Huge Thank you to our waitress Joselyn, I do apologize if I'm spelling your name wrong. She was the absolute Greatest, very friendly and inviting, got our drinks and our food fast! She was always attentive and super kind throughout our time here. Everyone was super nice, our hostess welcomed with a smile and seated us as soon as we walked in. 5/5 hands down for service alone. I started out with the Shark Attack Margarita and it was sweet and carbonated due to the soda water. Like having a mix between a Marg and a spiked soda lol. It was not bad and definitely sneaks up on you. Jess had the Presidente Margarita and added mango to it. It came in its own shaker which was awesome! You get about two and a half to three drinks from the shaker alone which was also another win. Bottomless sodas, lemonades and teas which is super nice and the mugs are a good size. We both got the Triple Dipper and it was really good but we don't know if it's $18 good. You have a nice selection of appetizers to choose from a few variations of chicken; tenders, wings "bone or boneless", mozz sticks, sliders and southwest egg rolls. The chicken and the mozz sticks all have three options of sauces to choose from, one of which is just plain. They do come with 3 dipping sauces as well; ranch, avocado ranch, marinara and I believe they have bbq. The Chipotle Honey BBQ was amazing! The Nashville Hot definitely sticks to its namesake. It's not "hot", but spicy on the tongue. Both give a nice kick in spice in their own way, the CHB was more sweet but so flavorful. Note: sign up to be a chili rewards member. You'll get free chips and salsa if you are. Otherwise it's $7 and change. The chips and the salsa are good, not amazing but still very good. Why wouldn't you want to get some for free and bottomless chips and salsa every-time you came down!? Overall with two margaritas, two beverages, two triple dippers and a side of chips and salsa was around $75 before tip. Definitely decent if you're wanting to go out and have a nice meal. Would I say get this to-go, probably not. But if you're close by so the food stays fresh, then absolutely. But $75 can be steep for a random Thursday night. Some people might wanna spend half of that at a fast food spot. But others might wanna come sit and enjoy a nice meal with a great person or your family and you'll definitely get that here. read more

I went on the 6th of August to celebrate my parent's anniversary. The place feels like a regular Chili's, clean, noisy, and busy. I ordered the chicken strips and my parents ordered the fajitas. Both were great and we had no complaints. Our server, Danielle, was extremely attentive, making sure my parents were comfortable and the orders were properly made. Just had an incident with this so called manager ! NEVER again . The guy manager started speaking to my husband in Spanish ( when he had been speaking him to English ) and tried to punk him . When we tried to call him back and ask him what he meant, we were so confused he just kept looking at my husband and like punked him and walked away without another word. From the moment I step into Chili's, I'm absolutely taken by the welcoming atmosphere that's set by the music, ambient lighting, color scheme, and the tv's playing sports games in the background. This all adds to the Chili's experience and plays a big part in what makes the environment so comforting. The waiters are always very nice, have a great attitude, and are attentive to the customers. The food never fails to disappoint; they always bring it in nice and hot. Despite this restaurant always being packed, we always get seated very quickly. All of their menu looks so appetizing. My personal favorites are the triple dipper, the big mouth bites, and the molten lava fudge cake. Though I can't drink yet, the bar looks awesome, and I'd love to have my first drink at Chili's. We eat at this Chilies fairly often when we don't feel like cooking and don't want to go out to some fancy restaurant and spend a bunch of money. I always end up getting the 10oz sirloin steak with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. They actually do a wonderful job cooking it to the right temp and it's always juicy and delicious. My husband likes the chipotle chicken crispers and I always steal a bite from him because they are yummy. Service is usually really great. There has only been a few times we were waiting a long time and that's because they were really busy so it makes sense. They have lots of TVs to show the sports games and music playing so it can be a bit loud, but we already know that so it never bothers us. My wife, youngest son and I are regulars at our Diamond Bar Chili's, where we frequently devour their party trays of wings, SW egg rolls and even their baby back ribs. Call it "Frat Boy fare" all you want, but dammit if it's not an ideal complement to the Trojan football and Lakers games that dominate our falls! Feb/3-2025 Horrible service waited 25 minutes in a tiny booth. I am a care provider with an elder. She uses a walker to get around. Once we were seated the manager ( who had no name tag) came to our table insisting that we haven't paid for our meals for the past couple of times. We thought that we were being punk. I'm going to start by saying that I don't come to chilis