YOU CAN NEVER PLEASE EVERYONE. I've noticed that the people leaving bad review's on Yelp have a habit of doing so. Wanabee critic's IMO. I've been to this Chili's about ten times over my three years in the area. It's my go to before an event at the Toyota center. They were all good experience's with the food and staff. Cleanliness does not seem to be an issue either. I was just went there before the monster truck show last weekend and they were very busy at 5pm. No issues at all. My fajita's were very good and my wife had the ribs which she liked too. So to the "critic's" leaving all of the bad and one star reviews, I hope you're proud of yourselves for trying to hurt these businesses. I don't think it's working out though so get a life. And like Mamma said, If you don't have anything to say nice you shouldn't say it at all. Unless you're actually a paid critic! Once in a lifetime experience - just finished a day at Lynx Lake Cayaking Around the Lake for a couple hours meeting great people watching a bald eagle fly over and enjoying great homemade German food at the lynx lake lodge and thought I'd stop at Chili's to try the new smokehouse barbecue special oh my gosh two half racks of ribs with two different sauces both fantastic jalapeño sausage corn on the cob and a steamed pickle a baked cheese bread and a basket of fries take a look at the picture it was 3 and a half meals ate until full at chili's and took the leftovers home and ate 2 full meals from the leftovers - 8 5 to 9 rating for everything at under $20 sounds crazy wait until you see the attached pic lady walks by and says that smells awesome is it as good as it smells I said sit down and try it which she did see pic 2 so food value 9.5 but that's not the best part - waiters name was Jonah I asked him like the story of the whale and he breaks out in one of the greatest outbursts of joy and happiness that over ever seen uncontrollable joy that brought smiles of joy from the manager James Wilson and the near by waiter Daniel - want to see unbridled joy of a waiter in a restaurant that gets the importance of culture and appreciating employees see pic of manager admiring waiter - two other ladies at a nearby table joined to see what the excitement was about - Jonah engaged with us several times asking if the meal was hot if the ribs were tender which of the two sauces we preferred - and could not have conveyed a more genuine interest - absolutely could not imagine ever having another dining experience like it - if it weren't for the attached pictures I wouldn't believe it either - lynx lake canoeing and chili's with Noah likely an afternoon you'll be yelping like I am read more

I have long ago blacklisted this company! I'd give a negative score if possible. They have long surpassed customer service in their arrogance for the "f" you- self serving ordering and payment. I must say I again am not sure why the stars are so low here. I have never ran into any issues with this establishment, ESPECIALLY in terms of other restaurants in the area...I mean has anyone been to the Red Robin by the mall, wow talk about bad experiences. So the quality of food is great, service is always awesome it seems, we actually have three little ones and have started using the carry out option to make life easier and even that tends to be quite a breeze. Food was good, but service not so much. She pretty much disappeared after serving us our food, and even when it was time to pay we had to get up and go find somebody so we could leave. This is the worst chilis I have ever been in. Our last visit was 11.21.18 and it will be our last visit ever. We came in about 4pm and the place was nearly empty. There was a body odor smell that permeated the entire room. There were more servers in the kitchen area eating and drinking than were working the floor, all looking fresh out of rehab. We placed our drink order and ordered chips, salsa and food at the same time. The only time we saw the server was when she dropped off an incorrect drink order. 40 minutes later we paid for the drinks and left. No chips, no food. read more

I'll start on a positive note: the servers were awesome, we went in last night, a Friday night, it was busy so a 30 minute wait was understandable, props to the staff for staying friendly. The problem was the food, ordered iced tea and the clear plastic cups were covered in hard water spots, it's just not appetizing drinking from a mug that looks dirty. We did ask our waitress to please give us new ones and she had no problem doing it, she was understanding. Appetizers were good, we had the fried pickles, boneless wings and the egg rolls, all were tasty. I ordered the southwest shrimp cesar salad, as soon as the plate arrived, I could smell the shrimp, it wasn't a fresh smell, I realize they're probably frozen but they smelled too strong, I did have a few but soon stopped, the lettuce in the salad tasted like tap water also. My companion had a burger, it looked delicious but unfortunately wasn't cooked correctly, it had sausage and bacon and it tasted stale, probably was old meat that should have been discarded. We left most of our food on our plate. I think this particular location is good for appetizers and alcoholic drinks, but they really do need to do something about the cooks. Soon after I felt stomach discomfort which gave me problems during the evening, but fortunately it has cleared up this morning. Overall, I really like the servers, the appetizers and drinks, I just won't be going again for dinner. I'm sure a positive change is possible. read more

