This used to be a really great location, but quality has definitely gone down in the last few years. We go often and some of the bartenders and servers are still great! Virgina, Chris, and Jax are all amazing and we continue to go back for them. However, we dined in the bar yesterday and it was just a subpar experience. My mother had a drink at the bar, which was good, before going to a bar table. The server gave her attitude and kept questioning if people were going to "really" be meeting her here. My mother was alone, but she wasn't trying to take a 6 top, it was a four seater booth and the lounge was half empty. When we joined my mother, the server was not in much better of a mood, and it didn't seem to improve the entire time we were there. My husband's steak was practically raw. I ordered a fresh mex bowl with no pico, as I have a contact allergy. Imagine my surprise when my mouth started burning and tingling because there was pico in my bowl. We eat at Chili's on a regular basis. Normally they're consitent with food and service. Today the service was good but the food was mediocre. I ordered a ribeye steak. First they were out of broccoli. Okay. I ordered a salad in it's place. I also get free chips and dip, so we ordered that also. When I got my steak it had a lot of fat in it. I rarely send food back but this wasn't acceptable. It went back. I asked for sour cream for my potatoes. I was told it would be a $1. Fine. They brought out about a teaspoon size serving of sour cream. Really? ImentionedthatIdidn'tgetbroccoli. Iwasstillcharged. They also brought me a sirloin steak to replace the ribeye. They adjusted the price. It was so so. I guess I'll stick to burgers at Chili's. When I got the bill it was higher than I expected. They forgot to take off the $8 for the chips and charged me full price for the salad and the $1 for sour cream. I hit the 20% for the tip. Then I looked at it. My bill was $42.85. They figured a 20% tip was $16.75. Oh hell no. I called my server over and pointed this out to her. I got the feeling she was embarrassed by it but not sure it wasn't because they got caught. I told her that was the same as stealing and I hate being stolen from. I told her I wasn't blaming her but it was bullshit. She took the tip off and I just gave her a cash tip. I should have taken a picture of the receipt but it was on the thing on the table and I was so pissed off I forgot. I wonder how many people just pay the higher bill without looking at the tip. I'm going to contact corporate about this. They better do something. I'm going to tell everyone to look at the tip on the receipt to make sure they aren't over charged. read more

Never order from Chilis in redlands from any delivery service. I've had enough. We use to order from them all the time but not anymore. We are tired of not receiving our full order and having to receive a refund for missing food. Chilis you need to do a way better job and care about your delivery customers. However, I can see way you don't care because people won't complain about not receiving there food. read more

Place is great to watch the dodgers in the bar area. Staff is friendly. Food is what it is.. ok bar food. Nothing special but decent if you're watching the game and having a nice crispy beer. The last few times I've been here, they've been out of ulta and well tequila. read more

Our waitress was amazing. She was very helpful and attentive. We got a refill without even asking. So nice. Our food was also pretty good. We order veggie burger with fries, chicken sandwich, a full stack of pork ribs with fries and half stack with some Mac and cheese and fries. We also got some corn chips and salsa, with guacamole. Food was very tasty. Our tummies were very satisfied and our taste buds very happy. We ordered some strawberry lemonade. It is always very delicious. You can actually taste the strawberry. my first time at chili's and it didn't disappoint! i came on a wednesday night around 7pm and we were immediately sat in a small booth. my friend and i decided to order the triple dipper (with the big mouth bites, honey chipotle chicken crispers, and honey chipotle mozz), chicken nachos (i forgot the full name), and arctic drift frozen margs. everything was a 10/10. the triple dipper has so much flavor. i understand the hype! the nachos were delicious and the chips were on the thinner side, but they were crunchy. i'm not much of an alcohol person, but the arctic drift was refreshing and tasty. our server was attentive and kind. for a wednesday night, the vibes were perfect. i will definitely return :) read more

