I've been ordering from this place for almost a decade and it's truly a hidden gem for go to Chinese food lunch and dinner specials. Old Skool Chinese food . We ordered the deliciously tangy and crispy Tangerine Chicken which is a must try. Crispy Chicken glazed over with a rich, deeply glossy carmelized sauce and I also requested the Chefs Special Fried Rice with Shrimp & Pork in addition to their Mongolian Beef with Green & White crunchy savory onions with a rich , oyster-sauced brown meat glaze wok-seared throughout . This place is the classic , hole-in-the-wall for authentic Old-Skool style Chinese food . Great flavors !

This is a hole in the wall Chinese restaurant. Great customer service with great food. I really enjoyed it.

First time trying this place. My husband said it's good so why not? Dinner menu to go: shrimp chow fun, Mongolian beef, tangerine chicken, chicken with snow peas and mixed vegetables. I must say, not bad at all. We steamed our own jasmine rice. To go portions was good enough to feed 6! I think this is better than Panda Express (to me is Americanized style) but not at the level such as Mayflower (Milpitas) or Dynasty (formerly at Cupertino). I'm stuffed!!!

Ordered the below food from here a couple of days back through Uber East 1. Vegetable Fried Rice 2. Kung Pao Tofu I am going to be strictly honest here. I was highly disappointed with the quality and quantity of Vegetable Fired rice. It was not cooked properly. I tasted terrible, literally no flavors at all. I had to add all the kinds of flavors (even salt) by myself to make it edible. It costs pretty high for such low standard tasteless food. Kung Pao Tofu was just ok. One thing is for sure, I am never ordering food from here ever again.

Everything smells great and I could see everything being prepped fresh in be kitchen. Promising first impression Ordered takeout. Crab Puffs, candied prawns and white rice. I was disappointed by the food quality.

Their honey walnut prawns.... Couldn't be consumed.

Food was subpar. The meat was greasy and rubbery and there was no flavor. You'd be better off going to Panda Express.

The staff brought the menu, we said it was our first time here, how do you order. I think he was either new or just shy but he didn't explain much how to order, other than I asking questions. My coworker and I ordered their 2 lbs; 1lb shrimp, half clams, half calamari with a free side of Corn. In a bag/plate, it already includes corn and potatoes. We asked how many corn there was, he said there was ONE. When the plate came, there was 4. We could of ordered something else for the side if it was clearer. I wish there was more clearer instructions on ingredients when we already said it was our first time dining in. Also there was only ONE single potato. My coworker also ordered a side of Garlic noodles. Everything was super delicious. It was the amount of spicy mild that we like. The environment was busy, but clean. Parking was easy to find. Just more explaining about what you offer, where the gloves are to eat, rather than you just pass us this tray of stuff. A need of more customer service would had been nicer.

The place is cozy and serves up several udon options, which my kids always gravitate towards eating. I had the Take Bowl and added on the Ochazuke Set Option. The rice was soft and flavorful, the tuna mixture was tasty. When I added on the dashi broth, it actually became even more delicious. I did enjoy the Ochazuke Set very much, especially the sashimi salmon. It was so soft and fresh. My family also ordered the Tempura Udon and the Shabu Shabu Beef Udon. Unfortunately, they mentioned the beef and the udon broth lacked in flavor. The tempura was nicely crisp and enjoyable to eat. As far as service, the waitstaff was really attentive as they checked in on us quite frequently. They were also able to accommodate my food allergy. Presentation of the food was also great. Overall, we had a nice experience dining at Yaichi and I look forward to enjoying their other seafood bowls in the future.
