The fries are so clumped together with cheese I can't even eat them. The burger and bun are burnt.

Love Chili's! Great service, can't ever gone wrong with a tripple dipper, and the vibes are immaculate! Food prices are always a fair deal as well. Definitely worth being a rewards member (free to sign up, just need to give your email) because you get free chips and salsa every time you go as well.

Had to go and try the triple dipper and presidente marg before going across the mall to the cinema to see Wicked. We sat at the bar- there was actually a wait for a table so keep that in mind if you are in a time crunch. The fried mozzarella was our favorite of the trio. The ambiance was your typical Chili's with TV's around and good people.

Chili's is a casual restaurant chain that serves foods such as salads, chilis, soups, wings, fajitas, quesadillas, burgers, chicken sandwiches, chicken tenders, steaks, ribs, and pastas. Most of the foods on the menu contain many calories and grams of fat, but a few healthier options are available. Prices are moderate. My husband was craving Chili's foods, so he ordered food for take-out. The employees prepared the food on time for the pickup. My Santa Fe Salad contained fresh lettuce, pico, cilantro, tortilla strips, and chicken. I did not notice any avocado in it. Sauces were in separate containers on the side. My husband enjoyed his Chicken Fajita as well as his Crispy Chicken Crispers. For sides, he chose white-cheddar mac and cheese and French fries, and they tasted very good as well.

I can only speak for this location because experiences vary with national chain restaurants. This location resembles all locations inside and out. Containing the uniform ambiance created by corporate. The service immediately wiped away the uniform feel of other locations. We were sat immediately and our server was extremely attentive and provided excellent service. I ordered the Bacon Rancher Burger and it didn't disappoint. The burger has two beef patties, bacon, American cheese, sautéed onions, pickles and housemade ranch. The burger was cooked to order. The size of the burger would satisfy even those with a large appetite. There was no shortage of bacon but still not enough to not overwhelm your taste. I opted for fries as my side. A normal serving size of seasoned fries filled the plate. I would return to this location again.

The service was to bad but the food was pretty good even tho it's been awhile since I been at a Chili's my experience was great this time around from the people, the service and the environment was all good vibes so thumbs up from me I will definitely be returning for The Ultimate Smokehouse Combo Platter and that Mushroom Swiss Burger both gets a thumbs up from me.

We have been putting off this less than stellar review for some time. A friend and I try to come to monthly to get the new $6 marg flavor, which is always delicious, and continue to have horrible service, no matter the day of the week, time of day, or volume of patrons. Today was a Thursday at around 6 pm, and we waited 30 minutes to get sat, and did not get served our main entree for over an hour after we arrived in the restaurant. Attached are photos of the chilis- as you can see there are about 15+ empty tables, yet no one was being seated and the wait list was 12-15 parties long. So much so, that families with children were sitting at empty booths while still on the waitlist, and elderly couples were having chairs from the empty tables pulled up for them. The restaurant continued to be largely empty throughout our experience, and the experience took 2 hours in and out. The table next to us had found a hair in her food and the server made a HUGE deal of how disgusting it was, even though the party was not trying to make a huge deal, and continued to say the issue was being worked on by the manager, with no known rectification. A server at the bar, who we have also received less than stellar service from before, realized that a beer she had poured for a table was sitting out so long it had gone flat, and we watched her stir the beer rapidly to mimic a fresh pour rather than pour a fresh beer and accept her wrong doing. Overall, if you can avoid this chilis and find another location, you'll probably have a better experience. Our server was very attentive and you could tell that he was disappointed and anxious about the situation in the kitchen and overall restaurant that was out of his control, but I cannot say the same for his co workers. The lemon drop marg is the only reason this has 2 instead of 1 star.