Our recent visits to this Chili's have us concerned, as their plastic drinking mugs looked dirty and stained. We even saw lipstick marks on our mug. We have noticed the silverware should look cleaner also, we were nervous about continuing with our meals. We do not plan to go back until they fix these problems. read more

If I could give this a negative 10 stars I would. First the waitress never told us her name, she had an attitude immediately and acted like she couldn't be bothered. She refilled an iced tea once and she had to be 'waved' down to refill the other drinks. When we got the appetizer the plates that came with it were FILTHY (they had cheese and spinach and tomato slathered between them) Come in Chilis, rinse your dishes before you put them in the dishwasher. We waited a good amount of time for two of three entrées to come out, and one steak wasn't cooked how it was ordered. When the entrées came out the waitress had a 'bitchy' attitude about how the sides weren't part of the 2 for 20. When it was brought up to her that every other time they did, she said 'management' told her it wasn't but it would be taken care of, then the 'manager' came running over and started an argument about how it didn't saying the menu(it says full size entree). We explained we understood this but the menu still said one thing. The 'manager' started raising her voice and yelling at us about 'insulting' her and her staff. Guess what Chilis you insulted long time customers. We were also told we were not allowed back in, we did nothing wrong, the staff that worked here tonight were rude and terrible. This 'manager' needs to have some retraining on what it means to work in customer service, she clearly doesn't know how to treat a customer. The health department should come in and take a look at the cleanliness of the restraint as well, there was old food wedged in the booth, which we noticed as we were grabbing purses to leave. If the front of house looks like this and how the dirty plates looked, how does the kitchen or bar look???? Mike Melbourne needs to look into hiring a new 'manager' or shift leader or cook or whatever she does there, this Lori or Laura... She purposely said her name fast and loud so we could catch it because she knows she screwed up tonight in many levels. We were not rude until the staff was rude to us. I should have read the reviews before we stopped here, but I thought it would be fine because it is a Chili's, right? No. Like others mentioned, it was slow. For a couple of burgers and some kids meals we were there for an hour and a half-- no appetizers, we ordered right away. The food was decent (although my wife says not to order the turkey burger), but the general attitude of the service staff is pretty rude. Our server was nice enough, but others around the restaurant (we had plenty of time for bathroom trips and such) seemed mean and always made me and my kids step aside to allow them to walk through first (just the opposite of pretty much every restaurant I have ever been in). Just recently went here a couple days ago, ever since then, things haven't been good. I ended up with food poisoning. Reheated my leftover steak, potatoes, and broccoli the night prior, and the next morning, I became very sick. The steak and everything else was completely cooked, but I'm thinking the cause could be cross-contamination. I do not trust this place any longer, nor do I like the food that much in general. The food is similar in quality to Applebee's, like they just reheat frozen meals and say it's "cooked". Do NOT go here. Pretty bad. Not only did it take more than 45 mins to order and receive our food, the only one of five plates that came out right was the kids grilled cheese. One medium steak was raw and the other was well done. Nothing looked appetizing like the photos. Manager was less than concerned. Needless to say we did not eat the food since so much was wrong. Poor management, no customer service and did I say, POOR MANAGEMENT?!? We had an issue with our check because of a coupon. When we tried to rectify the issue with Rebecca, the "manager", she refused to be reasonable about it and would NOT except our valid coupon. She was blatantly rude and she made us feel unwelcome and unappreciated. She had a nasty attitude and she was completely unprofessional. Rebecca is an absolute ogre and a horrible manager. I hate having to complain about my food and it really worries me having to send it back. First I received food I didn't order, next the steak was rarer than rare, after that it looked the same. Finally the same piece of meat I sent back three times was served to me again. At that point I was too nervous to send it back. I had a manager apologize but was never offered my meal for free or even discounted. To add insult to injury the waiter asked me to give him 5 stars on a survey because they were having a contest where the winner would get a payed day off. Do not get to go from here. Came out late, was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while. The texas fries were a cold solid mass that couldnt be heated up Because it was on tin foil. My order of onion rings consisted of 2 onion rings, and I paid extra for them. My husband's smoke house combo had 3 chicken tenders. Seasoning/butter on the street corn was thrown into the tinfoil and not on the corn. Overall super disappointing. I wish I could take my tip back. read more
