I love meeting with friends at Chili's because the atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. The food tastes great and the variety is sure to satisfy anyone's pallet. Our server, Christina, was so warm and welcoming during our entire dining experience. She had several tables during our visit, but still managed to take care of us as if we were the only one's there. She was genuine and gave us a great time from start to finish. They have some great lunch specials during the weekdays and have 2-for-1 drink specials all day everyday! Be sure to try the crispy chicken tacos or their "World Famous" Baby Back Ribs (my usual favorites)... It is always a great time when we visit this Chili's that it has become our "go-to" restaurant. read more

This Chili's in Oviedo has stepped up it's game lately. Seems like every server has become more customer service oriented and the food has been very consistent and really good. It's my favorite Chili's in the Orlando area. My recommendation for lunch appts or big lunch groups from the office is to order the Bacon Ranch Quesadilla w/ grilled chicken. Great meal but you don't have to lie down on a cot when you get back to the office. Oh, and for 99 cents more they'll add some black beans and rice. Good deal! read more

We've eaten here several times over the last 3 years and it's just gotten worse and worse. Tonight we waited 35 min for a table (which is fine, it is a Friday night), when we were finally seated, our table was dirty and had to be cleaned, one of our kids dropped a crayon on the floor and when we leaned down to pick it up, there was a lot of garbage and food under our table. The wait time for our food was just ridiculous, we didn't order anything that would require 45+min to cook (simple burger, tilapia and 2 kids chickens). Our server was also no very attentive. Asked him to refill my drink, he left, came back 10 min later and asked if I wanted a refill... um, yes! I asked 10 min ago! My husband's order was missing things when it finally came out, as well. The manager was nice and reduced our bill but we would have much preferred better service and paid full price. Like I said, their service has never been excellent, but it's gotten so bad the last few times we've been, we've decided not to return. Luckily, there are some new restaurants popping up in the area so we'll have more choices. read more

First off I want to say is I love Chili's. The food, drinks and atmosphere is amazing. Everything always tastes great and the drinks are delicious. However, I ordered from Chili's take out one day and not only got the complete wrong order which was someone else's order, when I came back inside to pick up what was my actual order (was waiting on the big mouth bites that I didn't get at first, they also took the extra egg rolls that they accidentally gave us which is not ethically allowed to bring back in the kitchen seeing as it went outside of the doors) I saw someone in the back pick up the closest thing to them that were unfinished and very cold burger bites instead of freshly cooking what we had originally had ordered. We would have gladly waited the extra time for it to be remade. I am just very disappointed at my experience with Chili's take out service. read more

I mean... it's Chili's. There are some tasty things there, like their beef fajitas. They do them very well. But it's frustrating to not find any real healthy options. Sure, they have their "Lighter Choice" menu, but most of it has some starch or sugar involved. Not a good option. read more

This Chili's is always busy, and the food quality suffers. Came once and the bar area is first come, first serve. Would it be so hard to regulate that area as well? I came for a few drinks with my mother in law to pick up a to-go order and people would swoop in and literally be so rude to others standing waiting. That could all be alleviated if they had a waiting list like the regular dining areas. In my experience the Margaritas are mainly mixer and very little alcohol. This latest time I ordered a to-go order online and the pickup time given was 7:41pm. I arrived two minutes before that and when I got my food it was cold. After spending $50 on dinner, i'd at least expect it to be warm. I looked at the receipt and the kitchen had it made at 6:53p. So my food was sitting for almost a whole hour before we got it. They should try to stick close to the estimated time. The chicken in my fajitas was undercooked and you could tell they rushed it. I love Chilis but I am almost always disappointed by this location. read more

As a big fan of Chili's for years, I have to say I am not going back to this location any time soon. I've been there twice in the past four months, and both times the service was just utterly disappointing. Once we sat in the dining room and the next time we sat in the bar. On our second visit, the server didn't approach us for several minutes. And then it took almost 10 minutes to get our drinks from the bar. And then our server disappeared for a few minutes more before returning. We ordered fajitas, a chicken dish on the lighter side menu, and two kids' meals among the four of us. We also ordered a guacamole appetizer. The server took several minutes to bring out our chips and salsa, and forgot the guacamole. The chips and salsa are the reason we keep going to Chili's, but this time they were just soggy and greasy and almost rubbery. The server finally brought out the guacamole just two minutes before our meals arrived. When the meals came, all of them were excellent. I was happy my fajitas were sizzling this time, because on my previous visit, they were not. We were all happy with our food, but when we finished eating, we were left to sit and wait and stare at all our dirty dishes for a very long time. We thought the server forgot about us. Finally, he looked over and realized we were waiting on him. He brought the check and didn't remove one plate. Luckily, his co-worker came over and cleared them. It took several more minutes to get my credit card slip to sign. It was just a train wreck. Best way to describe it. Chili's brand is good. The chips and salsa are usually great. Not this time. And bad service to boot left us saying, not again, not anytime soon. Boo. read more

