Went there for dinner last night with my husband. Waited 25 minutes for a table on a Tuesday. Finally got a mini booth that was too small to hold our orders. I had the fajitas, my husband had the sirloin. I was holding my tortillas in my lap. The meat was dry and overcooked for both of us. However, the wait staff was very kind, friendly and attentive. When we walked in the wait was 30-45 mins which is fine. I think they were understaffed because it was pretty slow but again that's fine. When we finally sat down the server Candis wasn't the nicest. I was telling her what I wanted to drink then she interrupted me and went on about something else. Then we heard he ask the table behind us what they wanted to eat but she rudely said "what's your meals" instead of what it should have been as "what can I get for you tonight" she didn't ask how much boyfriend wanted his burger cooked it was "you want pink or no pink" then as we were waiting for our food she came over the the table and puts the silverware on the table with an attitude. Finally we got our food and my steak was well done when I asked for medium. Never once came and checked up on us we had a manager come check up on us which he was very nice. This place was very good to me and my family. From the hostess to the server. They made sure our party of 10 was accommodated very well. Our server was very attentive and made sure we knew where our food was and once served came by a few times to ensure the quality of the food. I have been to this location 3 times and it's been an unfortunate experience ever single one of them. The servers and bartender are great but I've consistently witnessed "Omsa" who is the female manager treat the employees and guests poorly. All 3 times she's rolled her eyes at employees and guests and makes us feels unwelcome to the establishment. At one point she said "Fu**" after and employee asked for her assistance. Service was good. Menu had changed and bag of silverware makes place seem low budget. Salsa tasted like it was from a can. No real nutritional salad with leafy green in any salad. Chicken enchiladas were tasty. Black beans were average. Friendly host. Not rushing back any time soon. read more

Hi it is sad and I'm Sorry to say but, Family and I went out to Chili's yesterday for my birthday. It took them almost an hour for us to get anything we ordered or needed. Our drinks took 40 mins to come, we ordered and that was an other 45 - 50 mins just to get our Salads lettuce and cheese only, what wheres the tomato, cucumbers,croutons,cheese. We had no silverware and napkins, which we asked for two times. My daughter had to go and ask for the items 2 times because three of the workers (waitresses - waiters) were in conversation they didn't respond to my daughter, had to ask a bit louder and was upset, then they gave her the silverware and napkins. The Manager in charge was so Considerate, kind, concerned, so nice took control after that they gave us it all, we had the salads then the soups and the meal . No place to put them, didn't finish our salads and soups had to make room on the table for our meal, sorry to say didn't enjoy our dinner at all, it was Ridiculous not going there anymore sorry, will go down the hill for Chili's. You know the wait was one thing the food was not at all good, didn't have a good dinner no one finish their food, what happened to Chili's, not all are bad but this one was yesterday 9-1-20. We were there between 5:15 to almost 8 p.m. God bless them all. We went the first time we were here moving in, and had a great time service kind helpful very nice that was about 3 years ago. Had a bad experience at chili's so haven't Been in a while. Came with a friend to this location and was surprised by the cool vibe here and the staff are great. I ordered the Mango chili tilapia. When I got my food thought it was good but I need tarter sauce for fish. I asked and are server said they didn't have it. So I said how about mayo. He then replied how about I make you tarter sauce if you don't mind the wait. I said sure go for it. Wasn't expecting much so. What I got was fantastic tarter sauce. Holy cow was it good on my rice and broccoli and fish. Turns out it was the manager who made it for me. Thanks manager Jeff for a awesome dinner. read more

We used to eat at Chili's all the time. However, we haven't been back for a couple of years now. This is because the waiter insisted that we ordered 4 alcoholic beverages on their (at the time) new, lame tech billing machine. First of all, we don't drink, and my two little kids, of course, don't either. So, why did the waiter keep insisting we ordered 4 alcoholic beverages. Apparently, their billing computer they have now charges you for things you never ordered. So, we decided that we will never go to restaurants anymore with these new billing computers, as they are not reliable. read more

We love the 2 for $20! Food is always good but the speed and service is not always consistent. We often have great servers but sometimes they have too many tables and can't get to us as often as we need. The margaritas are tasty and we love dessert. read more

