletop entertainment even though it stopped working after one minute. Also charged full price for the $8 combo. Wow. What a horrific experience. Without a doubt the worst food I have ever eaten in a chain restaurant. Server looked like she would rather be anywhere else than serving me. Had the steak quesada and it was this sickening sweet taste , so bad I left most of it on the plate, paid, and hurried home to put anything in my mouth to take the awful taste out of my mouth. I can still taste it now. I may have to just go brush my teeth and hope for the best. Adding insult to injury, says it has free wifi but when you go to access it, it wants your phone number in order to connect. No thanks, Chillies. If you don't put your phone number in, it puts you on their network with no internet which means you can't even access the satellite without turning wifi off. What an insanely stupid requirement. Are you trying to chase customers away? Did I mention the signs that say free chips and salsa (like literally ever mexican restaurant I've ever been in? ) . The food was decent but our waitress kept asking how the food was and kept bothering us. After the 7th time she asked us I replied "the same as it was 30 seconds ago". She then refilled our glasses of water which was then preceded with a wink and licking lips all seductively. The reason for two stars instead of one was because she fixed the flickering light that was on the wall Near our booth. We enjoyed the flickering light, it was the only entertainment we had other than the gay male server who was flirting with two guys across my table and failing harder than Hillary's campaign. Wow! What a difference 4 years can make! They really got their sh*t together! Great service, awesome food. I'm also a driver for Doordash and never waited more then 2 mins to get my food! Now, that is legendary in the world of restaurants where I can easy spend too much time at Red Lobster or Cheesecake Factory waiting on food in such a slow and disorganized system. I had avoided Chili's for years, but I'm glad I came back and go all the time again. Better management and systems make all the difference. Food quality has gone up also! Great job folks! read more

I'm a fan of the Chili's chain in general, but this one has serious problems. Rude hostess seemed pissed that we walked in for a late lunch while they weren't busy. It took at least 15 minutes to get a waitress - and only after we flagged someone down (I guess the 7 occupied tables were a bit much to handle. Our waitress was nice enough even though she forgot our side order of guacamole (hence the 2, rather than 1, stars). The food was uniformly overcooked. Bathroom was disgusting. Had a great experience here the other night. Had a short wait on a Saturday night but it wasn't bad! Service was ok and the food was fantastic. My husband and I went out to run a couple of errands and we thought we'd stop into chili's. Chili's, we find, is good for apps and drinks. We don't go expecting an amazing culinary experience. The bar is already set very low for this place. We walked in and there were two tables in main part of restaurant and a few at the bar. We waited for the host/hostess/mgr/ anyone to seat us. We waited...... We waited and a server saw us and walked by. We waited and what looked like a manager, saw us and walked on by. After waiting ten minutes, we left. i love chilis and have been going to the one in ramsey for years. my boyfriend and i went to the one in nanuet since it was closer to where we live and it was the worst mistake, one i will never make again. from the second we walked thru the door there was no host to greet us or the two other couples standing there waiting as well. after 6 minutes someone finally came and started seating us. we sat down ordered a drink and waited over 20 minutes just to place our order. the people who got seated after we did already had their food on the table. we received no silverware, no napkins, and only one menu to share. finally after waiting over 20 minutes the waitress came and took our order. we received our appetizer and still had no silver ware. another waiter noticed it and finally brought us some silverware and napkins. when we received our food the chicken was rock hard and discolored. the piece of chicken literally bounced off the table. it was disgusting and still not sign of our waitress. she only came to the table twice in the beginning. she was to busy sitting down with her friend three booths down chatting it up while her friend drank wine. my boyfriend finally got the waiters attention who brought us the silverware and asked if a manager was available and and he responded not really but is there something i can help you with. so we explained to him everything that happened and how our waitress never came to the table and the chicken in the food was rock hard. he apologized and took it off the bill and asked if we wanted free dessert. as he left he went over to the waitress and informed her of our complaints and she never even came to the table to apologize, she just sat back down three booths down to continue her conversation with her friend. the waiter who helped us was super nice, he should of been our initial waiter but the female was the worst. food made me feel sick and i will never ever be coming back here. none of the staff are attentive or even want to bother with you. worst experience of my life and i will not be returning. stay away from this chilis !! don't waste your time or your money! read more

This place is going through a serious change, not sure why, but your best bet is to stay away for a few months. I'm still in shock as to what my friends and I were put through. Most of the issues were staffing related, my food, and one of my friends, were okay. I'm giving a chain restaurant five stars???? Oh dear! But this place deserves it. I've been here a few times and never had a bad experience. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seated if I needed to wait at all (you just gotta make sure you get there just before the peak times). I'm stuffed after every meal. From sandwiches to larger meals, the food is prepared properly and in good portions. I was especially fond with the way my broccoli was made in my last dish, Monterey Chicken. Great service too, it doesn't hurt that you see the same people working there when you go. That's a good sign. Went here for my birthday one time. It was great! The food was awesome and the service was fast and friendly. Never had a problem with anything inside. We had such a great time!
