I struggle to find my favorite dish, Beef with Mushrooms, and China Star actually has it. Not sure why it's tough to find, but I am so happy they have it and it is so incredible because I have such a limited diet and I can actually enjoy this particular dish. My partner enjoyed his fav General Tso's and the fried rice was so good he ate it before anything else! The fried rice alone had more flavor than most places we visit. The black bean chicken was rich and earthy, with that deep, slightly funky flavor from the fermented black beans.
