SLOW service. I absolutely will NOT be coming back to this restaurant. Worst Chili's I've been to.

This place is always either hit or miss depending on the night. To go is also this way. Aaron (the guy with dreds) who works the togo section is amazing! He is always kind and and does a great job! But when he's not there you have to find someone to help you out! I tried to ask the bartender for help one time and looked at me like I was crazy. Service was good. Food soso. Ordered the Caribbean salad w shrimp. Was good but very little lettuce and the hard white stuff near the core. Seemed like they were out of lettuce so the equivalent of half of a salad for $12 plus dollars. No use complaining they were busy and I didn't have time to wait for a different one. read more

The food is good but never hot like it used to be when they served steak and fajitas on cast iron serving pans. Disappointing to spend that much money and have the food get cold before you're halfway thru. Tried fajitas from takeout and the shrimp was cold by the time we got to the car. read more

My two kids and I get there at 4:47. The reason why I know this is because right when we sat down, I took a photo of them playing with the table Kiosk and sent a text to my wife. Two table visits later (one from a flamboyantly distant male, and another from a woman who filled the kids drinks (both not our waiter)) and we had placed our order. 51 minutes later, we had not received our food. I stand and call over the manager (and wouldn't you know it before he comes, the inept wait staff cart our food to the table) and tell him that we've been waiting for a long time, infact I say, I have evidence. He starts to spin a yarn, gesticulating wildly with his hands, saying how his kitchen is 'booming' out the food tonight, and apparently he's either coked up, or an imbecile. I show him the error in his thinking by showing him the photo I took when I first sat down. He then says hold on, let me check the computer and see how long the table's been occupied. He comes back and tells me that we've only been there for 31 minutes (I guess when you lie it's better to add on a minute or two; makes it sound official I guess) but then pointed to my PICTURE OF MY KIDS WITH THE FREAKING TIME ON IT and said, Then how do you explain that. Dumb ass couldn't. I hadn't read the other reviews before coming to this horror show, and, I never use Yelp (or hardly ever) but had more than enough time to fumble through my phone to leave a review. But, my God. They all ring so true! It wasn't just me! I feel a bit better and will be using Yelp more often. If you're interested in going to a place where the manager is clearly on his employees side rather than yours (probably worried about losing his 'friends') then by all means, hop on down to this place. (I found a piece of bone in my burger too and didn't say a word. They probably would have drew weapons on me.) I did get 15 dollars worth of coupons though but will be handing them to a homeless person. Not because I hate the homeless, but, because they're probably used to eating shit. read more

We brought a group at 9pm on Saturday. We had to wait (expected) but it was not so bad. The new menu changes really have helped the quality and freshness of the food. Among the group : ancho salmon, chicken strips, fresh guacamole, sirloin (small but tender and well seasoned) , ribs, and burgers. Everyone was happy with entrees. The skillet mashed potatoes were excellent. The fries were cold but probably because we had so many orders they sat too long Overall we will return!!! read more

A couple of girlfriends and i decided last minute after working a really long shift to eat at Chili's around 1030 last night. The host welcomed us and showed us to our seats so politely and yet still was human enough to joke around with us. Our waitress was so kind and made us feel completely at home. We had such a great evening. Thank you Chili's for making day. Wish i caught our waitresses' name. She had black hair in a bun and does her makeup well. Anyways, 5 stars! read more

Went to dinner last night, waited half hour for child's pizza (came out burnt to crisps, child wouldn't eat it, so we requested a new one) waited another 20 minutes to get a cold pizza, with half the pizza having no cheese or sauce on it. Waited another 45 minutes to get adult entrees, I asked for a steak (medium) and got a seared steak (completely raw) I had to bring it home to finish cooking it because we couldn't wait any longer due to child's bedtime). Other adult entree was like eating a soup. Grilled chicken was OK, beans were watery and hard to finish meal. So disappointed. Don't waste your time. read more

We were visiting Palm Beach about two years ago and the food and service was very good. Today, we ordered our dinner to go. No one showed up in the to-go parking area, after about five minutes, so I decided to go in. The dry rub ribs didn't have any dry rub on them and we ordered the guacamole dip but we're given regular salsa. On the bright side, the food was still warm even after the ten minute drive back to the resort. The restaurant is hard to find in the shopping center. It was two years ago and it still was today. We couldn't find a single sign with Chili's on it even though it is beside the TGI Friday, which has several arrows pointing towards it. read more

We eat here often and the service is great. Love the quesadilla explosion salad. Chips and salsa are pretty lame.

