I was impressed by the variety they had and decided to try a few different ones I wouldn't normally try. I picked up a cinnamon crunch donut and few different custard filled ones. For someone who isn't normally a fan of donuts let alone any filled ones, they were by far some of best donuts I have ever had. I went later in the day and was very impressed by the quality. I arrived this morning to pick up my order, only to find out that no one knew anything about it and the donut hadn't been made. Thankfully, they were able to put together a giant maple sprinkle donut for me at the last minute, which I really appreciated because it was important to me to continue our birthday tradition. What upset me the most was that after speaking with multiple people, no one apologized or acknowledged the mistake. I understand that things happen, but a simple apology and better communication would have made a big difference.
