Adrianna made our visit to Chili's awesome! We all got the Triple Dipper and she kept my Diet Coke full the entire time -- never had to ask once! She was friendly, attentive, and just made the whole meal fun. You can tell she really takes care of her tables. Thanks for the great service, Adrianna -- we'll be back and hoping to sit in your section again!

Stopped in on our way home from a trip. Everyone was very friendly and the restaurant was nice and clean. We got seated in the bar area. Kelly was our waitress and I can't remember the last time I experienced great service like this. She really went out of her way to serve us. The food came out quickly and the food was amazing. Kelly is sweetheart. Kelly if you see this thanks for the chips and salsa

We ended up at Chili's for lunch after another restaurant fell short, and I am so glad we did! I was starving, and the team here took amazing care of us. They seated us in the bar area immediately, got us waters and menus right away, and took our order super fast. It was so nice to just relax, enjoy our drinks and chips, and have a stress-free meal. Thank you to the staff for saving our lunch break!

The food was salty but the service was great!! The margaritas were made exactly how we ordered them not sure if I'll ever go back again. It's gone down hill

Came last night on a Saturday. Super busy but the wait for 2 was 10 mins. The host at the front completely ignored us when we got the text for our table then served another party first that walked in after us. We brushed it off. Maybe they should keep the front desk host at the front and our server to bring us to the table. Anyways we had free chips salsa and tried the queso. It was delicious! The queso was nacho cheese with seasoning and probably onions and chilies. The salsa had a kick the more you ate it. Chips were fresh and thin. Our server was lovely and helpful. She offered me a special since I was getting the bacon cheeseburger. It comes with a appetizer, entree, side, and drink for $14.99. Burgers were massive and delicious. Fries were crisp. The soup was super thin. Might try the salad next time. There was music that wasn't too loud, other guests seemed happy and enjoying their food without being too disruptive, and theres lots of tvs playing different sport channels. Will continue coming here until we have any issues!

We were sat and waited 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to our table. The host finally came back over and asked if we had been helped yet. I said no and asked to move to an open booth. He said it was the same waitress's section so sure. Apparently she didn't know she had 3 other tables to the side of her section. Service greatly improved the minute she finally saw us. We ordered fajitas, smokehouse combo 3, a witch's brew margarita, and a kids crispy crispers (check tenders). My mini-me took a bite of his chicken tenders and said they were "the worst." Part of my smokehouse combo had Nashville hot chicken crispy chicken, which were essentially the same as the kids chicken tenders but with Cajun spice seasoning. The chicken tenders are terrible, I didn't finish them and neither did my kid. The fries tasted a bit stale, despite being hot and fresh, so I'm not sure why they still tasted stale. However the rest was pretty good. My wife liked the fajitas and portions were large. The half rack of "Chili's baby back ribs" were finger licking good. While the brisket quesadillas were my favorite part of the meal. They also have a new white cheddar Mac n cheese, like something you'd find at a bbq joint. The $6 witch's brew margarita was a steal and strong for the price, making me want 2. We ended with the molten chocolate lava cake, a regular sized one but should've opted for the mini. It's topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. It was pretty good and large enough to share. Overall we were left super full, and would come back. That's this critic's review, until next time, I'll be eating.

Ordered the chicken enchilada soup and they served it in what looked like a tiny cup, not a bowl. No tortilla chips either. Completely pathetic. I honestly have no idea what the staff is smoking.

I absolutely love this Chili's location-- They have super good drinks, delicious and filling food, and a warm & fun atmosphere. I got the BBQ platter durring my last visit and it was delicious, WOW. The meats were top quality, and the corn was truly unique and flavorful. Our service varies each time we visit; Sometimes it's wonderful and sometimes it's mediocre. Thankfully the last few times I've dined here, I had very lovely waiters. I know I always enjoy myself coming here!

Everything was going great, server was attentive and nice (wish I got her name to give her a shoutout). When it came time to pay, we decided to split the bill on the tablet. After the first payment went through, an automated survey popped up on the screen, another worker (I'm guessing the manager since he was dressed differently) suddenly grabbed the tablet from our hands and said, "These surveys really affect our store." He told us we could skip it and walked away with the tablet. We were so confused since we were still in the middle of paying. Had to wait and ask another employee to help us finish paying the second half. Treat customers with respect, very disappointing and odd

I ordered the the ultimate cajon pasta an I got it with no sauce. I called the restaurant talked to manager said he couldn't help me because I ordered through door dash. I called door dash explained to the situation and they also told me the same thing they can't help me now I'm out $30 down the drain. This is so ridiculous that no one is willing to help. This is not only frustrating but bad service for Chili's and door dash that no one is willing to help out. I paid for a specific dish and didn't get what I ordered.