Service and teamwork are very poor. Bartender always disappears. Takes forever to even order your first drink even when slow. The only time the bartender tries to make conversation is when it's check time and they want a better tip. The table ordering and checkout machines on the tables have made the servers appear lazy. Last night my family, visiting from Italy, and I decided to go for dinner and the service was beyond bad! Took for ever. We actually had to go hunting for our server for napkins, water and utensils. We finished eating and had to ask 2 servers to find ours to clean up our table! The food was very good though, that's why I gave it 2 stars. read more

If I could put zero stars I would, I used to come here all the time and it was amazing. The food was absolutely disgusting. They charge you almost 15 dollars for a salad that looks like it was just thrown on the plate. The chicken on both the salad and chicken and waffles was just straight breading no meat. The customer service is absolutely scary no one comes by the table. I watched the table next to use look around for almost 35 mins with no server to clean there table or bring them the check. They have these systems on the tables which just seems like pure laziness so no one has to go by the table. The server was nice. But all around what an awful experience super disappointed. read more

The food is what you would normally expect from Chilis. The service, not so much. It is mediocre at best. No real greetings, no genuine care for patrons. Being in the hospitality industry (a manager nonetheless), I expect so much more from a restaurant like this. Especially with so much competition in the area, it seems to me like a focus on service would be a top priority. read more

Worst chilis for service. We went for a 2pm lunch, not crowded but waited forever with no host present for seating. I finally waived down the host, still waited. Service was even slower, water took about 20 minutes. Salad was old and staff were just inattentive and really couldn't care less. I've been to other locations and this one I'll avoid. read more

The food was cold when it arrived after 20 minutes waiting. The flavor of the Mango Chili Chicken was not the same as on previous visits (I order this dish frequently). The rice was dry and over seasoned and the broccoli had yellow patches. The table had not been properly cleaned after bussing and was sticky. Oh Chili's how I never missed u... Lol... We decided to check out Chili's and see if it sucked less then the NY ones we are used to.... Nope ... Same suck factor... I remember when they actually were pretty good... Back in the day... Well upon arrival I must say the host was very friendly ... I commend u for hiring this gentleman... Over all nice guy... Then we are greeted by our oh so sour waitress .... U know the type... Hi how are u ( like I really care) fake smile ... Sizing us up to see if she should be friendly to get a good tip or treat us like she could care less .... She picked the latter... Bad choice on her behalf...we are two young professionals who just wanted a quick bite and also can be very generous with a tip... So...I am always i said always very kind to all I come in contact with ..we.. Ordered n she never brought our food out... Another waiter did... Consumed our oh so not lovely meal... She Didn't comeback to table to check on us... Only until we finished the meal... And just dropped off check.... We waited and waited and she never came back... Thanks to another waiter he offered to charge our card... Spanish gentleman ... Very nice overall cool guy... U should of been our waiter bro ... Instead of Sally sour who's name I will cover to save u the embarrassment .. I used to be a waiter when I was younger ... Greet with a smile ... Check customers few times show concern and show compassion ... Yes being a waiter sucks...at time but there are worse jobs... Make the best of it until u find something better... I always try to remember to treat people as I would want to be treated ... So I give u a negative 5 if I could... Please retrain or weed out those who don't want to be there... The service at this location is absolutely terrible. It was not too crowded when we arrived, so we were seated quickly and they took our order/brought our appetizer fairly quick as well. It seemed like it took FOREVER for our food to come though. My mother had completely finished her drink when the food came, and I was nearly done, but our waitress never brought us refills. We even had our glasses sitting on the end of the table and she, numerous other servers, and the manager all walked by and completely ignored us. I couldn't even finish eating my food because it was too spicy and I had nothing to wash it down with. They never came to ask if we wanted dessert or a to-go box (we all had food left over.) we honestly could have left without paying and nobody would have noticed!! read more

