This place is clean and conveniently located near the highway. We were greated at the door and seated promptly. The waiter was extremely friendly and attentative to us, his name is Cody. He clearly loves his job and truly wanted his guests to have a great experience. Hold on to that guy! The food came out pretty quick and fresh. It tasted delicious! We loved the nashville hot mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders. The cheese pull was very good, just like you see on social media. The tenders were not soggy, but just right. The burger we had was great too, but I forgot the name of it. The french fries were very fresh and crisp. Pricing is reasonable for delicious food. Our server was as good as our food. You can pay right at the table on the little touch screen device. If you're not a member of Chili's, sign up because that little device says you get unlimited chips and salsa on every visit! Great food at a great price! Their "3 for me" menu option is fantastic! Delicious burger + Appetizer + Drink for $10.99! Great deal! (And if you get the chips & salsa for your appetizer, you get endless chips and salsa, but believe me, the initial tub of tortilla chips is plenty for you table and the table next to you. Plenty! It's strange. But I could have sworn I reviewed this place already. I mean, we go here often enough. And I certainly meant to. Though I suppose I never managed to get around to it for whatever reason. Ah, well. Time to correct that....right now. So, it goes without saying that Chili's is nothing new to us. If you've been to one, you've been to them all, in a sense. Only real difference comes down to service and execution of the menu items. That said, my go-to item here is almost always the Mushroom Swiss burger. Sometimes I switch it up with the boneless buffalo wings. We typically only do take-out from here because we're boring old homebodies who try not to spend more cash than necessary whenever possible. In light of such customs, I've come upon a few realizations regarding this particular Chili's. As far as burgers go, you can choose the temperature you want it cooked to. I usually like mine medium with a decent amount of char on the outside. Thing is...unless you order it "no pink", it basically arrives slightly under cooked in the center. I dunno if it's only a thing that occurs when it's ordered as take-out. But now, I just go with the "no pink" option as opposed to "well done" because...yeah, I don't enjoy eating scorched-earth hockey pucks for burgers. Anyways, the execution is sometimes all over the place. One time, I got a burger that was practically falling apart in the middle. Sometimes the fries are under seasoned or over cooked. Other times, it's satisfying as any casual dining chain could possibly be. All in all, it averages out from being mid to acceptable. The staff are responsive enough. When you go to the take-out desk on the side of the building, it may take a few minutes for them to notice you. But the wait is never excruciatingly long or anything like that. I only wish their parking lot entrance wasn't so frickin' narrow. Which reminds me....I really need to start utilizing the road that appears just before the actual entrance and just take that left which immediately leads right into their take-out parking spaces. Overall, it's still legions better than Applebee's. One thing I appreciate is Chili's recent efforts towards honing the quality control of their food by shrinking the menu slightly. Afterall, it's much more difficult to ensure quality of the food if your menu is as huge as Texas (unless, of course, you're The Cheesecake Factory). Anyway, it seems to have paid off. For the most part. They aren't the greatest casual dining experience ever. But they'll do. Chili's in Nashua is worth 3 decently charred Mushroom Swiss burgers out of 5. read more

Chili's is very classy, so...well done and thank you! It has been many years since I have visited a Chili's. In the past, I came for the pizza that has not been on the menu for a while. I had the ribeye with garlic butter mushrooms and the loaded mac and cheese. It was so good.. it makes me wonder why I ever went someplace like Mastro's and paid $85 for a ribeye. I also ordered the Presidente margarita which was basically two margaritas. This was an amazing experience and totally unexpected. This was my Christmas present to myself, and I am completely thrilled that I went all out. The service was exceptional. Went to Chilis for apps on Halloween . Typically I get the potato soup which is 10/10!! There was probably a total of 10 people when I went , and may I say the service was nothing short of average ... ambiance was lackluster.My table was wet and we had 0 napkins or straws . The chips were very stale and broken .Salsa was fine , Queso was 5/10, guacamole was absolutely not good. There is no flavor whatsoever . Needs lime and a lot of salt ......It tasted like plain old avocado . When our waitress came back finally she said we could pay on our tablet and never came back . My, what a change from my last experience. We were met with an engaged and very welcoming staff- despite a short wait (20 minutes on a Friday night is very reasonable for such a busy location), my expectations were set for enjoyment. It's such a nice feeling to be in a restaurant again, a lively, cheerful menagerie of chatter and busyness I hadn't thought to miss until it was afore me. Service was above expectations- timely and friendly, all while training a new server, no less. The ribeye was actually quite surprising- despite being slightly overcooked, the flavor was exceptional. The manager was kind enough to comp it by half- without request. The mushroom jack chicken fajitas were excellent- the presentation both homey and a little exciting at the same time. One note- the bottle of Johnnie Walker Black had az bad cork- no blame, but I'd swap the bottle at your earliest convenience. All in all, an experience I look forward to again. The servers really try. The waitstaff is kind, patient and accommodating, but the cooks just aren't very good. Chili's is not someplace you go to treat yourself. I went to eat there on Tuesday the 15th of June before going to see the new Jurassic World movie. I got there