Chili's is currently offering their "3 for Me" special, with prices starting at $10.99 and going up to around $16.99, with small upcharges for upgrades, such as upgrading to a margarita . It's a solid deal, as it includes a soft drink, salad, and your choice of meal. I went with the 6oz steak, which came with mashed potatoes and broccoli. It was just okay--nothing extraordinary. For a chain restaurant, it didn't stand out, and I found it lacked the seasoning I usually enjoy. The service was decent for our larger party, especially since we arrived around 4pm, before the dinner rush kicked in. I'd probably come back for the deal, but I'd try something different next time.

Been to chilis many times but it was my first at this location and I decided to try some items I haven't tried yet!! First of all the service was ok, super nice guy and he was fast in the beginning but after our food came I didn't see him until we were all finished. That meant I didn't have a drink the whole time I ate because I needed a refill. But once he came and saw I needed one he was quick to bring it. The food was great as always! I tried the Texas cheese fries for the first time, I'm not a bacon fan but since my whole table liked it I decided to just pick around it, I loved these fries especially the addition of the jalepeno! So good and flavorful. The next item I tried that was new to me was the boneless chicken wings. I got the garlic Parm flavor and it was so garlicky, not much Parm but still so good and juicy! Highly recommend! Had a great time

We've all heard the saying…read more... Mi Casa es Su Casa. But today, and Today only.... Mi Casa es The Sea Casa! Yeah, this small, one-off Mexican spot has been a Westlake Village staple for 33 years! Yep, since 1993 (probably older than some of you even reading this), Sea Casa has been serving up their take on healthier, Mexican/Latin-American food which is a great alternative to the higher-end bougie spots you will find in WLV. Basics like tacos, burritos, flautas, quesadillas and even fajitas, the Sea Casa knows how to throw down a fiesta, that will definitely make you want to take a siesta! Sure, this place has got the chicken. And of course you know they've got the Beef. But the name of the place isn't... The Pollo Casa, nor is it The Carne Casa... It's The Sea Casa, so you know they're bringing the Sea! Yeah, they've got grilled shrimp, grilled fish and you know I'm all about that fried tempura fish. So whether you want it in a Baja taco, a burrito, a bowl or even in a salad, the Sea Casa is now Su Casa, so please don't be shy. But you know what best part is in my humble opinion??.... The Bar!! The. Salsa. Bar. And you better believe it's self serve, so get ready to load up those little 2oz plastic cups just like I did! And to wash it all down... A fountain soda, a Mexican coke, a Jarritos, a beer of even a little vino will make your meal complete! So, what time me meeting for dinner??

This was the first time I have been here since I was in high school, and boy has the place changed! The location offers both indoor and outdoor seating, and the salsa bar offers a great variety of salsas. Customer service was friendly. Staff will bring out the food to you if you choose to eat at the location. There was no line when I came. As the location is in a strip mall, there is plenty of parking even if you go on the weekends. The prices are quite high, but that is no surprise given the area. I got a cabo salad which came with chips. My meal did not stand out, but the shrimp was delicious.

Being a SoCal native now living on the East Coast, who am I to say no to Mexican food?! Dad had been to Cisco's before, but this was my first visit. TL;DR: Good stuff! Longer version... Parking was easy, and we walked right in with no wait. Granted, it was closer to 1:30 than noon, so we had definitely missed the main lunch rush. We sat down and chips and salsa arrived pretty quickly. My dad asked our server if the salsa was mild or spicy. "Salsa suave, mi amigo." So Pops confidently went in for a bite... and was immediately taken aback. Turns out it had a pretty decent kick to it. I tried it, laughed a little, and confirmed that yes, it was definitely on the spicy side. Personally, I liked it. Dad? Not so much. Our server apologized and quickly brought over some mild salsa for him. Crisis averted. For the main event, Dad went with his standard chile relleno. It looked good, he seemed happy, and there were zero leftovers. I'll call that a win. I went with a combo plate, choosing a carnitas tamale and chicken enchilada. Both were solid, and the rice and beans were good too. Adding a little of that supposedly "suave" spicy salsa to everything worked out perfectly for me. Overall, good food, great service, and a nice lunch with Dad. I'd definitely come back next time I'm in Thousand Oaks... although Pops may be asking a few more questions about the salsa before diving in.

3 out of 5 stars -- Ciscos Mexican Restaurant (Thousand Oaks, CA)…read moreI've been going to Ciscos on and off for well over ten years, and it's always a fun, festive place. The décor is colorful and full of personality, and the strolling mariachis add great atmosphere--as long as they stay in the background and not at my table. There's indoor and outdoor seating, and the whole environment really celebrates the beauty of Mexican culture. The menu is huge: Cantina Menu, kid's menu, lunch and dinner menus, Taco Tuesday, plus tons of appetizers, drinks, and à la carte items. They keep the chips and salsa coming, and two of my favorite dishes are the Cabo Taco Sampler and the Enchiladas Del Mar. Service is usually pretty good, though the restaurant can get crowded. The staff hustles, and they work hard to keep things moving. My only real issue is consistency--the food can be tasty, but it's sometimes hit or miss. It's not a bargain restaurant, but it's upbeat, fun, and the staff is great. A solid 3 out of 5.