The three stars goes to the server as she was very professional and helpful. I believe her name is Sam. Our food took 45 minutes before we decided to get it to go because we figured we would order and eat within an hour and that did NOT happen. She mentioned the kitchen was behind however that's not my problem when the system isn't working correctly. Maybe they were understaffed in the kitchen but I have managed several restaurants and would always over staff if the forecasting determines a busy night such as a Friday evening. Didn't see a manager in sight nor did I ask for one. I just returned from Atlanta after 8 years and do not remember ever being this disappointed. Not at this chili's. It's gone way down hill. I even had to check my to go order to make sure ll condiments for a quesadilla were included and they were NOT. Couldn't wait to leave and honestly I am not one for freebies but I should've been compensated with a free app or beverage as I would do for a guest in my restaurant for any inconvenience lesser than what i dealt with. All I can say is poor management. And although we loved Sam, you should never tell the guest that the kitchen is way behind because again it's not the guests problem it is the managements problem. Most likely won't return and I hope they improve to where they used to be which is fast service along with using the proper tactics needs for issues like this in hospitality. read more

It really kills me to have to update my review and give them a bad rating but my latest experience was just that bad that I'm sorry, I have to. First of all, I don't eat meat or dairy so I always get my meals meat and dairy free. I ordered a salad with no cheese or ranch and no meat and waited 30mins, for my food and it was covered in cheese. I politely asked the waiter who brought it out to take it back because it had cheese on it and I can't have cheese. He literally scoffed and LAUGHED. I was baffled. Like, why are you laughing? After that, I was really worried because this man laughed like he was going to spit in my food or worse. So the guy brings it back and sarcastically apologized for putting cheese on my salad. They literally had just picked the cheese off it instead of starting fresh, there were still little pieces of cheese in it. It was a salad with pick de Gallo, corn salsa, and avocado. It's not that hard to remake. The dressing looked really weird so I couldn't eat it, plus they took everything off my salad except the lettuce and tomato. So, wow. Thanks for the lettuce and tomato? Also, there were a lot of other tables available and they sat us at a tiny table right next to a party of 20+ people. They could have seated us in many other places. This table was insanely loud. Everyone was drinking. They were literally screaming for the entire time, I couldn't hear anything my fiancé was saying and now I have a headache. Also, we only saw the waitress twice. Once when ordering our food, and once when she checked on us. No refills. She didn't even fix the mistake on my food, the waiter who brought out the food did. Maybe had he not been the one to bring the food, this never would have happened. So, I blame both people. I'm really disappointed and I won't be returning. Thanks for ruining my dinner. Our most recent visit was a nice one for the most part. Other than the waitress being forgetful o some items we enjoyed the meal.

My wife and I went to Chili's for our Anniversary on 11/04/14, there was no wait time. We were seated immediately, the server arrived at our table as soon as we were seated. The food came out on time, our steaks were cooked perfectly. The food was excellent and so were the drinks. They even have a miniature kiosk at the table with different activities on it to keep you busy until your food arrives. We will return soon read more

We order from Chili's through Doorstep Delivery and have always had a very nice experience. The food is really good. I have had the ribs which are to die for. The have different kind of barbecue sauces you can choose for your ribs and all of them are good. They fall off the bone. Another good choice is the Cajun Chicken pasta although they could put a little extra sauce on the pasta . Their burgers are also very tasty. They are juice but not bloody. Recently we had an issue where we ordered from Chili's and the driver from Doorstep Delivery came and picked up the food but never showed up to our house. Even though it was not Chili's fault but the delivery company, the manager Brett jumped to our rescue and offered us food. I thought that was so nice. Not many restaurants would go that extra mile to make their customers happy. We will definitely continue using Doorstep Delivery so we can get our Chili read more
