The biggest thing I like about this is their customer service! My refills never go empty! They usually have all their TVs on, usually on a sport. Sometimes there isn't a sport at that time like 9pm on a Saturday so you get the WNBA... But it's better than nothing. Everyone is usually smiling, the customers and staff. They have good deals and the food tastes good too. Having said that, if you have 4-5 refills like me, in my number scale it's a 10. In other words about 10 minutes after finishing your meal you're going to need to go to the restroom and it's going to be a little runny. If you're going a little further than 10 minutes after, make a pitstop before leaving, don't worry the restrooms are usual clean even at 9pm. read more

I've been to this chain many times and have always had good service. Not much to complain about. But nothing to rave about either. I always get the $10 special or the 2 for $25. It's a great deal! The server this time was pretty good and was great with drink refills My biggest complaint about the visit is that the chicken enchilada soup was pretty salty. We enjoyed that we got a table as soon as we walked in, it was in the bar area but it beat waiting one hour. I've been to this location many times and I really think I won't be coming back for a long time. For a few years now the service has not been the greatest. Lately it's been due to being short staffed, but my experience the past few years is they never come check to see if you need refills or anything else. They must have new kitchen staff because 2 weeks ago I came here and they forgot my street corn and my sons curly fries, and last night we ordered Chili and White Mac & Cheese which they didn't bother to tell us they were out and didn't tell us until we told someone that we were missing items. There is a definite miscommunication between the kitchen staff and servers. So I was up charged for the chili and never got a second side. On the upside their Patron Presidente Margarita was really good and the restaurant was clean, at least the dining area was, last week the bathroom was not so great. I came to Chili's for lunch around 1pm and it was good! I ordered my usual Santa Fe Salad (dressing on the side), however I finished half and brought the rest home. Two hours later I decided to finish my salad, took a few bites and noticed a bolt in my food. Thank God I didn't take a bite out of that. I called Chili's to let them know what was in my food, perhaps they need to inspect and tighten every nut and bolt in the restaurant so this doesn't happen again. Try harder with hiring Chilis. Dining out has gotten way too expensive for the experience we had. Service was horrible. There was hardly anyone in the restaurant and my friend and myself still had horrible service. Sat in the lounge with only 1 person at the bar. Ordered the chips and queso and they forgot to bring the queso out. After 20 minutes we mentioned it to our server/bartender that we had to "flag down" from 10 feet away because she was busy in her phone the whole visit and she said they were still making it? Huh? From a frozen bag? It appeared on our table miraculously minutes later and was cold with a film settled on it. No drink refills without again flagging our server down. Diane and I had a pleasant meal here late at night. I received complimentary Guac, real spicy salsa, and very light and warm Tortilla Chips pursuant to a dining incentive coupon I had received online from the corporation. The guacamole, with chopped tomatoes and grilled corn, was spicy, cold but not creamy, and very good. I followed this with excellent Terlinga Chili that was heat hot after stirring. Accompanying my entree of Country Fried Steak were gravy-laden Mashed Potatoes, real sweet Corn on the Cob, and heavily buttered Garlic Bread. All on my plate was pretty salty--even a tough piece of meat. The rest of the Country Fried Steak was suitably tender and tasty. Service was very good amid a loud party ambiance. I miss my strawberry salad so much and I'm wishing for the staff to bring it back again

My husband and I walked in and were almost immediately greeted lol, the host had been turned around as we walked in, but greeted us as soon as he seen us. We were told it would be a 10 minute wait for just the both of us, it was a Wednesday night and I was hungry, ha so I wasn't too happy. However, after only about 2 minutes we were seated! :) Our server was cleaning the area as our host sat us down, I appreciate the fact that she cleaned our area so we wouldn't have to deal with the messy floor. It did end up being busy for the restaurant that night, there were a lot of large party tables, including a large birthday party behind us. Despite being busy, I would like to say that the service was good, the food was great! I've always been a fan of Chili's whether its the one in SB or here in Redlands. But there is a difference between the two and that in service and food. Obviously I only come to this one because it's down the street and closest to my work, so when my sister is in the area and she wants to eat there, this is the one we go to. While other people have complained about this place, I really can't remember a time where I've had to wait a long time for my food, unless it was extremely busy. When I say extremely busy I mean having to wait at least 30-40 minutes to get table (in which I've only done once.) For the most part the cooks here aren't bad and neither are the servers. There are some that are questionable, but that's only because my friend used to work here and tell me how much drama they are. This last time I went here I ordered their shrimp with cheesy fries because those are addicting to eat, even at this location. The sauce with the shrimp is really good, so try it if you decide to come in. The waitress was really nice and honest, she did attend to us in a timely manner, she did forget my sourcream but apologized and brought some. She was really nice. My sister likes the chili here, she couldn't finish it either. I like the molton lava cake, its really good. Although when I did get it to go one time, I opened it when I got home and the cake was frozen. It's nice to know that all they do is pop this in the microwave or something when someone orders it. read more

I don't understand the low reviews, keep your expectations low and you won't get disappointed. I can't say I have had a bad time at this location, and if anything, it's more reliable than the Hospitality Lane store. The food is consistent, which is nice, and the new pay at your table option is cool. The printer jammed on our table, but we applied a free appetizer coupon and gift card with a modest balance with no hassles. We've been to this location a few times and it's usually pretty good. However, tonight we arrived and granted our group was 8 people so the wait was 1-1.5 hrs. But, the hostess never even offered alternative seating even though there was ample seating in the bar area. I'm sure they were overwhelmed as it was busy. But, she still had an attitude and seemed like she was doing the whole "Quiet Quitting" thing.