My friends and I were waiting about 20 min to be seated (we were on their waiting list), then the rude heavy set manager woman came up to me and said they could not allow my small dog inside even though she is a service dog and was in her carrier. She was extremely rude and a smart ass about it. I have taken my dog there with me before in her carrier and they never cared or told me to leave. This lady was a complete B and treated her employees like they were children. I'll never go back there again and neither will my friends. Lapse in communication for a phoned in to-go order. I called to place a to go order for a couple kids meals. When I called and ordered them I asked if they had mandarin oranges for the sides, employee told me yes. Ordering was easy peasy. Gave my name and number and we were done. Went to pickup and I noticed applesauce. So she tells me she got notified that they don't have mandarin oranges anymore and hope that applesauce was ok. Ok, I get it menu items change. The issue is y'all had my name and number and my food was already waiting when I arrived. Why couldn't you guys call me to ask me what side I wanted for the meals instead of assuming so that when I got there I wasn't disappointed and my new chosen side would've been already ready. It's chilis. You got a quick bite... and may I suggest sticking to their dinner for two type things. Anything else on the menu is overpriced and not ordered as much so it's a hit and miss. She opened the door for me with a smile . I wanted a booth and she made that happen ... Ok haven't been to chilis in forever. I got a gift card for graduation gift and decided to check it out. Upon arrival we were able to add to the waitlist and it was cool to see where we stood. It only took about 25 minutes to get seated and it was pretty busy for a Saturday night. Natalia Waited on us and she was very attentive. We signed up for free chips and salsa, but sadly the salsa tasted like ketchup... Chips were ok. We tried the oh so popular triple dipper, and got the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks, Southwest egg rolls and honey chicken crispers. As expected nothing was "delicious". Alex's burger was spicy as hell but pretty good. The full rack of ribs was cut in half and it seemed like a few ribs might've been missing. They were also extremely cold. I was shocked when the bill came as it was over $80 for three people. As I mentioned in all my reviews, food is just so expensive and unfortunately not exceptional. My husband and I took our nieces and nephew here for dinner yesterday. Our server was absolutely amazing !! She was definitely on top of everything, and the food was good. Only reason it's getting 3 stars is because of the tipping system it has. Our bill total was $114.55, a 20% tip on that should be $22.91. Chili's has it set to $49.21, more than DOUBLE what 20% actually is. It's sad because the employees have nothing to do with it, yet they'll be the ones paying for it when people stop tipping or coming here all together because of corporate greed. Definitely can't come back until this is fixed, and let this be a reminder to always pay attention! If they can pull one over on you, you better believe they will. read more

Chili's In Redlands, CA. Check-in for DINNER At 5:00 PM on a Saturday Evening. The hostess was ready to to seat in the BAR for dinner but asked for a booth in the Dining Room, The Hostess (who was Inhospitable) said, there was a 30 minute wait. I could see there were several empty booths for a Saturday, I could see from the check-in there was a empty booth that only seats two, I asked if we could sit there and she replies, it's reserved. We sit in the waiting area for about 50 minutes to an Hour and the booth remains empty the entire time we sat. At 6:10 pm a couple walks in and is seated in that booth. 6:10 pm We waited another 10 minutes without even a look at us from the hostess, we got up and exited Chili's and drove over to in and out it's fast and inviting anytime... This "Establishment Restaurant" Open To The General Public I saw on TV Chili's made "Big Changes." Went here for the first time and witnessed a few hygiene violations. I was seated in a booth where I can look into the kitchen and witnessed the guy flipping the tortillas flipping them with out gloves, he dropped the wrapper on the floor picked it up and continued flipping the tortillas, he also ran his bare hands through his hair and continued handling the food without washing his hands. I Also witness a waitress drop silverware on the floor and picked it up and put it back with the "clean" silverware. That definitely can lead to foodborne illness. read more

I came in recently today and had a really disappointing experience with the host, Natalia. From the moment we walked in, her attitude was completely unprofessional. She acted like helping us was an inconvenience, didn't greet us properly, and was very short and dismissive when we asked about wait times. It honestly set a bad tone for the whole visit. I've always enjoyed Chili's and the food is usually great, but customer service like that really ruins the experience.
