This is just a tip for the management: Have you noticed how the most popular seats at the bar are the North West corner? Why? Because there's no lights pointing straight in your face there. I sat on the East side then moved to the NW corner where everyone else was because of this. I watched several people come in, sit for a second and then get up and move. Management most likely has never sat at their own bar so they probably have no idea this is driving people away. No one likes a spotlight shining straight into their face. It's a bar and it should be a comfortable place to sit. You shouldn't need a baseball hat to sit at a bar, and no one should be wearing a hat indoors anyway. Either dim the lights, diffuse them or redirect them and I think you'll have a much more profitable bar. read more

Can't beat the 3 for 10 deal. Yes, there are some upcharges, like if you want steak or something a bit fancier than your typical burger but is still a good deal. Your steak meal would run about 16 bucks under this deal, about the same price as a McDonald's combo. Can't be beat. This location is nice and clean, and service is great, which says a lot. For what it is, this is a great place with great food. I always get my free chips and salsa with the bowl, which is more bang for the buck. Can't complain. Came last night on a Saturday. Super busy but the wait for 2 was 10 mins. The host at the front completely ignored us when we got the text for our table then served another party first that walked in after us. We brushed it off. Maybe they should keep the front desk host at the front and our server to bring us to the table. Anyways we had free chips salsa and tried the queso. It was delicious! The queso was nacho cheese with seasoning and probably onions and chilies. The salsa had a kick the more you ate it. Chips were fresh and thin. Our server was lovely and helpful. She offered me a special since I was getting the bacon cheeseburger. It comes with a appetizer, entree, side, and drink for $14.99. Burgers were massive and delicious. Fries were crisp. The soup was super thin. Might try the salad next time. There was music that wasn't too loud, other guests seemed happy and enjoying their food without being too disruptive, and theres lots of tvs playing different sport channels. We were sat and waited 10-15 minutes without anyone coming to our table. The host finally came back over and asked if we had been helped yet. I said no and asked to move to an open booth. He said it was the same waitress's section so sure. Apparently she didn't know she had 3 other tables to the side of her section. Service greatly improved the minute she finally saw us. We ordered fajitas, smokehouse combo 3, a witch's brew margarita, and a kids crispy crispers (check tenders). My mini-me took a bite of his chicken tenders and said they were "the worst." Part of my smokehouse combo had Nashville hot chicken crispy chicken, which were essentially the same as the kids chicken tenders but with Cajun spice seasoning. The chicken tenders are terrible, I didn't finish them and neither did my kid. The fries tasted a bit stale, despite being hot and fresh, so I'm not sure why they still tasted stale. However the rest was pretty good. My wife liked the fajitas and portions were large. The half rack of "Chili's baby back ribs" were finger licking good. While the brisket quesadillas were my favorite part of the meal. They also have a new white cheddar Mac n cheese, like something you'd find at a bbq joint. The $6 witch's brew margarita was a steal and strong for the price, making me want 2. We ended with the molten chocolate lava cake, a regular sized one but should've opted for the mini. It's topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate sauce. It was pretty good and large enough to share. Overall we were left super full, and would come back. The service is fair here. Constant revolving door or servers. This location has been on the chopping block for closing and I can see why. The to go parking upfront is routinely used by the barflies and the management doesn't care saying nothing we can do about it. i usually have a really good time coming to chilis, but our waiteress was so rude this time. i don't know her name, but she had pigtails and glasses. my dad told one of the employees if he could tell our waitress that he wanted to change his order to a steak instead of the salmon. she came over like 2 minutes later and told us that they already started making the salmon and if my dad was sure because it would just go to waste. she was saying it in a really condescending tone and when my dad said he flagged the employee down immediately to tell her about it she said oh but his job isn't to be a waiter and then she got annoyed or fed up with understanding my dad and she said she was going to get a manager when my dad was mid sentence and she walked away. the manager came over and he was nice, but after that incident the waitress did not check on our table until my mom told another employee to bring the manager because we were going to tell him about how our waitress is blatantly ignoring us. she went in a row checking on every table and she skipped us. when she overheard my mom calling over the manager she finally brought us more drinks without us asking. the manager still came over and my mom just asked when my dads steak would come out and the waitress interjected herself into the conversation, so it made me uncomfortable to say anything about the service to the manager. it was just really disappointing and disrespectful to my dad. read more

