My first visit here to try the food. Of the items on the wall, I noticed they had received some local awards for the best Chinese restaurant. The woman who took my order was not friendly nor helpful at all. She acted like I was bothering her for coming in. On that experience alone, I would not return. I asked her what the vegetables were in the sauteed vegetables because the picture they had on the wall was not good and some of the veggies were indiscernible. After I asked, she pointed at the picture. Duh! I knew some items but didn't get any other info out of her. I ordered appetizers: egg roll and Krab Rangoon. Then I asked if they had fried crispy noodles. I am used to REAL noodles being fried. The woman pulled a small bag (see pic) out from a bottom cabinet. I asked her how old they were and she stated maybe 2 days. The egg rolls were very good. The Krab Rangoon was just that ... "Krab" not "Crab" and it tasted very fishy. I'm not even certain if they were fresh. (SCARY!) The noodles were horrible! They tasted like cardboard with puff air in the middle and were totally inedible. I would not recommend this Chinese restaurant at all. Find another for your health's sake. read more

The food might have been good if they're delivery person didn't ruin it by dumping our soup out into the bag. The soup ended up in and on our crab Rangoons​, rice, soup noodles and everything. China In wanted us to come there to pick up a new soup.?!@$# NO, we ordered delivery for a reason and weren't leaving. They refused to send a driver with a replacement or give a refund. They would give a free soup next time. BULL Crap!! ALSO the delivery driver had her children in the car with her( front and back seats). I didn't think this was allowed . Next time I'm caring for others, I will go get a neighbor to assist while I go pickup food/ just cook myself( not). read more

I believe that people in this area do not utilize Yelp as the rating should be higher. This place is a top notch Chinese place. Just ate it for the second time and I have to say the lunch special is amazing. The store has adapted well to Covid. I am happy to found my new favorite Chinese restaurant. I ordered delivery a couple days ago and when it got here, they forgot my main dish (lo mien). When I called to complain about it the worker argued with me about it saying that she put it in there, when it obviously wasn't in there. She argued with me for about 5 minutes and then gave up saying that it was super busy and she'd get someone to deliver it to me later, which never ended up happening. good food, bad service. read more

Always my "go to" place for Chinese food! Love their food, quick ride to get it and I enjoy every bite! Crab Rangoons are delicious! Always see if you can either use the 10% off discount, the Free Liter of Sids coupon, or the Free Crab Rangoon coupon! We ordered delivery. They forgot one of the soup orders and no condiments came with the spring rolls. Hot and soup soup was neither hot (not spicy, not a hot temperature) nor sour. Spring rolls were good but bland without the appropriate condiments. Seafood entree had great shrimp, lots of "Krab," a few scallop slices, and no fish filets as described. "Ribs" were pork thin strips cut off the bone and tossed in a sweet sauce. They were fine but not what I though I was getting. House lo mein was good, not great. Overall, very average. read more

This was the worst Chinese food ever! I had shrimp with cashews and 90% of the dish was celery. I ate one shrimp and it was awful. In the trash went the whole meal. This restaurant is in the plaza with Grand Bay Publix. I had never been here before, but wanted a quick bite so tried it. It had about 4 tables and it was fairly comfortable so we ate there. We've ordered from here many times and never had a problem before...the food has always been good...Which is why I'm so disappointed with our experience tonight!! We placed an order for delivery when we got home from work..this was at 6:15pm. An hour later, we still hadn't received our food, so we called them and they said they were very busy and assured us it was on its way. Another 30 min went by, still nothing..called again, they still just said it was on its way....TWO FULL HOURS went by before our food was finally delivered. It wasn't warm anymore and to top it off, they forgot half of our order! By that point we were starving and now missing half our food that we waited 2 hours for. We called AGAIN and they assured us they would deliver the rest of our order right away because they were "not busy anymore." That was at 8:15pm. It is now 10:30pm and they literally JUST delivered the rest of our order right now....after calling to ask if we still wanted it. Aka trying to get out of coming back out, after waiting another 2+ hours! They offered no apologies, no explanations, no refunds, nothing. I really have no words for how ridiculous this all is, but sad to say we will NEVER be ordering from China Inn again. read more
