I've gone to plenty of Chili's restaurants and am a big fan of the boneless wings and chicken tortilla soup. With many other restaurants options in close proximity, I encouraged my partner to join me in dining here on a Sunday evening. Even though the restaurant was still open, we thought it would be easier to be sat in the bar area considering we still had 40 minutes to order and finish our food in a timely considerate manner. Upon walking in and being told to casually seat ourselves, the lack of cleanliness from tables that appear to have been abandoned led us to a cornered table. (Drinks spilt on the floor with no cautionary sign to prevent slipping, tables that hadn't been wiped off). We ordered drinks from the bar menu and were looking to do a couple of the $3 well drinks, we opted for well tequila. We are told they are out of well tequila. We decided on well whiskey, whelp.. they were out of that too.. We then ordered our food.. buffalo boneless for myself. And the chicken tortilla soup.. well guess what, they were out of the chicken tortilla soup as well! What a joke at this point.. The wings come out, dry as a bone.. no buffalo sauce?? My partner had gotten traditional wings. He asked for blue cheese.. the food runner, said we are out of that and didn't even suggest another dipping substitute.. At this point, we were so underwhelmed and disappointed in our experience with the choice to come to this location... We ask for our receipt, and upon looking at it, realize we have been charged more than what we ordered.. Our waiter, who was the bartender, when I asked to just understand what the charges were, defensively said he already knew he had charged extra and forgot to get his manager to take it off. No apologies whatsoever, just extremely annoyed. He came back with the receipt adjusted. My partner then went to ask where the portion to sign the document to tip was (since he only brought back the merchant copy) but was rudely interrupted with it being the "right copy" now implying that we should no longer be complying so why are we still talking?.. My partner had to interject and say ,"Yes, I know this is the right copy, but where is the copy I sign?" I mean, doesn't this guy want a tip, and doesn't this establishment require a signature for a credit card payment or? Everything was wrong here, and we would have gladly spent more. I looked up this location using the yelp app prior and can now personally sympathize and attest to the accuracy of its low ratings. read more

We love Chili's and we used to go every week, however when we moved to Saint George we found if we wanted a good experience we needed to not even try to dine in. The to go team seems much more on top of it and we have great service that way. We tried dining in three times and each time they got our order wrong and took over half an hour to get any appetizers or food. read more

Came in with a party of 8. Seven out of eight meals came out cold and tasted terrible. We were served chips and salsa and the chips were a basket full of tiny little crumbs the size of my pinky nail. My cousin literally asked the waitress if she could please microwave his pasta for him. The waitress would walk by our table and completely ignore us and if we requested anything, such as water, it would take About 15 Minutes to receive it. It wasn't even busy. We waited in line to be seated, and was never approached by a hostess to let us know it might be a minute. Same story once we sat down. A waitress came 15-20 mins later to ask us what we wanted to drink, 5 mins later a DIFFERENT waitress asked us what we wanted to drink and we told her we were ready to order. 5 mins after that, someone new brought us our drinks. 20 mins later and we still didn't have our food, ANOTHER waitress asked if we needed our drinks filled. It took about 30 minutes before we got our food. We had ordered an appetizer and soup. The 4 waitresses that approached us were real friendly..... just really unorganized and slow!!!!!!! read more

The place was filthy! Half way into our chips and salsa the waitress came and took them away saying they had been "handled" and she was ordering fresh ones for us...... We ordered shrimp and chicken fajitas for our main course and we got steak and chicken. We tried to eat what was brought to us but you couldn't cut the steak with a knife. When we did get the shrimp and chicken it was flavorless. By this time I had lost my appetite, and won't be back for these reasons but also as their was little apology. read more

Haven't been to chili's in awhile and was very disappointed with the new menu that eliminated several items that were my go to's. No need to go back now. I usually order the prime rib tacos. They were heavenly. Now the menu does not offer any steak option for tacos. So it was chicken tacos or chicken enchiladas. I went with the chicken enchiladas. I'm not a sour cream fan so ask them to leave off the sour cream. I didn't realize that request would mean the enchiladas would be served dry. No sauce at all inside or outside. On Jan. 9, 2015 my husband wanted to go to our local Chili's. I was totally against it. I had they worse service about 6 years ago & NEVER went back. My husband assured me the place had changed management, so we took a chance. Our waiting time was not too bad. Our waitress was right on top of things. Very friendly & helpful. We all enjoyed our meals & our son enjoyed playing games while we waited for our food. We will go back ~ The reason for 4 stars, we were seated by window, but could see right the waiting station and the floor was a mess. Really something you don't want to see while eating. read more