My friend recommended the black bean dip, and it was quite good. I'm a guac/salsa & chips girl, but this was a nice change. It was flavorful and had a nice smoky kick from chipotle. Sadly, this is another Mexican place that has eliminated the free chips & salsa. For my entree - a Mad Mex bowl with shrimp. The grilled corn was a great addition. The faro was a bit thick with the other items, but the grilled peppers & onion, with fresh cherry tomatoes, avocado, and shrimp were really good. I did ask a server for some salsa, and she brought a small ramekin of this *fabulous* pineapple habanero salsa that she said was her fave, and I quickly saw why. Excellent stuff - the pineapple really sings with a zip of citrus & heat. Yum! My friend got his usual - the crispy Baja tacos. The 3 tacos were crammed with cornmeal breaded & fried tilapia, slaw, avocado, cilantro, and topped with a zingy chipotle aioli. The only negative to me was the flour tortillas; I'm a corn tortilla girl. That dish came with rice o & beans. It was a TON of food. We each ended up taking food home. It was a nice lunch. Service was ok. Next time I come, I'll either try their signature burrito or - my friend's sister's fave: the wings (at a Mexican joint?!?). My friend - who has been coming for years - thought the prices had gone up on the menu. Almost $18 for *tilapia* fish tacos is definitely a bit much. Still, I would try it again. Love the decor inside. The place is huge. Great for big parties.

Why did you have to "improve" the burritos, Mad Mex?…read more The old spicy chicken burrito was perfect. It was dependable, comforting, and exactly what I wanted when I didn't feel like cooking but also didn't want disappointment wrapped in a tortilla. Now we've traded actual chicken breast for chopped chicken thighs, and somehow I'm supposed to pretend it's the same thing? It's not. Different texture, different taste, different experience entirely. The old burrito was a warm hug. The new one feels like someone saying "best we can do." And yes, I know the menu is massive and endlessly customizable. But sometimes people don't want innovation. Sometimes they just want the thing they've been ordering for years without it getting "updated." At the very least, give customers the option to substitute chicken breast for the thighs. Everybody wins: the thigh enthusiasts stay happy, and the rest of us can reunite with the burrito we've been missing. The service is always spot on and the atmosphere is great...now to figure out what my new "old standby" order will be. Decisions.....decisions!

These tacos are made Mexican style, meaning it comes with onions and cilantro with lime on the side. It also came with a side of grilled onions and potatoes. The potatoes were too soft in my opinion. The best one had to be the al pastor because it wasn't dry and had lots of flavor. I opted for the red morita spicy sauce, and trust it actually has spice and kick to it. The tacos are double layered, which is nice. Decent meal for a Tuesday dinner, their menu is pretty basic for a taco place. For instance, their only dessert is churros with chocolate sauce.

It's 2026, everyone can do tacos these days. If you can't accept that, you can't accept America as the melting pot it is. Land of the umarginalized kinda marginalized... still marginals, but less so. Huh? Whatever. Onto the food and reasoning for myself wandering the shockingly perky streets of Pittsburgh. In no way do I assert that the people of Pittsburgh are percilicious. In fact the opposite. I simply mean I'm shocked by how many restaurants and bars there are down the two lanes of street in the entire city. I shan't disclose too much of myself or my doings but I had some business to attend to. Notice I did not say to take care of. Because I wasn't there for that. In fact, I shouldn't even have been there. I was, in a sense, brought to entertain. There is no shame to it, I will call it as it is. A corporate dummy sent to use his striking swagger and suave to keep others content as they do dealings of mediocrity. Fine by me. You know what else was fine by me? These tacos. Got a variety of them. All were actually really good. Taco shells were actually texturable and the creations were not overwhelming or insistent - yet they were different enough and worked well in complimentary and contrasting ways. What was more fantastic is I sat in silence the entire time as the four attending with me - of whom I'd not call colleagues or acquaintances - more so, people I share in work with; As they gossiped until their tongues fell out of their mouth. Luckily, I was not tasked with the "project" of picking them up off the ground. Instead I hit back a light Corona in order to fit in to the atmosphere and fit in to my role as a collaborator. See you later? Probably not. My days in Pittsburgh will always be minimal, but if you're in the area would definitely stop in. You'll have a pleasant time and a tasty meal.