Had a great time this evening coming with the family. The hosted was very friendly and attentive to the kids. She had them be her helpers and carry stuff to the table like the menus. Then our server Amanda also did a great job being patient with us since it takes awhile to get settled in with a baby and also again with the kids, even giving them high fives after they ordered. The food was not prepared as ordered. I ordered a steak to be Cooked medium rare and when I got home the steak was more cooked at medium, almost medium well. I called the facility where I purchased the order from. Chili's in Victorville on Armagosa Road. The person who answered the phone directed me to the manager, The managers name is Sarah. Sarah was very unprofessional and inconsiderate, And not empathetic to the situation. Sarah began talking to me, a paying customer with sarcasm and she was rude. Sarah had asked me why I hadn't called Chili's sooner about my discrepancy with A sarcastic tone. When I notified her about her sarcastic ways she tried to clean it up. But the damage was done. We are all going through hard times due the pandemic and with money not flowing in for some people, you would think a customer would be treated better and that if the staff accidentally messed up the order, that it should have been rectified immediately, like it would've been if I was sitting inside the restaurant. I will not continue to patronized this organization if this will be the treatment I get. Sarah need to be retrained in customer service. Love the chili's chips and salsa. Burgers are ok. Sides are ok as well. Never had any issues with service. You can get in and out for lunch in under 40 minutes as long as you make it clear you need a bill stuff like that. read more

I was very pleased with my last visit to Chili's located at 11910 Amargosa Rd. Victorville, CA 92392. On March 6, 2011 my daughters Girl Scout Troop 830, chose to use the earnings from their cookie sales to have a Mother/Daughter dinner there for Mothers Day! The food was outstanding and mouth watering delicious! Our server was amazing! There was not a moment where we needed to ask for refills on our drinks or any other item we may have needed, she was on top of it at all times! With as many Mothers and girls at her table that night I'm sure it wasn't an easy task but she handled it calmly & collectively & with the utmost respect and kindness! I was extremely impressed & my appreciation & gratitude go out to her and all responsible persons for making our dinner experience so delightful! Wow this was an expected trip to chili's. The food and drinks look pretty good but when you get them it's like they are serving to a dog. The drinks are under poured id say about half pours of liquor if that. I really can't believe the place was packed. My party were guests of a celebration of friends other wise I'd say hell no to chili's. I know the food is lousy and that was expected but I'm pissed about the drinks. The food was good, but the service was horrible. I ordered the bottomless soup and salad, which came with chips and salsa, while my fiance got the fajitas. I'll preface this all by saying that it was NOT busy. I had to ask for the chips and salsa, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a refill. I only got three bowls of soup, which are relatively small, I remember them being much larger. Both times I asked for a bowl of soup, I was met with attitude, the last time accompanied with an eye roll. When she came back, she had brought the wrong soup. When I brought this to her attention, she scoffed, picked up the bowl roughly and stalked off. She stopped at the table behind us, which had friends of hers, put the soup down and said "here, have a soup" and walked away muttering what sounded suspiciously like f**king b*****. She had previously been sitting at the table with her friend earlier in the visit which might explain why a refill took so long. At the end, when we went to pay it said on the automated kiosk that the server thinks they earned a 30% tip. Are you kidding me? Absolutely not! I don't know if she was having a bad day or what, but if doing the basic requirements for your job without an attitude is too much, stay home or find a different job. I came today and sat at the bar. I ordered a margarita and then proceeded ordered salad and a burger. I received my food first and my salad second which my food I immediately ignored and told them that was way too soon for my food. about five minutes later my salad showed up with toppings on it that I had requested to not have. And so they had to take it back in remake it again. eventually They Brought my burger it was dry and no taste. So I refused it as well as my cold fries and told them I was not interested. We were sat quickly at 11:30 on a Sat. And that was the only good thing that happened. Only 8 tables in the place were filled and still we were not asked for drinks or order taken for over 15 minutes. After we ordered, we waited another 15 minutes and they forgot to give us our drinks, salads, chips and salsa. Once the good did come, it was served without utensils. Came here as a family on the day after Christmas, wanted to get some good food and share some laughs. There were 14 of us in total and the servers were super nice..I think they just didn't have a lot of help that night and it was busy so they forgot everything I ordered and asked for. First, I asked for a sprite right when they were just taking drink orders. I didn't receive this drink AT ALL the whole 2 hours we were there. I asked for it one other time, my boyfriend reminded the lady another time, and even my boyfriend's parents reminded them that I had ordered a sprite. Next, I ordered a small sirloin steak and I asked for this to be cooked medium with asparagus. I got a sirloin with broccoli and the steak was burnt. BURNT. Then the waitress comes to me and says "Oh that's not your food." She proceeds to take my niece's food (they had switched our plates) and told me to scrape all the asparagus off her plate to mine. The asparagus wasn't even cooked all the way, it was still raw. Gross. So I ended up without my drink that I ordered, burnt steak and raw asparagus.
