Replaced the chimney chase and cleaned up one of our fireplaces, fitted for gas logs and set up gas logs in fireplace. Great job on the fireplace, see pics,before and after. Chimney chase looks much better too, replaced rotten wood with hardy board. Isaac is informative, answers all questions, courteous. He actually came out three different visits-assess & quote, then to replace chase and last visit to clean up fireplace and set up gas logs. First two visits on time, last visit-almost two hours later than first discussed. He did call and let me know he was running late. Luckily, work was done in a timely manner, so it worked out. This is the second time we had them clean and inspect our fireplace and they did an excellent job the first year to clean our fireplace and they made our fireplace look new and kept the ashes and dirt to a minimum. The second and most recent visit we called them to fix the gas log and another cleanup for the year. They came but we didn't realize that we were supposed to order the entire log set as our logs were also cracked and would have included a new gas pipe. Ryan patiently and enthusiastically educated us on all this during his visit as well as provided the detailed options for what we could buy and he was very patient.
