Me and my boyfriend went to this location for lunch. We waited about 15-20 minutes before we were even met at the door. We were disappointed with the lack of attention from our server. Great service tonight. Ivy kept the Drinks coming. Our food was hot, just not too flavorful. Food: Burger was dry and gritty. Chips were undercooked. Three to eight tortillas deep fried together and not cooked in the middle--- gross. Our sweet server, Ivy brought us a new basket which were much better. Our flatware was also dirty. When i'm about to pay, i checked the receipt and we were charged for a full price for one drink that supposed to be included in the entree. I told the waitress and she deleted it. I gave one star because i was COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!!!! The food was terrible and tasted like it was made the day before or worse. The service was subpar and the guy "Jesse" seemed like we were an inconvenience to him. When we asked if the a/c could be turned up cuz my fiance was cold he said "it will take a few minutes cuz it's an old system" but it never shut off. So disappointed! Chili's used to be one of our favorite places to eat. No longer. My husband and I both had the 6z sirloin tonight, only to find it tasteless! The vegetables and potatoes that came with it had more seasoning! And my son who loves having chicken nuggets and fries when we go out, didn't even make it through one nugget. It looked gross so I didn't blame him. Who batters nuggets in the same batter you would use on fish? It was more batter than nuggets. The service wasn't great either. Chili's has always been one of my favorite chain restaurants. I visited another location and the food was so terrible it almost make me never want to go to another Chili's ever again. Well this place definitely reminded me of my love for Chili's! The service was superb, the food came out timely, and the food was as perfect as it gets. I ordered loaded potato soup which is always so good as well as a chicken buffalo ranch sandwich. Both excellent! People who come here and expect good Mexican food must be out of their minds. It isn't a Mexican restaurant. They aren't known for mexican food just because their logo is a chili pepper lol! This is one of my favorite places to frequent. The food is excellent, especially the ribs w street corn. But what keeps me and my wife coming back is the service. Our waitress Amanda is extremely attentive and always makes our night especially pleasant. After some horrific dining experiences in temecula it is a breath of fresh air to have such good service. Back to food, they stopped shipping their meat from overseas and now it's all American. Some may not notice the difference but I believe that it is drastic and apparant, from burgers to steaks to ribs etc. Love this place awesome for fam or friends, good food and good people. read more

This location of chili's had a sign that said to seat yourself and and someone would come to your table for service. When we got our table we needed an extra chair since it was 4 of us. One of the host came to us and said not to move any chairs or tables. She pointed out another table and said if you can make another chair fit then we could sit there. She also said that we needed to wait for someone to come sit us when clearly that's not what the sign said. Don't know if it was discrimination but, the situation could of been handle differently. Been a long time since going to Chili's. Thought we would give it another try. Walking in you get blasted with super loud music, almost enough to turn people away. I poked my head inside and it was more tolerable there so entered. Lunch time and only one side of restaurant open for seating so had to wait short time for one to become available. Maybe a server didn't show for work. Seated at table and table sticky. Wiped it down with napkin. Gave order, went to restroom to wash hands. Place was dirty from entry door to stalls. Not good for restaurant restrooms to be dirty, does not say much for cleanliness of rest of place. Back to table and noticed several lights were not working over tables and in ceiling. Again not good for appearances. Got burgers out super fast and they were loaded and hot. Sadly mine was very very greasy and messy, a turn off for me. Went through two napkins wiping the grease off my hands while eating. They used to ask how you wanted your burger but not this time. Mine was super well done to point of being a tough patty. Fries were fresh and fine. Burger seemed smaller than last time too. Oh well, we gave it another try but don't think we will again as there are many other hamburger places more to our liking. read more

I cannot express how completely disappointed I am after spending $55 on two ribeye steaks! One was ordered to be medium and one medium rare. The one that was supposed to be medium was well done and so grisly. The one that was to be medium rare was WELL DONE and beyond tough and fatty. I have never been so disappointed as I am tonight and because it was a DoorDash order, I'm just stuck with nasty food and no way to fix the issue. I've always enjoyed chilis but it can be hit or miss. This visit was a definite hit. We got seated right away and our server was really attentive. I never had to ask for a refill or for extra sauces, she asked me before I got the chance to bring it up so that was nice. The food was delicious this time around and it came out pretty quick. I got the sunrise burger and it did not disappoint but it was extremely messy. The place was not very busy but we got stuck in the corner next to the kitchen, but it wasn't too noisy or anything. We put our last order of beers and it took forever to get them, finally they bring only my beer and forget about my hubby's beer before I could say anything the person was already gone after that I placed it at the table kiosk because I thought they forgot about his beer. Chillis food is just not that great. I ordered the smoked smothered burrito which was supposed to be smothered with sour cream on top and when it came it was so dry. I had to ask for more sour cream to put inside. Our server (who's name I forgot) was not that friendly at all and at times M.I.A. The queso dip with beans wasn't all that great either. I own a small homebase bakery, so I understand customers can sometimes not be happy. I ordered inside a to go order which was fajitas, some salads and some kids meals because I was taking our daughter to a doctors appointment and we were all going to eat in the car while she was in there. I got to the appointment and realize they did not put silverware in our to go bags. Kind of hard to eat salad and fajitas without a fork or napkins so when I called he stated you're supposed to ask for silverware. Now I didn't see A sign anywhere that stated that nor was I asked if I wanted any by the lady taking my order. This is news to me and as a business owner myself I would've at least said sorry and offered some type of replacement since we're not going to get to eat for a while. Maybe this is normal practice now but for me I would assume if it's a to go order they might need some silverware or napkins read more