for a fine dining experience but for some easy to eat and quick meals. I went to chilis after a long day and was extremely tired. This time of year (around graduation) is extremely busy and it was pretty packed for a Wednesday night but they seated us very quickly (a party of two). We ordered an appetizer and a meal to share both satisfied our growling tummies, but what made the experience was our waiter Jose. Even with him being extremely busy he was super attentive, very kind. He gave advice on what would suit us better for our appetites. They really took care of us here. I mean, we showed up 5 minutes early, got in the second they opened. They were INCREDIBLY friendly, all of the staff. The manager holding the door open for everyone , welcoming them in. I'd never been to chili's before, nor have I been to a restaurant the second it opens. For a first time, I can say, this won't be the last. We had an incredible server to start things off, big shout out to Maryanne!! She made us feel right at home. She didn't hover, got all of our drinks and food out at what felt like the perfect time. She checked in our direction every time she passed by making sure we were okay. Not only that, but she maintained all of her guests with the same speedy and friendly service. On to the food. I started with a nice crisp cold general Sherman IPA at 11 am. Delicious. About half way through my beer ( I drink fast ) here comes my delicious steaming hot skillet. Before she turned the corner I could smell the sweet aroma of sautéed onions under a pile of perfectly seasoned and tender, juicy chicken. Please pay attention to the detail in char on the chicken in the pictures. The rice I will admit wasn't extraordinary, although enjoyable none the less. The black beans paired with the salsa, was very damn delicious. Black beans are usually good, but they also had some pico in them, and it changed the entire black bean game. I should have started with the appetizer, the chips were fucking amazing. Tostada style chips ? With this incredibly consistent salsa? Perfect combination of chunky and saucy, packed such a nice punch, and was honestly the runner of my entree. I ate it all so fast. My wife got ribs , I ate some, and damn that flavor was insane. It was like they cooked ribs of an animal nearly extinct, drizzling bbq sauce made in Gordon Ramsey's kitchen itself. As a first experience, this was amazing, and I will return. Thanks Chili's. First, I called to find out California dining regulations as I'm an out of-towner. I was told they could accommodate my party of 7, so I proceeded to the restaurant. Once there, I put my name on the list and was told it would be about 45 minutes. 45 minutes went by without me being notified that my table was ready. I checked the link in my text & it didn't say that I was still on the waiting list, so I went inside to find out I had been removed from the waiting list! They were able to seat me within 5 minutes of that issue at a table for 6 & did not provide an extra chair for the 7th person, we had to get our own from a neighboring table. During the time after ordering and waiting for our food, manager Todd approached my children rudely & told them to not go beyond the blue tape on the table. We had not been notified of this upon being seated or at any other point & who is Todd to even approach my children with this?!? I snapped back that we should have been seated at a more appropriate table, as there were 8 tops in the restaurant. Todd became even more rude, argumentative, & obnoxious about the seating arrangement clearly ignoring the fact there are bigger tables or that they could have seated the 4 folks next to us (who were seated after us) at a different table given the snafu with us being seated (which he was not informed of by the host). I proceeded to inform Todd of the issue with being seated, he said he was not made aware of that & walked away. That was it...he never came back! Honestly, if I didn't have 4 small kids with me & the food wasn't being delivered to our table while he was arguing with my husband & I, I would have gotten up & left. Todd left our table knowing how angry we were & did NOTHING to try to make it right. All he said was the max seating is 6 & he was already doing us a favor by letting us be there...never mind I had called ahead of time to check if it would be ok & would have been fine ordering to go or going somewhere else. And never mind they'd seated another party of 7 adults at another table, so thanks for the favor Todd! Upon receiving our check, I informed our server what had happened & she genuinely listened, cared, & made it right. She was pulling double duty as bartender as well as serving tables in the bar area & did a great job! The issues we had were not her fault & we tipped her appropriately. Thankfully, this isn't my usual Chili's! Although, without Todd, I'm sure it would've been just fine. He has staff that is not comfortable talking to him about issues with guests (the host not talking to him about our seating issue when it happened or at least informing him there could be an issue! I'm glad his staff felt empowered to problem solve...although I'm surprised he allows it!) & he prefers to argue with guests in a crowded restaurant rather than solve the problem & help his guests.