Our server, Jazmine, had one of the nastiest and most immature attitudes I've ever encountered at a restaurant. From the moment she walked up to our table, her tone was rude and dismissive like she didn't want to be there at all. She rolled her eyes when we asked simple questions and acted completely uninterested in helping us. There's a difference between having a bad day and just being flat-out unprofessional, and Jazmine definitely crossed that line. It was uncomfortable and honestly ruined the experience. What is there to say about Chili's that you don't already know? It's been an American diner instantaneously recognized by probably everyone since at least the 80s. My wife has joked with me for a long time about wanting to take me there, and I finally relented when we came upon a gift card. It also helped that Chili's has been in the news as having some kind of resurgence, and it's been about ten years since I've been; so I wasn't mad to see what all the hype was about. After everything, I was unsurprised to learn that most of the hype is from the pricing model. $10.99 for a drink, appetizer, and entree (our waitress said about half of all her customers are ordering this '3 for me' deal). Of course, not everything on the menu is included, because what would a good pricing model be without a choice of upgrades. I ended up with chips n salsa for my appetizer and the Oldtimer burger for my entree. In the end, it was unremarkable. The mostly flavorless beef was probably the biggest let-down, but I also wasn't expecting anything to impress me. The chips come out warm, which was nice; but when we got home with our to-go bag, I noticed the bag has instructions for microwaving the chips, which makes me think that's also how the restaurant is getting them warm rather than serving them fresh (again, nor surprised). Our server was really nice, and the cleanliness of the place was fine. Did Chili's win me back? No. Would I go back in a pinch, because $10.99 is a steal in today's economy? Also no. That said, there wasn't anything that was actively awful about the experience, so if you wanna spend less than $25 on a meal for 2, Chili's is probably your best (and only) bet in town. read more

I wanted ribs but it was Easter Sunday and Many places were too far, closed, or too expensive so I checked out s menu online and was surprised by the prices. It's been years since I ate at s. I used to love their fried Catfish and house tartar sauce back in the day but then they took it off the menu. I then loved the Chicken fried steak which was so big I could eat on it for 2 meals. Then they changed the recipe and size. Fast forward, I moved back home to Los Angeles where we have lots of great foods but BBQ is not really one of them. Never the less, s pressure cooked Texas Dry rub was not bad at all, still not the grilled meat I crave but it was tender and a nice portion for an affordable price. The corn and everything potatoes were "meh," but the asparagus were decent. It will probably be awhile before I return again, but I Will return because they are a reliable source of food! The staff needs more training on human interaction, particularly the host, eden, was extremely rude. She didnt even try to seat us till we basically threatened to take our service elsewhere. The food was cold and took over 40 minutes to come out. Train your staff or find new ones. Will not be returning, extremely disappointed in almost every aspect of this service. It was very heavy on iceberg lettuce with only a few darker leafed lettuce pieces. The dressing was very vinegary. The quesadilla pieces were good but they tasted like they were fried in oil. I asked for salsa so I could use that with my friend's sour cream for a dressing. It made it much better. I don't think I'd order it again. My friend ordered the shrimp fajitas and she really liked her dish. There was plenty of shrimp and with the rice and beans she had plenty to fill her up. She said she really enjoyed it. I would just like to start off by saying i get it it was late at night on a Saturday so i understand a waiter being grumpy. This waiter we have was not okay. First she introduced herself her name started with a J she has blackish brown ish hair, okay she was fine at the start. Then she gets our drinks. Not her fault, but we ordered two lemonades one with ice and one without, the one with ice tasted so different okay that's not anyone fault but it was odd. Then we get to the food, she comes like maybe 5 minutes after we get the drinks which is good, but my boyfriend started to order and then she started being nasty by saying "what else do you guys want" in a nasty tone. Okay we didn't mind that we ordered the food and i ordered a few ranches on the side because the chicken tenders there doesn't have much taste so i ordered some on the side.