I normally enjoy coming to chilis but last few experiences have sucked! I just left this location and I came in with my bff and sister in law. We sat in the lounge thinking we'd get better service, but we were way wrong. Our waitresses were sweet until the end. They didn't really check up on us too often and when check out came my card didn't work so my sister paid for me and they never came back to bring our change. And they also never asked if we wanted boxes because they didn't check on us and didn't give us a chance to ask for anything. We finally got up and walked around the store to find them and ask for our needs met. And they were super snotty and rolled there eyes. We spent a week in Saint George and stopped here for dinner. Our server was named Matt, and he was fantastic. Never once were we lacking for a refill, and we were taken care of through our entire visit. The food was good and tasted like it should. When we arrived, we were the only ones at the hostess stand. We waited about 10 + mins to even be spoken to by a staff member, and saw numerous people leave due to the long wait and unattended hostess stand. Once we did finally get seated, we were seated by the kitchen where the music playing back there was very loud and it was music saying things like "booze and hoes." At a family restaurant. don't mind that they want to play music, you should be able to have fun at work, but this was just reaching obnoxious levels. We waited another 15 mins to receive our appetizer, which was chips and salsa, and by the time we finally got our food we had to pack it up to go and eat it elsewhere. It took us maybe 15 mins just to get to go boxes. We were rarely spoken to by our server and no one checked on us for refills. We actually didn't receive a single refill. I understand times are hard right now with staffing, however, there is no excuse for the long wait time just to be seated with a mostly empty restaurant. We went to get food to go, the female that worked at the counter for To Go orders seemed annoyed that we walked in to order our food to go. She was rude and told us our 2 items would be 42.00. She was wrong it was 22.00. Then we asked for to go cutlery and she said they were out! I told her that was a problem because we're were staying at a hotel. She said she couldn't get us any so I found a nice server and told her, she went and got us some. Then she didn't give my husband any condiments for his burger and she didn't give me salad dressing. She was the worst server I've encountered in a long time!!! We had to drive back to get my salad dressing and I asked to speak to the manager who did nothing to resolve my problem....besides get my dressing. The only good thing was the bartender was sweet and the girl that got my cutlery. This was on June 27th. I've been in the food and beverage industry for over 30 years, I cant believe they have such a bad employee working with customers and handling their food. Horrible experience! We got on the wait list after being told it was an hour and ten minute wait, which was fine. After a little while and listening to pouting kids we decided to order to go. After trying to order online we kept getting an error about the dessert not being available and that we could not order online. So I went inside to order to go and after waiting 30 minutes while they attempted to restart the computer they were ready to take our order. There were many failed attempts and restarting our order while the lady kept messing up and she kept telling me to wait while she would answer the phone over and over again. Finally I thought we had finished, we ordered the meal for two that is $25 plus an extra $4 for larger steak... she told me the total would be $48!!! At that time I received the text our table was ready so I told her we would just eat here now. I got my family out of the van and we went inside and let the guy know we were ready for our table and he said he would be right back, he came back about 5 minutes later and let us know our table was not ready yet! Experienced poor service here. Sat for more than half an hour after placing our order and had to ask for our food. Chips and salads didn't come, while we observed tables around us being seated, served, and cleared. 40 minutes later our food came except two orders of chili that we were informed there was a "problem with", and was the reason the other 6 orders were held up.at this point our food was barely warm and overdone because of sitting under the warmer, the chili was sent back because it was awful and there was now no time to eat. The hostess was an older lady with glasses who was not nice at all to us or other customers... We asked to move because we were seated right in the middle of a traffic area by the bar and right where the door would open and cold wind would blow in, she rudely said we were not a priority because we were already seated and would not move us. I am usually very understanding at restaurants because I too work at a very busy restaurant but I would never talk to customers like that or refuse to move them when they asked. I was with my young siblings (who can't drink, mind you) and was treated like a 2nd class citizen compared to the 2 ladies on the table next to me who we're pounding margaritas like it was the end of the world. Clean and friendly and accommodating. We ordered a chicken salad and the House Salad with numerous additions i.e. asparagus, red and green bell peppers, green onions, cilantro and broccoli .... no problem and the salad was delicious. Staff was very quick and friendly, but the food was BAD. I got the the triple dipper with egg rolls, Cheeseburger Sliders, and Buffalo Wings. The Buffalo wings were burnt to a crisp, and the sliders were raw inside. I didn't notice right away, I hope I don't get sick. read more