a good bit before twelve thirty. I'd say probably around twelve fifteen maybe? I placed my order for a 6oz steak with two sides, which were some type of smothered mashed potatoes and Spanish rice, complete with an iced tea. The food and drinks did not come until almost twelve forty five. They weren't that busy so the food shouldn't have taken that long. On top of that the food was Luke warm, however I dealt with it because I wanted to just eat and get out of there so I could make the movie I was out at the mall to see. The iced tea had to have almost seven sugars to even be considered tolerable and I had to squeeze the lemons into the glass. That in itself wasn't really an issue but it just compounded things, because I asked for sweet tea. Let's move on to the steak and the appetizers. The steak WAS NOT medium like I asked, and instead pretty well done. The waitress asked how things were I was just like it's fine because I was in a hurry. I'm not one to send food items back. I personally know people who do that and I find it obnoxious. The appetizers were bland. No salt or pepper on the potatoes except for cheese. They were called loaded mashed potatoes and eve though they didn't have bacon bits (my choice because I have a pork allergy), I still thought they would've had other things besides a dash of cheese. The Spanish rise seemed to be nothing more than orange colored rise with flaky pieces or chopped up red bell pepper thrown in there. No spices whatsoever. I'm not sure who convinced them that was Spanish rice, but that sure as hell wasn't it! I'm from Texas so I know what Spanish rice or spicy flavored rice is! At the end of the meal the waitress asked me again how everything was and I admitted the steak wasn't up to par. She told me I should've told her. I told her then I was in a hurry to go see a movie and I was hungry so I don't have time to send items back. I did tip her and in the automatic payment system it asked for comments about my visit. I did state that I wouldn't be back. I ate the day prior at Denny's and had a similar priced steak and it was twice the size of the "flip phone" sized steak that I had just had for less of that cost. They even had the food hot and fresh and the meat was cooked just the way I preferred. I ate again today at Denny's and I had the same waitress there. They cooked my food the same way I liked. Chili's SHOULD take a note from Denny's on how to cook food. Believe me, if Texas Roadhouse had been open early in the day I would've gladly went there over Chili's in a heartbeat! read more

After dining out a lot, especially at different Chili's locations around the northeast, the Chili's in South Nashua is one of my favorite locations. I know it's a chain, but I've gotten very good meals here with very good and attentive service each time. They took my order promptly, offered soda refills, and brought out the food and check in a timely manner. At other Chili's locations (for example Framingham MA and Manchester), the food is generally good too, but the service could be better and more attentive there where I've waited and waited to get my server's attention. Those Chili's Baby Back Ribs are messy, but taste soooo good with the tangy and tender meat falling off the bone. I love the Southwest Egg Rolls and Boneless Buffalo Wings. The Jack Fajitas and a chocolate shake are very good too! oh Chili's, how I love thee!! why can't you be back in the Natick location,* sniff *sniff. I"m the only person I know who likes Chili's, but I don't care! When I"m lucky enough to blackmail someone to go with me, I"m in heaven. PLUS, this location has the chicken enchilada soup! yum! I also love the nacho's which aren't your traditional nacho's, its more like a tostada. I have been going to chili's more than a decade and for the past 10 years I've been ordering the Quesadilla Explosion Salad. This is my absolute favorite! I honestly can say I've never had amazing service at this location but I've never had POOR service. When we arrived the seating at the bar was Covid friendly and I politely asked a couple to scoot over one seat so my friend and I could sit down and have a chair between our two parties. It was very evident the bartender (MABEL) was for some reason upset about this whole new arrangement. She kept rolling her eyes and pretty much ignoring my friend and me. I didn't really think anything of it. But she kept whispering to the female manager on duty. We finally ordered our food and I ordered the salad of course! When i received my salad I started chowing down right away. I noticed my salad was very spicy for some reason and I realized that the cook and finely chopped jalapeños in my salad (this salad for 10 years has never come with jalapeños). And also the receipt shows I DID NOT special order them. LUCKILY I do not have an allergy to spicy food but for someone that did.... things could have ended differently for them. This was not the only thing I encountered. The bartender and the manager decided to sit a gentleman in the barstool right next to me ( when 20 min before they told us NOT to sit next to the other girls ). Clearly they are only following Covid guidelines when it suits them. All in all even after this horrible experience I will still be dining at Chili's but probably not this location. Today I picked up an online order that my boyfriend has ordered for me to pick up after I got out of work. Unfortunately I was held an hour later at work and by the time I got to chili's I was about 1 your and 20 mins late for the pick up. The manager told me that they had thrown out my order because it had gotten soggy and that they were making me a new order as fast as possible. She didn't have me pay for both meals which I would have happily done since it was my own fault for being so late and not canceling the order myself. The Baby Back Ribs jingle has been stuck in my head for the past week so i decided to try their ribs. BOY WERE THOSE RIBS EXCELLENT BEYOND WORDS! The Potatoes & Corn on the Cob were a nice pairing with the ribs. It was nice having a Summer-Like Meal on a cold arctic Winter night. My Tito's Punch & Dr. Pepper quenched my thirst. My dessert was Strawberry Cheesecake and my oh my I've never had better Cheesecake in my life.