I love Chili's no questions asked. Every time the family wants to go out we always go to here. The service is always excellent. The food comes out hot and fresh and all together. I go here also after a long day of work or just for a date night. My girl friends and I go all the time for girls night also! To say the least i might be a Chili's addict. read more

We went on a Saturday about 7 pm, got sit at 7:30 pm.Ok. Server shows up took the order and then, apparently forgot about us. We order a soup that came to the table half hour later. Three other tables got sited after us and start getting service and dinner first. Then I ask for a manager. Suddenly our meals shows up, half cold. I order fajitas, tostadas, comes up with beans. All dried and horrible presented. It look like the reheated. It looks all dry and old. they still owe me a chicken fajita part of my meal came up 5 minutes later when manager came to the table. I explained all this to the manager lady, she offers a re order but for me was too late and I didn't want to go thru all that again. My family ate (Sirloin stake and Ribeye, with cold fries and grease onion rings) half way. I didn't touch anything and ask to take away. The manager took care of the bill and then we left. I've had good times here and then bad times here . More so bad . The only good service I got was in the afternoon after lunch time but before work got out so no one was really there. First off I had the same server three times in a row (I go to chillis a lot) now that I moved this is the closest one. Anyway the last time I went she pretty much told me I was wrong because I ordered honey CHIPOLTE wings and she said I ordered buffalo so when I said something she got mad and snatched them away . Then she tried charging me for both when i Diddnt order them to begin with . Next , everytime I go in here I feel the atmosphere is so un happy not like the one in winter park. Next I went in a couple weeks ago with a few friends . Our waiter ignored us , was rude, and forgot the majority of things we asked for . My friend ordered a side of rice and beans and she totally forgot to bring them but definitely remembered to add them to the bill , my other friend asked for a warm tea due to her not feeling well and it never came . It just seems so backwards here . we've been eating and we've heard the manager behind us talking to another waiter about how she can't stand another waiter . She acted like I was a burden, I actually pride myself on being the complete opposite. I have been a Chili's consumer for many years and have been in this Chili's before in the past and enjoyed my dining experience. I love their salsa and chips and appetizers and everyone in the family can get something they like due to the wide variety menu. However this Chili's seems to have a management problem. This is the second time in a few months we have had a lousy experience. Last time they had a kitchen problem with staffing and we waited 40 min too long for our food and it was brought at different times so we couldn't eat it together.....Fast forward to last night (Sunday about 6:10pm) We wanted a quiet dinner without cleanup so we could come home and watch a family show. When we arrived the hostess said about 30 min wait....Ok so we get our text on our phone only to find they gave our table away.....no problem they found one pretty quick.....Then we sit for 10min without even anyone saying hello.....I asked my wife....ok we got a seat now are we going to get served? Eventually a very nice girl said she would serve us but it became apparent very quickly that she was overloaded (had what looked to be half the front of the restaurant and a 13 top and our 5 top) and the kitchen problems still exist. It took so long to get our second appetizer (fried cheddar bites) that we had polished off nearly 4 trays of chips and salsa between 5 people. We ordered the food but I should have told the waitress to give us the check right there with the experience we already had......needless to say we took home 5 styrofoam containers. The sad thing is the server who was doing her best will probably make lousy tips due to the horrible management. The whole night I never saw a manager.......not one. It will be a very long time before I step foot in this Chili's again. read more

Apparently Chili's has call ahead seating, which we were not aware of, and we waited an hour while all sorts of people were seated ahead of us. I guess actually showing up to eat doesn't count. That was very frustrating. It was very busy and there were many empty tables- the seating hostess could not tell us why they were not being used. Some stayed empty the entire time we waited to be seated. The food was delicious and the server was good. They have new gadgets on their tables and you can play games while waiting for your meal. My son immediately was intrigued and started playing. What I didn't know, and no one mentioned it to us, is that a notice comes up on the gadget saying you have to pay to play with it. My son blew right past that, as kids will do, and started playing, and we did not know it was costing us money. When we went to pay the bill, there was a charge on it for playing games. Surprise! I felt taken by that- what a gimmick. I am not inclined to return to Chili's ever again. read more

We have been regulars here for 10 years. We loved this place. Especially the chicken fajitas. Over the past year or two, however, we have been very disappointed with the fajitas. The last time we went, I decided I would take it home so I could season it and make it taste good. Sad...... so we haven't been there in a few months. Tonight, we said, "Hey, let's give them another chance. We used to love that place." BAD IDEA. We got drinks, and chips &salsa at the bar, and then we were seated. We sat in our booth for literally 20 MINUTES and no one even acknowledged our existence. Our server must have walked by us 15 times and never said A WORD to us. Meanwhile, tables all around us were getting served. It's like we were invisible. So we left, and I told our "server" why we were leaving on the way out. We went across the street to BJS where we were served right away. I called the Chili's manager, who was very concerned and she has offered me coupons. Which I will take and give away.
