Frequently coming to this chilis is always a great time to spend with my family since we live down the street, it's such a nice restaurant to eat out when we don't want to cook during the week. My experiences have always have always been great here but this time it was one of the most memorable in the best way possible! Our server Devin was so caring and friendly and made our experience the 5 stars it is. The food was amazing and she got us everything we needed with such great hospitality and attentiveness. The service was surprisingly quick despite there being such a wait long so that's awesome. Overall, it's a loud place to enjoy some seasonal drinks and dippers. read more

We had dinner a few nights ago for my birthday. The restaurant was very busy but our wait was only about 20 minutes. Our server was Josh. He was very friendly and took great care of us! We got unlimited chips and salsa as an appetizer, the portion was so filling we never needed a refill. I didn't get any pictures but our food was fresh and SO good! We didn't mention that it was my birthday because I didn't want any singing, but it's really nice to get treated with such great service especially on a special day. Just a quick note to hilight our experience while dining here for dinner on 1/12/25. The restaurant was swamped, people were stacked up waiting for tables. Every table, including those in the bar, was taken. Our server, a young lady with pigtails called "Charlie" I believe, was calm, friendly, attentive and cool headed, despite the hectic pace she was working at. We go to this Chili's location multiple times a month, more this month since we are remodeling our kitchen and couldn't cook. Why Chili's? Their servers all rate a 10, they are super friendly, helpful with our ordering, know the menu very well and their system with "runners" to bring drinks and food frees them up to take orders and be more attentive to customers. The 3 For Me menu is also a big draw and good value for us, making dining out possible for us seniors retirees. First time going to Chili's and was very impressed on the work pace of the restaurant. Employees were very friendly and efficient. Workers came out to celebrate birthdays and had much energy every time which definitely made the environment of the restaurant feel welcoming. Ordered the triple dipper and definitely lived up to the hype. Plenty of variety and plenty of food to fill you up. The value of their '3 for $10.99' is fabulous. The size of the burger is huge, generous fries, a salad appetizer and drink for only $11. Fast food would cost way more than that. Also, Alissa, our server, was at the top of her game. She refilled my drink without me even noticing. All of the sudden I look down and there it is. came here with my family, gave them my phone number they said around 25 minutes. it was 6:00 when we arrived and it was 6:45 when we went to go ask, they said they got my phone number wrong despite them repeating it to me. they apologized and said we would be first to be seated, another 15 mins go by and at least 6 other people were put first. we finally got a table around 7, server was fine, food was fine, we thought maybe it was a careless mistake, as we were walking out we heard two separate parties talking to two girls at the front, and they also got the wrong phone number. needless to say a restaurant ran like this isn't right especially if the workers seem like genuine people but turn around and make "faces" - dont come here. read more

I got shrimp fajitas on an iron skillet. The presentation was great and the fajitas were perfect!! The server for our table was so kind and he had the patience to go through some recommendations. We've been here twice this past month and we sat in the bar area both times. The service was was top notch both times. They're very attentive in the bar area, even when they were slammed on a Friday evening. The refills on soda came without having to ask, same with the chips n salsa. The food was great as well. I recommend the deal they have for 3 items. Very well priced for the amount of food you get. I love the steak and 2 sides. Another bonus is they have tons of tvs in the bar area and they always have a baseball game on. Bonus! And the greatest perk at Chili's is that they serve Coke products fountain drinks. This is the best Chili's that I have been to! I highly recommend this location. My husband and I got the fried mozzarella, sliders, chicken strips, and chips & salsa. The mozzarella sticks were honestly the best I've had. I am not sure what they did differently compared to other Chili's, but they were amazing! The chicken strips were high quality and fresh. I am so picky with ranch, and it was one of the best ranch dressings I have ever had! The chips were freshly made and the salsa is delicious! The service at this location definitely sets them apart, as well as the ambiance. Our server, Quinten, was so sweet and helpful. He is awesome! He made us laugh and took great care of us. Furthermore, he was on top of his whole section and provided the same quality of service to those around us. He was checking in with us regularly, and made sure we received the requested sauces & drinks. Would I recommend this Chili's? It's a Chili's... the food was mediocre but I had a lot of fun with the atmosphere. Something about sitting in the booths, hearing the families laugh, and just enjoying a ton of appetizers with your best friend is something---to write about. My wife and I re-visited last night (we're making it a monthly thing) and boy was Chili's doing well. It's so nice to see the neighborhood place being successful. We had our usual 3 for Me specials and I tried the new QP Burger option. It was very good but I'd have to say we like the smashburger option better. According to my receipt, Keira was our server. She was truly excellent. So polite, friendly, and frequently coming by to make sure we were OK and if we needed refills on drinks, chips, etc. I found the entire staff last night to be extremely friendly as well but Keira was exceptional. I'm sure with a busy place on a friday night things are hectic but you wouldn't know it from speaking with the staff. It's so funny, 10-15 years ago when our kids were little, Chili's served its purpose as an inexpensive fun place for the kids to eat, or to visit during school fundraisers. Now for empty nesters like us, its serving a different role that frankly I never envisioned. I hope they keep the 3 for Me specials around for a while. read more
